IT’S MUCH TOO EARLY FOR this, as sora has said to stefan since the first morning they’d awaken side by side. ALWAYS starting in the same place; his cheek, then temple, forehead, a few to the ears, and then back to his nose all BEFORE the fox’s tail has the chance to harshly hit the bed in annoyed swishes.

it’s not quite that they find the gesture annoying, more so the TIMING as the kitsune is the farthest thing from a morning person. “ must you do this every morning? ”

            the chuckle that leaves him can’t be helped ,  a honest reaction to the way the other makes himself known to be awake (   the way the tail hits against the bed in swift yet quick movements ) .  another kiss is pressed to the fox’s face ,  most specifically one of his eyelids ,  although the hunter sits down finally .

      “   what ?  i thought you liked my kisses ?   ”   he brushes a bit of the hair away from his own face ,  rays of sunlight hitting the bed but thankfully ,  not near where the pillows were .  he can hear the birds singing outside his window ,  and a small appreciative hum can be heard from stefan himself .
