mcr has affected me so so so much more in the past few years than it did when i first became a fan when i was a teen and i think thats just really neat. id been a fan as a teenager of course but its like... the music that first resonated with me as a horrifically sad teen that didnt think i'd live to make it to college came right back around as i turned into a slightly-less sad adult with a growing sense of hope and just. yeah. fixing my heart and whatnot

#socializing is very hard for me (shocker!) so having some sort of community through tour and even before that was just...invaluable #college was difficult for me in ways i dont even think im equipped to fully express. but i had my band and my online friends!#i feel like ive probably said this before but im reflecting and im glad i got to experience *something* with *someone* even if its-#-a silly nightly ritual of watching laggy livestreams with online strangers <3
