jacob elordi and yn take a lie detector test | vanity fair
Tumblr media
MASTERLIST | MY PATREON | jacob insta blurb
"YN," the interviewer said, you and Jacob were sitting side by side with expectation shown in your faces, "Jacob."
"Hello," you said in unison, which made you look at each other and laugh.
"We're going to be taking a lie detector test today," the interviewer explained, "One of you will he hooked up to the machine while the other asks questions, and then you'll switch."
"Why are my palms sweating?" you said, making Jacob laugh and kiss the side of your head quickly.
"Who would you like to go first?" the interviewer asked again.
Jacob and you looked at each other for a few seconds before he winked at you and told the interviewer he would go first.
The video showed someone from the crew getting the machine ready and getting Jacob hooked to it.
"Do I look afraid?" Jacob asked, making you relax and laugh.
"You look fine, babe," you looked at the guy who was in charge of the machine, who give you the cue that you could start asking questions, "Okay, is your real name Jacob Elordi?"
"Yes," he answered.
"Were you born in Melborune, Australia?"
"No, I was born in Brisbane."
"Are you ready to take this lie detector test?" you asked, a smile playing on your face.
"I think so," he looked at you with a nervous smile and then looked at the camera.
"Okay, let's get started."
JACOB ELORDI TELLS THE TRUTH
"So, you were born in Australia. Do you like LA better?" you asked, reading the folder in front of you.
"Right now, yeah," Jacob answered, a small screen on the top left showing the lie detector machine working.
"Would you say you've adopted the LA lifestyle since moving here?"
"Yes,"
"Do you like going to yoga classes with me?" you raised your eyebrow, noticing a smile appearing on Jacob's face
"Absolutely." he answered confidently and you directed your raised eyebrow to the man behind the machine.
"He's telling the truth," the man said
"Were you doubting me?" Jacob said, an offended tone in his voice.
"Just confirming," you looked at the folder once again,"Do you consider yourself a heartthrob?"
"Yeah," he answered, but the look on his face said otherwise.
"A lie," the man said.
"I don't consider myself a heartthrob," he began, "but I mean I guess I kinda have to accept it."
"Yep, there you go," you said and a cheeky smile played on your face as you read the following question, "Have you ever felt jealous of any of my co stars?"
The room got quiet after the question, Jacob threw his head back and closed his eyes for a moment, and you couldn't help but laugh.
"Just answer the question!" you said and he shook his head.
"I wouldn't say that I'm a jealous person, specially not of your co stars because I'm an actor myself and I know how it works," he began, "I'm just protective, okay?"
"No reading, that was too close," the man behind the machine spoke, "It was a gray area, we could ask it again or we could just move on."
"Let's move on, he doesn't want to admit that he was jealous of Andrew Garfield on camera," you joked and Jacob couldn't help but laugh along, "Did you feel nervous during our first date?"
"Yes," his eyes widened at the memory, "I was about to piss my pants, actually."
"Truth,"
"Oh I already knew that," you shrugged with a cocky smile, "If I asked you to move to New York with me, would you do it?"
"Yeah, definitely," he smiled, "New York is the shit."
"Alright, babe, let's keep this interesting," you said with a grin. The lie detector machine still monitoring his responses, "Have you ever borrowed my clothes without asking?"
"Of course, guilty as charged," Jacob chuckled, "Your oversized sweaters are just too comfy to resist, love, and don't get me started on your purses,"
"This shouldn't have been a question, everyone knows the purses you use to go out are mine," you rolled your eyes with affection,"Okay last one from me,"
"Bring it,"
"Do you believe in love at first sight?"
You looked at Jacob curiously, and he took a moment before replying.
"Yeah, I do," he answered smoothly, "I mean when I met you, there was this instant connection, and I just knew there was something special about you."
"He's telling the truth," the lie detector confirmed, and you couldn't help but smile.
"Smooth answer, Elordi. Looks like we're on the same page about love at first sight," he smiled back at you, "Lord that was so cheesy, It's my turn! But, did at any point of this interview did you lie and we didn't catch you?"
"I mean, I don't know if you caught me," Jacob rested his chin on his hand.
"Did he lie?" you asked the man, both you and Jacob turning to look at him.
"He's not lying," He confirmed and Jacob gave you a smug smile
"I guess you passed the test."
YN TELLS THE TRUTH
You took your place in the hot seat while Jacob prepared to play the role of the interrogator, nerves kicking in as the crew hooked you up to the machine.
"Okay, YN," Jacob said, a smirk showing on his face, "Let's get started, shall we?"
You nodded and he sent you a wink.
"Is your favorite movie still 'The Notebook'?"
"Absolutely," you answered immediately and the machine confirmed your answer.
"Classic," he muttered, "Have you ever faked a compliment about my cooking?"
"Maybe once or twice, but it's only because I didn't want to hurt your feelings," you bit your lip, and Jacob gave you a surprised expression
"So, I've been living a lie?" he raised his eyebrow at you.
"No, no," you reassured him, "Your cooking skills have definitely improved over time."
"Truth," the man in charge of the lie detector said, and Jacob nodded in approval.
"Fair enough. Now, have you ever pretended to like a movie just because I wanted to watch it?"
"Guilty again," you covered your face in embarrassment,"But in my defense, no one wants to watch the Star Wars movies after a long day of filming."
"My feelings are definitely hurt," Jacob said and dramatically put a hand on his chest, "This test is making you look like a bad girlfriend, actually,"
"Come on now, give me more questions,"
"Alright, let's dig a little deeper," Jacob said with a smirk, "Have you ever considered stealing my phone to read my text messages?"
"Maybe once or twice," you said, "But only out of curiosity, not suspicion."
"Well, you know I'm wrapped around your finger so I would let you go through it anytime," he shrugged, "Do you think my Australian accent is sexier than your American one?"
"Oh, come on! That's not a fair question," you couldn't help but burst into laughter.
"Just answer the question, love," Jacob teased.
"Fine, fine," you said, still laughing, "Yes, your Australian accent is undeniably sexy."
"Truth," the machine confirmed, and Jacob playfully raised an eyebrow looking satisfied.
"Do you regret any of the roles you've played?" he asked, and you took a deep breath before answering.
"No, all of the roles I've played have been very meaningful to me," you replied, and the man operating the machine machine looked at you with a raised eyebrow."
"She's lying," he simply said, and you shut your eyes hearing Jacob laugh.
"I guess you have some explaining to do," he chuckled, shooting a playful glare at you, "Come on, spill it."
"Okay, fine," you admitted, "There was this one project early in my career that I took for the paycheck, and looking back, I wish I had chosen something more aligned with my values. It's not a regret per se, but more of a lesson learned."
