kairos has three children ; kanara, phoenix & amaurath.

in his post - canon (default) verse for this blog, he is at the point in his aging cycle where he stops physically aging, but continues to age mentally and psychologically as well as magically. as such, he is constantly offering his help to the kids who make his life have some measure of meaning... after all, their mother is sadly no longer with them, which is something that kairos is still struggling with, even though by this point it has been two years without katie by his side.

a contributing factor in his inability to sit still, all of his kids have his natural propensity for being reckless and not thinking things through. however, in attitude towards the world and how cruel it can be, they take after their mother without question.

amaurath is the oldest, by a long shot. in most verses, a very young dragon-faery, amaurath - who goes primarily by rath - is a tall, lanky medium brown skinned merchant who worships hermes, just like their old man does. they have long pink hair that is primarily kept up in a high ponytail with a pair of sentimental baubles wound through their hair. similarly, they have magenta-lilac tinted eyes with a sort of glassy sheen to them that look as if they could see into your soul. often seen in marketplaces and in small, local establishments, it would be a bad idea to not accept a deal that they offer, as it could turn the god of merchants briefly against you for not even considering the offer of his grand-nephew.

kanara is the middle child by about 16 years, which is a complicated thing, due to how long kairos has been around but was kept the same age for a very long time before having broken his chains. kanara, as of the post - canon verse for this blog, is in her early 20s, a tall and healthily athletic-sized woman with a more feminine figure than a masculine one, but she has no discomfort in her appearance, and has only ever used magic to give herself night vision / sight in the dark when she attends concerts for her favorite bands. she has short, wavy light brown hair and medium-dark skin like a mix of her father and her mother. she's energetic and loud and playful, a constant source of livelihood, and kairos' pride and joy. (yes, he's 100% a girl dad, despite having two biologically male children.)

phoenix is the youngest, younger than kanara by 4 years, and younger than rath by almost 21 years. a sickly child since birth due to his intense processing of magic in his system from both his mother and his father's side, he had been the concern of the town, and for the whole family, for years, until he evened out around the age of 6, which is when his soul trait had finally stabilized and allowed him some measure of control by the time he was 8 years old. though he has the potential to be great naturally, he prefers to work with what he knows, whereas his older sister doesn't think before she casts spells and inducts people with minor curses and hexes.
