once again why did i hear no hype for eagle vs shark this movie is everything to me now
#it's got that napoleon dynamite vibe while also being a twee little romance i loved it#(well i mean it came out in 2007 p much every indie movie was twee but that's exactly what i want from a 2007 indie movie)#lily is such a guy i absolutely loved her i love seeing an average losery girl in movies she's awesome#NANCY!!!!! omfg i loved nancy and i pointed so violently at the screen seeing rachel house I KNOW YOU!!!! FROM OTHER TAIKA FILMS!!!!#i loved the lowe family so much and god the reveal with gordon was heartbreaking#(why did i think i was getting out of a taika waititi movie without crying??? i always do????)#anyways please watch it if you haven't omg it was so good and so sweet#also it's fun to watch if you've seen every other taika movie just to point out cast members from other movies