"Fair enough," Jacob nodded, moving to the next question, "Have you ever stalked fan accounts dedicated to me?"
"Maybe a casual scroll here and there," you admitted, trying to seem cool about it.
"Casual scroll, huh?" Jacob raised an eyebrow and peeked at the lie detector, "The machine doesn't seem convinced, right?" he asked the man.
"It's a lie," he confirmed ad Jacob burst into laughter.
"Caught red-handed, love. What's next? Have you ever used my toothbrush without telling me?" he teased, making you laugh
"No way! That's just gross," you protested
"You hesitated there. Are you sure?" Jacob raised an eyebrow again
The machine signaled the truth, and you sighed in relief.
"I was just grossed out by the thought. I promise I've never done that."
"It's not like we haven't kissed before," he teased and you rolled your eyes but smiled, "Okay last question.
"Hit me with it," you said, ready for whatever it would be.
"Have you ever thought about what our future holds? Like, where we'll be in 10 years?" he asked, his expression turning serious.
You took a moment to contemplate the question.
"Yes," you answered sincerely, "I think about it quite often. I imagine us still together, maybe with a family, still acting and pursuing our passions and of course supporting each other."
"Truth," the lie detector machine confirmed your words, and Jacob's serious expression softened into a warm smile.
"Well, looks like we're on the same page there once again," he said, "Did you lie at any time and we didn't catch you?"
"Nope, I was an open book, babe," you replied, sending a wink his way.
"Did she lie?" Jacob turned to the man behind the machine,
The man hesitated for a moment, building suspense, before finally saying, "She's telling the truth."
"Told you!"
The video ended with both of you laughing at each other, and it became one of Vanity Fair's most watched Lie Detector tests.

◣──•~❉᯽❉~•──◢
I think this was the fifth time I had water up my nose this afternoon. Or maybe it was the sixth, definitely. My nose and throat burned as I gasped for air above the water. My surfboard flung up beside me with another slap of water to my face. I hoisted myself back up to sit over my borrowed board. Mualani let me borrow one of her old ones from childhood. Since I'd never been able to surf. I wrung out my hair over my shoulder. "This is so hard," I whined to Mualani who padded over on her own board over to me.
Mualani only laughed, laying down on her stomach, "You're doing fine for a beginner." I doubted it. "Keep practicing, maybe you could finally convince Kinich to come to swim."
I snorted and rolled my eyes, "Yeah like that'll happen."
Mualani giggled, "He's a lost cause. Maybe if you asked him nicely, he might change his mind," she teased, sending me a look with a knowing smile.
"I don't think a simple 'please' will do the trick," I retorted, paddling my board backward in the shallows. "He'd probably just come up with some excuse like 'I don't want to get my clothes wet' or something, and then go back to what he was doing," I grumbled.
Mualani snickered. "He can be such a diva sometimes. It's like he's scared to have any fun. I don’t know how you can date a guy like that."
She was being dramatic. He wasn’t that bad. I’ve known practically everyone since I was a kid, I know the ins and outs. Kinich just.. more so liked to keep to himself. I didn’t mind it though it really seemed like we had just become really good friends now even after putting a relationship title on us.
"Though I'm sure he'd do anything you asked," Mualani says with a nod
I quickly looked away.
"Don't be ridiculous," I mumbled, "Kinich doesn't listen to anyone, let alone me." I quickly looked away.
Mualani gave me a knowing smile. "Oh come on, don't pretend you haven't noticed the way he looks at you. That boy is absolutely smitten with you."
I tried to feign indifference, though my heart thumped in my chest. "He doesn't look at me any differently than he looks at everyone else."
Mualani raised an eyebrow. "Are you serious? He's practically drooling every time you're around. And he always insists on helping you with anything you need, no matter how menial."
I shifted uncomfortably in my waterlogged swimsuit. "That's just who he is. He's like that with everyone. He's just...a good guy." I don’t think I wanted to spill my guts with my best friend about my relationship just yet.
Mualani rolled her eyes. "You can be so clueless sometimes. Trust me on this."
I huffed, pushing my soaked hair out of my eyes. "Even if you're right, which you're not, I doubt he'd ever actually do anything about it. Kinich is too aloof to make a move."
Mualani smirked. "That's where I think you're wrong. I've seen the way he stares at you when you're not looking. That boy has it bad. If you ask me, he's just been waiting for the right moment.”
I narrowed my eyes with a laugh, "Sure, and dendro slimes will fly someday. Besides, I can't even imagine Kinich acting all romantic. He's too sarcastic and quippy for mushiness."
Mualani shrugged. "Maybe you should try giving him a hint then. See if he responds. I know he'd be all over you in a heartbeat if he thought he had a chance."
"I don't know, Mualani...he's always been so closed off. It wouldn’t feel natural."
Mualani grinned. "Well, you could always try being a bit more... flirtatious. Give him some nonverbal cues to let him know you're interested. A touch on the arm, a smile, a compliment, something like that. See how he responds."
"Yeah, nope," I said with a determined nod, I'd give up my pyro vision back to our archon before doing something as embarrassing as that.
“C'mon! What’s the harm in it?”
I gave Mualani a pointed look, “The harm is we’ve only been together three months.”
Mualani groaned, “But you’ve been friends for years!” She emphasized by splashing me with water.
I splashed her back, “I don’t expect anything from Kinich, Lani, I’m fine with what we have now.”
“Yeah, but, did you ask him that? Maybe he wants to be closer with you.”
Okay, yeah maybe I hadn’t thought about that. I paused mid-splash attack. “Oh.”
Another splash of water to my face, as I tipped sideways losing balance sitting on my surfboard. I tipped straight into the water making another splash for the seventh time.
Mualani was laughing when I arose from the surface. “Just try it. It’s not like he’ll outright reject you.”
I gave Mualani a glare, “I’m going to go change. I’m done learning today.”
“Ouchie, you really know how to burn me.” Mualani sighs with a dramatic expression.
“Insanity.” I mumbled padding back to the shore with my best friend trailing behind me. Still making dramatic plans about how to get my boyfriend to be more open. I was not listening as she rambled all the way back to my house.
◣──•~❉᯽❉~•──◢
I liked living right beside the hot springs. Even the ones that weren’t heated were usually the ones I gravitated towards. Given that Natlan was already hot, I never remembered my normal body temperature being this hot before I received my Pyro vision.
But right now, I think I was jealous of Cyro Vision users. Kachina had requested my help near her tribe. She wanted to collect flowers among herbs, and fruits for the traveler to help her gain enough confidence to enter into the night warden wars.
But it was too hot, and I was craving a bath. Being drenched in sweat was horrible. I didn’t want to complain in front of Kachina so I continued to follow her, we’d strayed far from The Children of The Echo’s tribe.
