Darn, sis, I thought this was supposed to be a gift for you, not me!!!
This was so GOOD!!!
I was going to surprise you with a matching oneshot in a while, once I finished my Grantchester AU, but I’m not sure if I should even attempt it, because this was absolutely phenomenal!!!!

Modern Greek Mythology Gingerrose AU, inspired by this post by @imeggsywafflex
Rose is the goddess of Hearth, Home, and Hospitality, known to the Ancient Greeks as Hestia, while Armitage is the god of Strife and Discord, known to the Ancient Greeks as Eris, and mistaken for a woman during those times due to his delicate beauty.
Armitage is not the most welcome of gods on Mount Olympus, due to most finding his ever-present aura of conflict unpleasant, but strangely, there’s always one place open to him—the home and hearth of Rose, goddess of everything that contradicts his sphere of influence.
About the Moodboard
Two of Hestia’s symbols are depicted here, with the hearth fire being one of her most well-known symbols, the second being the datura flower shown here, and it is a double symbol of Hestia, as its lavender color is also associated with the goddess.
(It’s a little more purple than “lavender” but anyway—)
The golden apple is one of Eris’ most well-known symbols, the apple being the famed one which basically started the Trojan War, and she was commonly depicted with a xiphos, the sword featured in this moodboard.
The front door of a house is naturally going to be the centerpiece of this board, because, after all, home is where the heart is…
