Steph just starts making up attempts so she can steal the stickers. Jay picks up on it eventually but he also wants to reward initiative and creative thinking so he goes along with it.

…and the Bats having a group “So You Wanna Kill Someone” journal where they write down their vaguely murder-y feelings and their mindsets and what they went through…with the idea that they can refer to it and know that they’re not alone…that kind of thing, with the general sentiment of “if you wanna kill someone…DON’T.”

Except it consistently needs to be hidden from Jason because he keeps adding in “constructive criticism” and grading the considered attempts (“0/10, was never gonna work,” “7/10, just needed a little more follow-through!”) and finishes up every entry with encouragement like “keep trying!” and “I believe in you!”