“Do you think this is enough?” I asked the smaller girl once we’d stopped near a stream.
“Uh-! I-.. I think so!” Kachina reached her arms up to take the fruits nestled in my bag. I happily let her take it as I took a seat near the stream for a much-needed breather.
“Great, I’m just gonna.. sit down for a while.”
Kachina gave me a nod with a bright smile. Which in turn made me smile. I felt like a big sister whenever I was with Kachina. It made it better that she was so smart and easy to talk to. I closed my eyes as a gust of wind helped cool my sweltering face.
Kachina sat down beside me, dipping her toes into the water. “Thank you for helping me today, I really appreciate it.”
I smiled, grateful for the respite. “Of course, Kachina. It’s the least I can do. The Traveler did so much for you.”
She nodded, her expression thoughtful. “Yeah, they really did. I wouldn’t have had the courage to join the Night Warden Wars without their support.”
We sat by the stream, the cool water lapping at my feet, and my mind drifted back to what Mualani had said the day before. Could it really be that simple? Just say please? I found myself lost in a whirlwind of emotions as the cool water of the stream rippled around me.
“Y/n? Y/n!” Kachina’s voice broke through my reverie, pulling me back to the present.
”Huh.” I blinked, realizing she was talking to someone. I turned to see Kinich standing there, looking a bit awkward but smiling warmly.
“Hey, Y/n,” he greeted, his voice a little uncertain. “Are you okay?”
I forced a smile, trying to shake off my embarrassment. “Oh, hey, Kinich. Yeah, I’m fine. Just, you know, dying of the heat,” I joked, fanning myself dramatically.
He chuckled, his eyes softening. “Yeah, it’s pretty brutal today.” He turned to me and narrowed his eyes. “Should you really be out here for much longer? You don’t look so good.”
Before I could respond, Kachina’s face fell, and she quickly apologized. “Oh no, I’m so sorry! I didn’t realize you weren’t feeling well. I shouldn’t have taken you so far.”
I shook my head, giving her a reassuring smile. “It’s okay, Kachina. I wanted to come out and help you. Really.”
She still looked worried, but I could see she was trying to believe me. I took a deep breath, deciding albeit hesitantly that if I were to test Mualani’s theory. Any time would be the best time “Kinich, could you please get me some water from the stream? I think it would help me cool down.”
To my surprise, he didn’t hesitate. Without a single sarcastic comment or playful tease, he nodded and walked over to the stream. The next thing I felt was the cool, wet rag on my forehead, and sighed in relief. Kinich's gentle touch was comforting as he helped me sit back down. My body was still cooling off from Natlan’s scorching heat.
"Thank you, Kinich," I said, looking up at him with a small smile.
He smiled back, though it was more a twitch of lips upwards, his eyes warm. "It was no problem at all. Just take it easy for a bit."
I nodded, leaning back into the grass. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Kachina watching us. She seemed to be trying hard not to look awkward, and I couldn't help but find it endearing.
"Are you okay, Y/n?" Kachina asked, her voice filled with genuine concern.
"Yeah, I think so," I replied, giving her a reassuring smile. "Just a bit... overwhelmed, I guess."
Kachina nodded, her cheeks flushing slightly. "You two are really cute together," she blurted out, then immediately looked like she regretted it.
Kinich chuckled softly, and I felt my own cheeks flush. "Thanks, Kachina," I said, trying to ease her embarrassment.
She smiled, looking a bit more relaxed. "Well, if you need anything, I'm here to help."
"Thanks," I said, appreciating her kindness. "I think I'll be okay now."
Kinich gave my hand a gentle squeeze. "Just rest for a bit. I'll be right here."
I nodded, feeling a little lightheaded. Not from the heat though. As I leaned back, feeling the coolness of the rag on my forehead, my mind wandered to Mualani’s words. Maybe she was right.
◣──•~❉᯽❉~•──◢
A couple of days later, I found myself in Xilonen’s shop, surrounded by shelves filled with various trinkets and artifacts. The air was filled with the scent of herbs and old parchment, a comforting reminder of the past. Xilonen and I were busy organizing her shop, a task that felt both familiar and soothing.
“Thanks for helping out, Y/n,” Xilonen said, her voice warm. “I’ve been meaning to get this place in order for ages.”
“No problem,” I replied, placing a stack of scrolls on a nearby shelf. “It’s nice to catch up. We haven’t had much time together since the war ended.”
She nodded a hint of sadness in her eyes. “Yeah, things have been so hectic. But it’s good to see you. How have you been holding up?”
I shrugged, trying to keep my tone light. “I’ve been okay. Just trying to figure things out, you know?”
Xilonen smiled knowingly. “I get it. It’s been a strange time for all of us. But I’m glad you’re here. It feels like old times.”
We continued to work in comfortable silence for a while, the rhythm of our movements almost meditative. As we sorted through a box of ancient artifacts, Xilonen suddenly looked up, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. “So, I heard a little rumor that you and Kinich are dating now. Is it true?” Probably from Mualani...
I felt my face heat up slightly but nodded. “Yeah, it’s true.”
Xilonen grinned. “I knew it! How’s that going? I mean, considering how Kinich… is.”
I chuckled, understanding what she meant. “It’s going fine, actually. He’s been really sweet and supportive. It’s still new, but we’re figuring it out.”
She nodded, her expression softening. “That’s good to hear. Kinich can be ahh.. how do I put this? Blunt? but he has a good heart.”
“Yeah, he does,” I agreed, feeling a warm glow at the thought of him. “He’s been really great.”
we continued to clean, the door to the shop opened, and Kinich walked in. His eyes immediately found mine, and he smiled warmly Again, just the hint of his lips turning at the corners. “Hey, Y/n,” he greeted, then turned to Xilonen. “Xilonen.”
“Hey, Kinich,” I replied, feeling a flutter of happiness at seeing him.
Xilonen gave him a playful look. “Didn’t expect to see Y/n here, huh?”
Kinich chuckled, scratching the back of his head. “Yeah, I was a bit surprised. What’s going on?”
Xilonen rolled her eyes dramatically. “Oh, so I can’t see my friend for a day? I asked Y/n to help me clean up since it’s been a while.”
Kinich nodded, looking a bit awkward. “Right, of course. Well, it’s good you both are here. I actually came by to let you know that someone from The Children of the Echos commissioned me for a project, so I don’t have much time to chat.”
“That’s great, What kind of project?” genuinely wanting to know
He shrugged, a small smile on his face. “It’s a bit of a mystery for now, but I’ll fill you in later.”
Xilonen smirked. “Always keeping secrets, huh?”
Kinich laughed. “Something like that. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi. I’ll catch up with you both later.”
