Unfortunately, I'm probably the worst person to answer this question. I'm not sure where anyone else finds the Magic Files, but I bought the Japanese special edition DVDs/Blu-rays for Movies 12-16 to get all the original Magic/Bonus Files. (Magic File 2 is included with Movie 12, Magic File 3 is included with Movie 13, etc. I don't have the first Magic File, but it's just a compilation of other episodes and isn't anything original.) The Magic Files are also sold on DVD separately, too (though Bonus File 1 (included with Movie 16 and what I consider to be "Magic File 6") might not be?)
