[ DANCE ] : our muses dance together in close quarters.

❝     dance   with   me   ?      ❞            she’d   asked,   𝚁𝙴𝙰𝙲𝙷𝙸𝙽𝙶   𝙵𝙾𝚁   𝙷𝙸𝚂   𝙷𝙰𝙽𝙳.       the   air   is   warm   and   the   night   is   bright,        the    moon   shining   through   the   large   great   hall   windows,   shaping   the   marbled     walls   around   them.       he’s   so   beautiful,   smiling   like   this.        spinning   her   around   in   her   white   frilly   nightgown.   and   she’s   so     ROMANTIC,      idealism   painting   her   cheeks   pink,        adoration      drawing   hearts   within   her   gaze;       𝙻𝙰𝚄𝙶𝙷𝚃𝙴𝚁   𝚃𝙰𝚂𝚃𝙴𝚂   𝙻𝙸𝙺𝙴   𝚃𝙷𝙴   𝙷𝙾𝙽𝙴𝚈   𝚃𝙷𝙴𝚈’𝙳   𝙹𝚄𝚂𝚃   𝙷𝙰𝙳      as   she   rests   her   arm   on   his,   lacing   their   fingers   together   in   a     slow   dance.

𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒’𝑠   𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑐   𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔   𝑖𝑛   ℎ𝑒𝑟   ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑑       --   -  --      the   little   mermaid   sings   to   the   sailor   she   just   saved   !          it’s   odd   to   think   a   few   years   have   passed   since   and   he’s   still   the   most   WONDERFUL  HUMAN        she’s   set   her   eyes   on.   his   eyes   are   so     enticing,      calling   out   to   her,   so       genuine   and   sweet       it   melts   every   inch   of   her   --   -   ariel   can’t   believe   there’s   ever   been   a   time   she      didn’t   know   him.

he’s   gently   dipping   her,        red   curls   falling   loose   behind   her,       big   doe   eyes   staring   up   at   him,   etching   this   moment   in   her   memory:           his   grin,   his   gentle   hold   on   her   and   his   features   drawn   in   the   moonlight.         for   a   second,   just   a   tiny   one   .....       she   can’t   breathe.....         feels   like        𝚍𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐   𝚒𝚗   𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜   𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎.