It was the perfect time to test Mualani's theory further. I spotted an item on a high shelf that I couldn't reach and decided to ask Kinich for help.
"Kinich, could you please help me get that down?" I called out, pointing to a random scroll.
He stopped talking to Xilonen almost instantly and came up behind me. "Sure, what do you need?" he asked, his voice so, so close to my ear.
I pointed at the scroll again. "That one, right up there."
Without hesitation, Kinich reached over my head and grabbed it, his arm brushing against mine. He handed it to me with a smile. "Here you go."
"Thanks," I said, feeling a bit flustered by how quickly he had responded.
"No problem," he replied. "I have to go now, but I'll see you later." He turned to Xilonen and me, giving us both a quick nod. "Goodbye, Xilonen. Bye, Y/n."
"Bye, Kinich," we both said in unison as he left the shop.
As the door closed behind him, Xilonen turned to me with a curious look. "What was that? I've never seen Kinich act like that before."
I shrugged, trying to play it cool. "I don't know. Maybe he's just being extra helpful today."
Xilonen raised an eyebrow. "Extra helpful, huh? Well, whatever it is, it's definitely interesting."
I smiled,  Maybe Mualani was onto something after all.
“I should get going too,” I said, giving Xilonen a hug. “Thanks for today. It was really nice to catch up.”
"Oh yeah totally! I can handle the rest here. Also, come by anytime,” she replied, hugging me back. “Don’t be a stranger, okay?”
“I won’t,” I promised, smiling as I headed out the door.
◣──•~❉᯽❉~•──◢
I found myself back at Mualani’s place, surfboard in hand and ready for another lesson. Mualani was determined to teach me how to surf, and I was equally determined to make her proud, even if it meant a few more wipeouts.
“Hey, ‘Lani!” I greeted her, adjusting my swimsuit as I approached. “Ready for another round?”
Mualani grinned, her eyes always sparkling with excitement. “Always! But first, tell me have you been messing with Kinich? He’s been super quiet. More than usual.”
I laughed, setting my surfboard down. “Really? That’s funny. I’ve been testing your theory. It’s been interesting, to say the least. I really don’t think he’s reacting. He’s doing things any normal boyfriend would do.”
She nodded enthusiastically. “You absolutely need to keep it up. Yesterday he looked like he was going to explode.”
I snorted a laugh Mualani clapped her hands together. “Alright, enough talk. Let’s hit the waves!”We headed down to the beach, the sound of the ocean filling the air.
As we paddled out, Mualani and I chatted about everything and nothing, enjoying the easy flow of conversation. Suddenly, someone from the tribe called out to Mualani, needing her assistance with something urgent.
Mualani sighed, giving me an apologetic look. “Duty calls. Just focus on balancing on the board for now, okay? I’ll be back as soon as I can.”
“Got it!” I called, watching as she paddled back to the shore.
Left to my own devices, I paddled out to the shallow part of the water. I stood up on the board, feeling the gentle sway of the ocean beneath me. Balancing was tricky, but I was determined to get the hang of it. I took a deep breath, focusing on keeping my stance steady.
The sun was warm on my skin, and the sound of the waves was soothing.
My balance wavered, and I tumbled into the water with a splash. As I surfaced, sputtering and wiping the saltwater from my eyes, I heard a familiar voice.
"Having trouble there?" Kinich asked, a teasing smile on his face.
I felt my cheeks heat up with embarrassment. "Maybe just a little," I admitted, trying to laugh it off.
He chuckled, wading over to me. "Here, let me help you." He reached out, steadying me as I stood up in the water. His hands were firm but gentle, and I felt a bit more stable with his support.
"Thanks," I mumbled reeling from the taste of saltwater, feeling self-consciousness.
"No problem," he replied, still holding my surfboard, "Everyone falls sometimes. It's part of the learning process."
I nodded, appreciating his encouragement. "Yeah, I guess so."
He handed me the board, his eyes warm with amusement. "Just keep at it. You'll get the hang of it."
The sun glinted off the water as I turned towards Kinich, curiosity, and anxiety bubbling with the ripples of the water.
“Kinich,” I called out, voice catching the wind.
“Would you help me with this, please? I mean, with keeping my balance on the board?”
His gaze softened, and without a word, he nodded. With practiced ease, he dropped the surfboard into the water, and it settled with a small splash. Approaching me, he placed his hands gently around my waist, lifting me as if I weighed nothing.
My heart beat wildly, like drums against my chest—not just from the thrill, but from the intimate touch. Kinich’s hands lingered longer than necessary as he steadied me on the board, fingers warm against her skin through the thin fabric of my swimsuit. His grip was firm, yet tender, as though he was acutely aware of his strength and its effect.
“This good?” he asked, voice low, almost a whisper. It sent shivers down my spine, as I nodded, unable to find my voice. So instead I nodded, slowly.
Once Kinich was convinced Ihad found my balance, he slowly let go. For a few moments, I managed to stay upright, it was my triumph. But the waves had other plans. The board wobbled violently beneath my feet, and with a startled yelp, I lost my footing. In the blink of an eye, I grabbed onto Kinich, pulling him down with me. We both plunged into the cool embrace of the ocean. Breaking the surface, I wiped the water from my eyes, only to be met with the sight of a thoroughly drenched and disheveled Kinich. My initial shock dissolved into a fit of giggles.
“I am so sorry!” I gasped between laughs, noticing the way his usually calm demeanor was replaced with a mixture of surprise a cute scowl. “You look... upset.”
Kinich’s expression softened, the corners of his mouth twitching into a smile. “Upset with you? Never.”
His eyes held mine, a glint of mischief playing in their sunsets. “Actually,” he continued, his voice low and sincere, “since you’ve been asking so politely, I thought I might as well ask the same... Can I please kiss you?”
Time seemed to pause as his words settled over. The world faded around us, leaving just the two of us in that perfect, sunlit moment. I barely managed a nod.
Kinich's lips met mine with a tenderness that took my breath away. The kiss was soft, almost hesitant as if he was savoring the moment, afraid it might slip away too soon. His hands, still resting on my hips, tightened slightly, pulling closer but never forcefully.
I felt the warmth of his touch through the cool water, his fingers tracing gentle patterns on my revealed skin. The world around us seemed to fade, leaving only the sensation of his lips on mine and the steady rhythm of our breaths mingling.
As the kiss deepened, Kinich's hand moved to cradle my face, his thumb brushing lightly against my cheekbone. It was a gesture of pure affection, a silent promise of his care and respect. I responded in kind, my own hands finding their way to his shoulders, feeling the strength and warmth beneath my fingertips.
When we finally pulled apart, he rested his forehead against mine, heavy breaths mingling in the space between us. Kinich's eyes searched mine, a soft smile playing on his lips. Before he frowned.
