This little friend was sitting on my loom supervising my weaving for over an hour today! There's a lot of pressure with that many eyes watching you, but it was fun to have them as my little supervisor.

Steve's a horny late 20 something and likes older men. In walks Wayne. Queue blow job in the bathroom and hookup in the truck when they get back to the trailer because they can't help themselves. They fall asleep naked on the couch. Eddie comes home to see Steve's beautiful ass out in the daylight in *his* living room and thinks it's a gift from God. But then Wayne pokes his head out from where he's smooshed under Steve and is so casual. "Morning, boy." Steve wakes up and has zero shame so he stands naked in the Munson living room and shakes Eddie's hand before he even puts his underwear on. Meanwhile Eddie's trying to not combust from accidently catching a glimpse of Steve's dick just swinging heavy between his legs. Steve tells Eddie he's cute, slaps his cheek teasingly and thanks Wayne and leaves.

How on earth am I supposed to cope with the knowledge that I'm spinning yarn the same way people did thousands of years ago, there's a poem in that somewhere ok.

Kagome weave with dandelion stems - interplay of the fragile and the robust

So, yesterday I plucked some dandelion stems and wanted to tinker something with it. My first attempts with these fresh dandelion stems included different kinds of braids: The material is too fragile to handle such heavy twists. Hence I decided to try the kagome pattern, as the curving/bending/twisting of the kagome pattern is very light and does cause few stress on the material. Additionally, as I wove I realized again the advantage of this pattern: While it is also simple and elegant in its simplicity, it has practical aspects as well, as it gets its stability from the whole it forms. Each stem alone is not responsible for the stability of the woven piece.

But as network of entangled members supporting each other, the kagome weave stands out with its rather robust kind, despite being built up by rather fragile members.

Trying to weave a partial blanket and having a problem I feel my ancestors also faced

Mystra: *tries to prevent the collapse of the waeve, herself and civilization by telling Gale to not go where Karsus went.*

Gale: *overstepps in his ambition and ends up with the orb.*

Mystra: *Just lets him suffer the consequences of his own behavior, cause - surprise, surprise- actions have consequences.*

Gale: *knows he did wrong and bears his cross, trying to find a way to remedy what he did.*

Doom threatens the world, and Gale could end it easily, joining Mystra in the afterlife. Mystra requests he do so.

Galemancers: *start hating on Mystra*

The more I think about it, the more do I support Mystra.

I like the fact that we can find another way to get rid of it, and I never used his orb, but her request is perfectly understandable.

Gale is not perfect and his ambition is supposed to be able to corrupt him. People need to take his flaws more seriously and acknowledge his depth. He himself knew he made a mistake, so I find it quite patronizing to claim he is misjudging the situation and was merely groomed into thinking that way.

If you let him do what he is naturally inclined to do - ascend - he becomes a terrible version of himself. It's quite apparent that Mystra was right in trying to curb his ambitions.

This loom is from 1979 and is still in fantastic condition. I gotta give it a good clean and polish. Maybe, probably, get a new reed.

IT'S FINALLY OFF 🙌

Oh my god this was a learning experience, the yarn that I chose was NOT cooperative in this project. Note to self: no synthetics for tablet weaving (acrylic, nylon), stick with cotton. It works so much better.
