while this isn't her first go around with blind dates,  it's definitely the first time she's actually enjoying herself for a change — so far,  at least.  the atmosphere is nice;  some seaside restaurant chosen by their mutual friend,  leaving venice thankful for the faint sound of waves that soothed any remaining nerves before the conversation began an easier flow.  flashing her date a small smile from the other side of the table,  she continues sipping at the surprisingly pleasant drink she selected at random as curiosity finally gets the better of her.  “  so,  what's wrong with you?  ”  a playful ask,  tone of voice and simper that settles on features making it known as body leans in a little.  “  you seem like the kind of person that can score their own dates, is all—was this something you wanted or did lucy really twist your arm about it?  ”