"Now please stop saying please," he whispered, his voice barely audible over the gentle lapping of the waves. "I can't take it anymore."

Feed My Boyfriend Souls - The Mall Guard
I was at the mall with my boyfriend when a sexy guard walked by us, I couldn't help but turn my head and look at that big ass being hugged by that tight uniform.
"Damn, look at that ass," I whispered to my boyfriend, who also turned his head to admire the guard's ass.
"Do you like it? You want me to-"
"No, It's fine," I said, putting one hand on my boyfriend's ass and squeezing it. "I like your current ass." He smirked at me and we kissed.
One hour later we were at the movie theater, in the middle of the movie I turned to my boyfriend since I noticed he had grown very quiet, my heart almost stopped when I saw his blank face, his eyes were lifeless and his mouth was hanging open with popcorn still inside his mouth.
"Fuck..." I cursed to myself; my boyfriend had left his current host and now the body was left without a soul to control it. You see, my boyfriend died many years ago, I loved him too much to just let him go, so I found an ancient spell, and I managed to keep his soul in the physical realm. But even ghosts got to eat; he had to take over bodies and consume their souls. Otherwise, he would stop existing.
I was about to go looking for him when I received a message from an unknown number. When I opened I saw a photo of the sexy guard that I had seen before.
In the photo the guard was in the bathroom, showing his ass.
Tumblr media
"Come to the bathroom, this ass is waiting for you." The text said.
"I'm on my way," I responded. I stood up and closed the eyes of the soulless host on my side, making it look like he was sleeping, then I rushed to the bathroom, and there I found the hot guard, waiting for me with the smirk I was very well familiarized.
"You know you can't discard your hosts in public spaces, It's too dangerous," I said.
"Don't worry about that for now. C'mon, order me to do something, I will do anything you want." The guard said, he had such a deep and sexy voice.
"Anything I want?" I asked, smiling at him, Ideas started to form in my mind, "Drop on all fours," I commanded. He obeyed right away, dropping on all fours and looking up at me, like a needy puppy.
"Stick your tongue out!" He stuck his tongue out like a thirsty dog. "Good boy," I said, stroking his head, "Why don't you go lick the urinals? Show me what this tongue is good for."
"Yes sir!"
I watched the hunky guard crawl on all fours toward the urinals, he then started licking the dirty urinal. I couldn't help but pull my phone out and start recording. The sight was too hot.
"That's a good officer, thank you for your service, you pig," I chuckled, getting closer to him and taking a good angle of his tongue running on the urinal as if his life depended on it. After a few minutes, I ended the video. "Follow me inside a stall, I need to fuck this ass."
We got inside one of the stalls, I sat on the toilet and pulled my pants down, freeing my throbbing cock. "Ride me," I ordered.
He didn't hesitate. He took off his uniform pants and got on top of me, I grabbed his firm ass cheeks and pulled him down, guiding his body until he was sitting on my cock. He let out a deep moan that echoed through the bathroom as he took me inch by inch, his eyes never leaving mine. The guard was definitely straight, It had been a while since the last time I fucked such a tight ass.
The guard was grinning the entire time, I could feel his excitement through the body he had taken over.
"Oh, you like that?" I teased, slapping his ass hard, making sure to leave a mark behind. He nodded, his eyes glazed over with pleasure, "Yes, please, more! Make me your fucktoy!"
I chuckled, "That's what I like to hear," I began to thrust harder into him, his tight hole squeezing around my cock like a fleshlight. The guard's body was rocking back and forth, his moans growing louder with each stroke. His hands were gripping the sides of the stall for support.
I slapped his ass again, harder this time. "What part of ride me you didn't understand?" I demanded, gripping his hips and slamming him all the way down, his moans turning into grunts of pain.
The guard started to move his hips in a rhythm that matched my thrusts, fucking himself on my cock as he was told to. His movements grew more erratic as the pleasure took over. The bathroom was filled with the sound of skin slapping against skin and the smell of sex, we didn't care if anyone would hear us.
I reached down and played with his cock, feeling it pulse in my hand as I pumped it in sync with my thrusts. His body was so responsive, so alive with the spirit of my boyfriend.
"Oh, fuck yeah," he moaned, "I've never felt so alive!" His eyes rolled back in his head as he reached climax, and I knew my boyfriend was enjoying this just as much as I was.
The guard's cock jerked in my hand, spurting hot cum that painted my face. I took over the rhythm, pumping into him until I too reached my peak. He let out a loud, guttural cry as his body shuddered and jolted, his eyes rolling back and his muscles tensing, I knew what my boyfriend was doing: he was feeding on the guard's soul.
So I just let my boyfriend feed while my cock was still up his ass. After some more grunts and moaning, the guard grinned at me. "His soul was delicious. I should go back to my previous host now."
"Wait, you can't leave the guard here as an empty husk."
"Yes I can," He said with a grin, "see you in the movie theater..."
"No wait! Don't—"
The guard's eyes rolled back and his body went limp on top of me. Gosh, he was heavy! I rolled him to the floor and left him inside the stall with his ass sticking up and cum oozing from his hole; his face was pressed on the floor while he had the dumbest smile on his face. I left him there, mindlessly giggling like an idiot.
Dating a ghost boyfriend is so much better than dating the living.

“I know this is too much to take in right now. You can always back out. I don’t wish to force you to do anything you don’t want to do.” he utters in a soft and sincere tone while you both sit on the bed with your backs against the headboard.
You offer a small smile through the heaviness in your heart. Is this truly what you want? Can you trust him?
You've spent all night talking and getting to know each other. Although it was mostly you who did the talking. But he answered some of your questions... very briefly of course.
He mentioned that his father was a ‘bloody prick’. But his mother... he truly loved her... still does as you have noticed by the way he speaks about her. And his brother Tommy and Tommy’s wife, Beth and their son, Joseph... all so dear to him.
“All dead.” he replies in a cold, monotone voice after you ask where they are and takes a sip of the bottle of whiskey in his hand.
“I’m... so sorry.” you breathe out, shocked at the revelation, not truly knowing how to react.
You can sense the hint of pain in his voice, you can see it in his eyes even though he keeps it all to himself, the walls around him too high and broad, strong but not entirely unbreakable.
And deep down, you wish you could take all that pain away. No human should ever go through what he has.
And you know he hasn’t told you everything. You still have to earn his trust for him to open up to you. And you understand that since he has to earn your trust as well.
He tenses up at your touch as you take his hand in yours, but eventually warms up and turns his hand over to hold yours.
“I’m really sorry. I know this is hard on you too. I never wished to be such a nuisance-”, “You’re not... It’s fine.” he cuts you off, turning his head to look you in the eye and you return his gaze with a soft smile.
