After the events of #ImaginaryFriendAsylum, Polo's Dad Mode™ was amped up to 11, much to Niccolò's chagrin.

Considering what happened, though, his IF's overprotectiveness is quite understandable. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's been 5 months since I fell in love with “Imaginary Friend Asylum” and the characters 🥹

Especially Polo and Pooky who, along with Twistee, are my fave Imaginary Friends! ���❤️‍🔥💚

The Imaginary Friend games has become my fave indie series! 🥹

I first became aware of IFA ("The Friends We Left Behind" soon after) on May 28 after 8-BitRyan uploaded his playthrough of it! And now we have the third installment, “Imaginary Friend Institution”, on the way! 😱

I am so happy and proud to be a member of the smol fandom! 😭🙏🏻

Polo is always there to wipe away the tears and soothe whatever hurt is imposed on his kid, Niccolò.

Italian translation: "Silence now, little one. Be calm."

It references one of Polo's kill voicelines ("Hush, now") in "The Friends We Left Behind", but in a more paternal way.

This is another Polo and Niccolò pic that was inspired by one of my favorite "Imaginary Friend Asylum" fanfics, "A Soul Like Me" by Sparklepool101. She wrote the most wholesome IFA fics, especially about my faves, Polo & Niccolò and Pooky & Annabelle. 💜

Niccolò: That's Polo, my imaginary friend. Not many others can see him. He's the only one I've been able to rely on here.

I love this dramatic, Italian lilac jester and his bonded kid so much! I enjoy thinking them as a father-son duo. 💜

I presume Niccolò met Polo when he was 3 years old (when he was admitted to the children's asylum) or younger which, along with the fic "Coercion Cancellation", inspired this idea!

Here, Polo was voiced by Grant's older brother (who also voiced Marco)! In “Imaginary Friend Institution", Polo will be voiced by my 2nd favorite YouTuber, 8-BitRyan!

Pooky was naturally voiced (meaning she used zero filters or effects) by Anna Marrs (wife of Grant Marrs, the developer of “Imaginary Friend Asylum/Institution" and "The Friends We Left Behind”), who also voiced Dolly and Pixie and will be Annabelle's VA in IFI! 🙌🏻

I’ve posted each imaginary friend’s clips separately on my Instagram, but here’s their combined voicelines of which you hear if you fail their levels in “The Friends We Left Behind”!

The IFs were voiced by various members of Grant Marrs’ (the developer) family; his wife, Anna, voiced Pooky, Pixie and Dolly! 💜

I did post this on my YouTube, as well! It took a while to get these clips, but it was a fun mini project. :)

Originally it was put together in the order of faves, but I've recently decided that Polo is my favorite imaginary friend and Pooky is second!
