Criticisms of the Inklings took an overwhelming priority; it almost forgot to address Octolings entirely.

"Octolings are a bit too heavily militaristic, and they enlist prepubescent children in military training. Their society is extremely stifling on its youths and many of the soldiers I have seen are emotionally constipated or otherwise stunted in some form. You can tell they are utterly miserable, because all it takes is a song from some Inkling pop idols to make thousands of them defect from the army. Apparently. But they have excellent technological growth, and their species is generally more intelligent and disciplined than Inklings. Both species have glaring flaws that make them highly susceptible to repeating humanity's mistakes, which I do not want, but Octolings are more reliable and have greater potential, therefore I use an excess of them for my operations."

Some of its loose wires droop wearily as its linguistic programs simmer down from the prolonged period of impassioned ranting.

"I admire humans and what they achieved. Yes. But I am not oblivious to their flaws. I was specifically created to prevent their flaws and mistakes from being repeated. Inklings might as well be an overblown representation of what made humans so foolish and reckless. I absolutely detest Inklings. Octarians are creatures I pity.