But you quickly shy away under the intensity of his glare and turn your head away.
And you’ve noticed the slight edge to his tone. It definitely is difficult for him as well.
Moments pass with a heavy silence settling in the room.
He has been nothing but kind to you, never making any advances towards you, unlike all the other men you have encountered.
Although you can’t help but feel a leaden weight in your chest, almost crushing your heart.
How can you marry a man you barely know?
But you’re aware that you have no choice.
And despite all of that, you can’t help but sense the slight tingle in your heart. He surely makes you feel something... Is it quite love though?
Despite his rough and tough attitude, the seething danger in his eyes, you know there lies a good man beneath it all.
All the conflicting emotions coursing through you make your eyes tear up and you can’t help the sobs escaping you ‘till morning comes as you lay in your bed.
-----
The ceremony is simple... and rushed of course.
As he says his vows, you can feel the sincerity in his tone which makes your heart warm up, almost melting at his words with that deep, gravelly voice.
And he kisses you so tenderly, his lips lingering on yours, making your heart flutter in your chest.
He sends the guests away so you can have your privacy, despite traditions calling for them to stay.
“We don’t have to do anything.” he says softly after you walk into the bedroom, stepping closer to you as you fumble with your dress while looking down, sensing your nervousness radiating off you.
“Really? Are you sure that’s alright?” you ask anxiously, “I’m not going to force myself on you!” he responds, nearly in disbelief that you would think that.
“I know... I just...” you mumble and chuckle nervously, “Alright. I-I'm really exhausted. I think I will go to bed.” you add with a smile, “Alright.” he nods and steps away to change his clothes.
He walks up to you after he notices you struggling with your dress, “May I?” he offers, “Yes. Please!” you respond and turn around so he can untie the straps.
And he does it with so much care and tenderness, the slight brush of his fingers on your skin sending shivers through your body.
As you go on with your nightly routine, brushing your hair in front of the mirror on your vanity table, he sits on the edge of the bed, his eyes fixated on you.
“What?” you ask with a shy smile as you notice his stare burning through your soul, “Nothing.” he says, returning the smile and looking away for a moment before looking up at you again.
You finish your business and walk towards the bed where he’s still sitting, “You’re staring!” you scold playfully, “I’m merely admiring my wife.” he says with a boyish smile, “Well, thank you... husband.” you reply, looking down with your cheeks heating up.
You settle on each side of the bed, but you can’t help the desire to feel close to him bubbling up inside you, “Can you... please... hold me?” you ask shyly, voice barely above a whisper, “ ‘course, love.” he replies, offering a warm smile before shuffling closer to you and wrapping his arms around you from behind.
“Better?” he asks, “Much better.” you nod, nearly melting in his warm embrace.
Maybe this arrangement is not so bad after all.

02: Love, Sweat, and Secondhand Embarrassment
"Clemmy I swear I wanted to die that entire time. Whoever I offended in an alternate universe I am so so sorry, I truly believe karma is real now," I lamented, voice weak.
Burying my head in my pillow, I could finally appreciate the cool blast of AC (well, it was a little bit of air conditioning but a little is better than nothing) I scratched my right leg that was hoisted up onto the blue duvet cover. If not for the horrible comedic timing of everything, in that moment, I might have said that I was enjoying myself.
On the other line of the phone, thousands of miles away, it was a completely different story.
"What the fuck," Clementine could barely muster out because she was laughing so hard.
"I still don't think any part of this story is funny, Clem," I roll my eyes and trail off.
"But it is! You genuinely should consider a career in stand-up comedy. If you recounted all of this in front of a paying live audience, I'm just saying it could make you a millionaire overnight," Clementine wheezed.
"Oh, shut up, bitch," I retorted, trying to suppress a smile despite my mortification.
"You know it's true though!" Her girlish giggles rang through my room. I could see her face through the screen and it looked like visible tears were streaming down her face from how funny she found this to be.
"I am completely and utterly humiliated. There is no way I can go downstairs and face everyone right now," I whined. It was true, as twenty minutes ago, mid-Facetime with Clementine, I heard the door to the foyer open and heard a lot of new noises.
New people. The neighbors. The rest of the Australians.
Crikey, mate.
There was no way I could face them. And since Oscar was probably their son (he looked way too young to be a father) he had probably already told them about the wretched and humiliating mishap.
"Seriously, Clemmy, you don’t get it," I said, trying to keep the frustration out of my voice but failing miserably. "This is not just some embarrassing story. This is my life, and I have to face these people now."
Clementine’s laughter finally started to subside, and she took a deep breath. "Okay, okay, I get it. But you have to admit, this is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of disaster. You can’t just ignore it. It’s like the universe is telling you to embrace the chaos."
I sighed, feeling a bit more grounded with her calming tone. "Yeah, well, I’m not exactly feeling the universe’s love right now. I feel like I’ve been dropped into some kind of sitcom. And what if they think I’m a total klutz? I can’t even begin to imagine how Oscar must’ve described me."
"It'll be fine. You are a pro at handling horrible situations. I mean, I can really only think that you have had more bad experiences with guys than good ones!" Clem tried to reassure me.
"Wow, thanks," I deadpanned. "Way to make a girl feel special."
Clementine's voice was full of playful sympathy. "Hey, I’m just saying, you’ve survived everything life’s thrown at you so far. Besides, look at it this way: if they’re judging you based on this one incident, they’re missing out on getting to know the amazing person you are."
"Yeah, because nothing says 'amazing' like face-planting into a pile of shampoo and knocking over a bunch of cleaning supplies," I said, sarcasm dripping from my tone.
Clementine laughed. "Exactly! And let’s be honest, if they do judge you for this, they’re definitely not worth your time. Besides, Oscar might even think you’re charming in a clumsy, endearing kind of way. You never know."
"You should really consider a career in therapy. If I lay here and close my eyes for a bit and sleep for three hours surely your advice will work," I retorted.
"Oh be so serious with me now,"
"I am! Now I can add a new skill to my LinkedIn profile," I said, trying to stifle a giggle. "How about 'Expert in Catastrophic Bathroom Mishaps: Master of Turning Shower Encounters into Slapstick Comedy'?"
Clementine burst into laughter. “That’s quite a title! It’s like you’ve got a whole new niche market for yourself.”
“Right? I’m just waiting for the endorsement from ‘The Association of Embarrassing Bathroom Incidents,’” I said, imagining a badge with that exact title. What a big, fat, fucking joke.
“Or maybe you'll become the keynote speaker for the 'International Conference on Unexpected Water-Based Accidents,’” Clementine added, her voice full of amusement.
“I’ll make sure to include a workshop on ‘How to Survive a Bathroom Collision with Dignity and Humor,’” I said with a chuckle. “And don’t forget the seminar on ‘Turning Slip-and-Fall Disasters into Networking Opportunities.’”
