Your Turn To Live is just what I use to refer to an AU where the Death Game doesn’t exist.
Tia Safalin is a nurse at a hospital. Among her colleagues, she is known to be very competent and passionate in her field despite her constantly nervous behaviour. A lot of her coworkers have teased her about looking like she is always on the verge of crying and have nicknamed her Hannaki ( ハンナキー, lit. "Half-crying").
While she is mostly on duty for emergencies in the ER, she is also involved in projects researching the human brain and diseases centred around it and how to cure it.
