I finally discovered the name of the cheese I had when I went on a school trip to France in 11th grade (Sainte Maure de Touraine!)
and oh fuck oh god I want some right now but it was so hard to find a place in america that sells it and when I did find some after a little bit of frustrated digging...
...it is $25 per 8oz (not even counting shipping cost)
8oz is not going to last long I have yearned for 11 years ಥ_ಥ