“A career to consider!” Clementine laughed. “And you know what? I’ll be your first fan. Just remember to keep me updated on how your new ‘disastrous bathroom mishap’ career is going.”
“I’ll make sure to do that,” I promised with a smile. “Thanks for the laugh. It’s nice to know that even in the middle of a fiasco, I can count on you to turn it into a comedy show.”
"What can I say, I will never turn down listening to a free shit show," Clementine winked at me through the camera.
"Clem! What the hell!" I waved my manicured pointed nail at her.
"Bye! Don't die from embarrassment before you come back!" She quipped, then promptly hung up.
I lay sprawled on my bed, dreading the thought of going downstairs and facing the group of new neighbors. The whole idea made me cringe. I was just about to mentally prepare myself for the awkward introductions when a sudden knock on my door jolted me upright. My heart raced as I called out lazily, “Come in.”
The door creaked open, and I nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw Oscar standing there. His eyebrow was raised, and he wore a cheeky grin that did nothing to ease my nerves.
"Well, well, well," he said with an amused smirk. "Looks like you’ve been having quite the chat with 'dearest Clemmy,' haven’t you?"
My face flushed beet red, and I stuttered, struggling to find my words. “W-What are you doing here?”
Oscar leaned casually against the doorframe, clearly enjoying my discomfort. “Oh, you know, just overheard you and Clemmy talking about our little mishap. I believe you mentioned something about me being ‘a charming yet infuriating Aussie who managed to turn your bathroom break into a comedy skit.’”
I blinked, stunned into silence. My mouth opened and closed, but no coherent words came out. The sheer embarrassment was overwhelming. Oscar’s casual demeanor and his cheeky grin only made things worse.
“What can I say, my name was called,” Oscar continued with a mischievous glint in his eye. “If someone keeps calling you hot, I mean, wouldn’t you be too curious to listen?”
His smirk only made my breath hitch and my fingers tremble a little more. I could feel my cheeks burning, and I struggled to come up with a response. The playful glint in his eye and his casual attitude did nothing to alleviate my embarrassment. Instead, they only made me feel more flustered.
I took a deep breath, trying to regain some semblance of composure. “W-Well, I guess I didn’t think anyone would be actually listening.”
Oscar raised an eyebrow playfully, his smirk widening. “Oh, I’m sure you didn’t. But it was too good to pass up. Especially the part where you called me a ‘human wrecking ball.’”
My face flushed a deeper shade of crimson. “Great. Just great,” I muttered, shifting uncomfortably. “I’m sure I’ve made a fantastic first impression.”
Oscar chuckled, leaning casually against the doorframe. “Look, it’s all good. I’ve seen worse first impressions. Trust me. At least you didn’t accidentally set off the fire alarm or flood the place.”
I managed a weak smile, still feeling the sting of embarrassment. “Yeah, well, I’ll try to keep any future disasters to a minimum.”
Look at me, constantly embarrassing myself in front of hot guys. This was the exact reason why I was still bitchless and socially awkward at the ripe age of twenty-one. I could navigate a spreadsheet like a pro, ace exams, and even master the perfect contour, but put me in a room with a cute guy, and I turned into a walking calamity.
I sighed internally, already dreading the inevitable teasing I’d get from Clemmy once she found out I had, yet again, failed to keep my cool around a guy. Maybe I should’ve just stayed in the bathroom and let the ground swallow me whole.
Oscar raised an eyebrow, studying me with a curious look. “You know, you seem like a completely different person right now. Way quieter, more shy… less daring.”
My face flushed with a mix of irritation and embarrassment. “That’s not true,” I snapped, crossing my arms defensively. “I’m exactly the same as I was before.”
Oscar’s grin widened, clearly enjoying the effect his words had on me. “Sure, if you say so. But the girl who almost took me down like a rugby player in the bathroom seemed a lot more fearless.”
My nose flared as I shot him a glare, feeling the fire of indignation rise within me. Who did he think he was, making assumptions about me? I’ll show him just how brave I can be, I thought, my fists clenching. If he wanted to see daring, then I’d make sure he regretted ever doubting me. The nerve of this guy! He might have been hot, but that didn’t give him the right to push my buttons like this.
Oscar gave me a lopsided grin, clearly pleased with himself. "Anyway, everyone’s heading downstairs to meet each other. Figured I’d let you know, since, you know, it’s probably not the best idea to hide out up here forever."
My stomach twisted with nerves at the thought of facing everyone after that humiliating encounter. The idea of meeting new people while still reeling from my disastrous introduction to Oscar was daunting. But there was no way I was going to let him see how nervous I actually was. I took a deep breath, nodding stiffly. "Fine, let’s get this over with."
As we walked out of the room and toward the stairs, I could feel Oscar’s presence behind me—large, imposing, and annoyingly close. My face heated up, and I silently cursed myself for blushing yet again. Why did this guy have to make everything so difficult?
It was like shooting a sitting duck. A little small talk, a smile, and baby, I was stuck. I was a grown woman, for god’s sake, not some teenager swooning over a crush. But there I was, getting flustered over a guy I barely knew. Get a grip, I told myself, trying to shake off the absurdity of the situation. This wasn’t supposed to happen—I wasn’t supposed to be this easily charmed.
When we reached the bottom of the stairs, I hesitated, gripping the railing a little longer than usual. I could feel Oscar’s gaze on me, and it only made my nerves worse. Just as I was about to take the first step down, his hand brushed against mine. The contact was brief but enough to send a jolt of awareness through me. His hand was rough with calluses, moderately enveloping mine in a way that felt both comforting and disarming.
What was it about this guy that made me feel so uncharacteristically off-balance? As I tried to steady my racing thoughts, I reminded myself that I had to keep it together. After all, I wasn’t about to let some smooth-talking Aussie turn me into a lovesick fool—no matter how much my traitorous heart seemed to enjoy the challenge.
As I reached the bottom of the stairs, my eyes were drawn to two adults who were deep in conversation with my mom. Their warm, friendly demeanor and unmistakable Australian accents told me they were Oscar’s parents. They seemed just as lively and outgoing as he was, which only added to the strangeness of this entire situation.
Then, I spotted Oscar’s siblings—a trio of sisters who looked like carbon copies of him, yet each had her own distinct vibe, like different fonts of the same typeface. They were laughing and joking with each other, their bond evident in the way they effortlessly engaged in light-hearted banter. I felt a pang of envy, wishing I had siblings to share that kind of closeness with.
