everybody need 2 leave me the fuck alone!
#work is harassing me about scheduling#unsubtly implying they want me to take over the nursery (and/or quoting and/or crew lead) on top of doing install projects#when i only suggested helping out w the nursery as a step down from 3 days a week of install kicking my ass#with no real recovery time bc i also work landscaping the rest of the week#(the time when i am responsible for the scheduling and also uhhh every other aspect of running the business)#on TOP of doing honest manual labor 36-40 hours a week. my aunts are moving and the one already had to leave town 4 the new job#and is freaking out about the other being left to pack up the house solo#and is calling EVERYBODY about it... to tell them how I ME should be going over there and helping.#which i am willing to do but now Everybody is also texting me about how i should/should not feel obligated to do this#im being SO brave rn
