It is so hard to explain why and how adhd paralysis can be absolute literal hell on earth but there’s nothing like sitting frozen for hours days weeks and feeling like a failure while your brain works against you. I’m thinking about how much time I’ve lost in the past year or so to this feeling and I’m exhausted for real.