My daydream was abruptly shattered when Oscar’s large, warm hand clasped onto my shoulder, his fingers pressing gently but firmly against my skin. The unexpected touch sent a jolt through me, making me jump slightly as a flush of heat rushed to my cheeks. His chuckle, deep and amused, rumbled behind me, the sound wrapping around me like a teasing caress. He was standing on the step just above me, close enough that I could feel his breath on the back of my neck. His presence was unmistakably felt—broad, solid, and way too close for comfort, yet somehow not close enough.
His fingers lingered on my shoulder, almost as if he was testing my reaction, and I could feel the warmth radiating from his touch, seeping into my skin. The space between us seemed to shrink with every passing second, and I could barely concentrate on anything but the weight of his hand and the steady beat of my heart hammering in my chest.
Oscar leaned in slightly, his voice low and smooth as honey. “Jumpier than I thought,” he drawled, his tone dripping with playful mischief. “Didn’t take you for the shy type. Especially not after our little bathroom tango.” His grin widened, the corner of his mouth quirking up in a way that was both infuriating and ridiculously charming.
My pulse quickened at the way he was looking at me—those eyes sparkling with amusement, as if he knew exactly what he was doing. I swallowed hard, my mind racing to come up with a retort, but all I could focus on was how his hand, still resting on my shoulder, felt both protective and possessive. The air between us crackled with a tension that was impossible to ignore, and I had to remind myself to breathe.
I could quite literally cut the sexual tension with the dullest fucking butterknife in the world.
I tried to muster a sharp retort, something that would wipe that smug grin off his face, but my brain was too busy short-circuiting to cooperate. All I could manage was a stuttered, “I-I’m not shy! You just—caught me off guard, that’s all.” The words tumbled out, weak and unconvincing, and I mentally cringed at how feeble they sounded.
Oscar’s grin only grew, clearly enjoying my flustered state. He leaned in a little closer, his gaze locked on mine with a playful intensity that made my heart skip a beat. “Off guard, huh?” he murmured, his voice dipping lower. “So, you’re saying if I hadn’t surprised you, you’d be able to keep up?”
I opened my mouth to respond, determined to regain some semblance of dignity, but nothing clever came out. Instead, I just stood there, caught between wanting to pull away from his teasing and feeling inexplicably drawn to his warmth. His hand slid from my shoulder, and the absence of his touch left a surprising chill in its wake.
Realizing that my window for a comeback was closing, I finally managed to sputter, “Y-Yeah, exactly.” I immediately cursed myself for sounding so pathetic. Not exactly the sharp comeback I was hoping for. His smirk deepened, and I could tell he wasn’t buying it for a second.
“Sure, whatever you say,” Oscar replied, his tone still dripping with amusement. He straightened up, giving me a quick wink before stepping down to the next stair. The playful glint in his eyes told me he knew exactly how much he was getting under my skin, and he was loving every second of it.
As he moved past me, I finally found my voice—too little, too late—and muttered under my breath, “Cocky bastard.” But it was quiet enough that I hoped he didn’t hear it. To my dismay, Oscar paused, turning back with a raised eyebrow and an even wider grin.
“Sorry, didn’t catch that,” he said, his eyes twinkling with mischief. “Care to repeat it?”
My cheeks flamed as I quickly shook my head. “Nope, nothing. Let’s just… go meet everyone.”
Oscar’s grin didn’t falter as he took a step closer, still looming above me. “You know,” he began, his voice casual but with that familiar teasing edge, “I’ve already met everyone else. Your mom, too. And I’ve gotta say, you two seem like complete opposites.”
I blinked up at him, caught off guard again. “Opposites?”
He nodded, leaning against the wall with that effortless ease he seemed to have perfected. “Yep. Your mom’s all smiles and warm welcomes. You, on the other hand… well, you’ve got this whole ‘ready to throw punches’ vibe going on.”
I narrowed my eyes at him, trying to gauge whether he was being serious or just messing with me again. “I do not have a ‘ready to throw punches’ vibe.”
Oscar’s lips twitched like he was holding back a laugh. “Oh, you totally do. But don’t worry,” he added with a playful smirk, “it’s kind of endearing. Keeps things interesting.”
I huffed, crossing my arms over my chest. “Glad to know I’m so entertaining for you.”
He shrugged, unfazed. “Hey, I’m just saying, opposites attract, right? Besides, your mom already likes me. You could take a few notes.”
His comment sent a fresh wave of warmth to my cheeks, both from irritation and something I couldn’t quite place. “I don’t need notes from you,” I shot back, though my voice lacked its usual bite.
Oscar just chuckled, giving me one last teasing wink before turning to head down the stairs. “Whatever you say, mate. Just try not to tackle anyone else while you’re at it.”
"Well well well, what do we have here?" A girl with short hair and a devious grin matching Oscar's grinned at me as well entered the kitchen. Shimmering her hands like "jazz hands", she rolled her eyes and rested her chin in the palm of her hand.
I turned to face the new arrival, immediately recognizing her as one of Oscar’s sisters—one of the three siblings who seemed to share his penchant for mischief. Her cropped hair and sharp, playful eyes made her look like she’d just stepped out of a rom-com where she was the resident troublemaker, always stirring the pot and having a laugh at everyone else’s expense.
“Hey, party people,” she said, her voice dripping with a teasing lilt. She shot me a grin that was almost a mirror image of Oscar’s, mischievous and knowing, like she was in on some inside joke I hadn’t been let in on yet. I could feel the same heat from before creeping up my neck. Why did it feel like these siblings were reading me like an open book?
“Looks like someone’s already made a grand entrance,” she continued, flicking her eyes between me and Oscar with an amused smirk. “Oscar’s been talking about you nonstop since we got here. Said something about a ‘bathroom fiasco’ that deserves an award?”
I shot a glare at Oscar, who was leaning casually against the counter, looking far too pleased with himself. “Did he now?” I said, trying to keep my voice steady despite the mortification clawing at me.
The girl laughed, light and musical, but with an edge that told me she was fully enjoying every bit of this. “Oh yeah, he’s been filling us in. But don’t worry, we’re used to his tall tales. I’m Hattie, by the way,” she added, extending a hand with exaggerated enthusiasm as if we were meeting on the set of a game show rather than in my kitchen.
I hesitated for a beat before shaking her hand, trying to muster a smile that didn’t look too forced. “Nice to meet you, Hattie. I’m—”
“Oh, I know who you are,” she interrupted, her grin widening. “You’re the girl who almost took out my brother. Honestly, I’m impressed. No one’s ever managed to knock him off his game quite like that.”
I glanced at Oscar, who was watching the exchange with an infuriatingly smug look on his face. Maisie’s comment hung in the air, both a compliment and a lighthearted jab. I couldn’t help but feel like I was once again the butt of some inside joke between the siblings.
“Yeah, well, it’s a special talent of mine,” I said, trying to sound casual but feeling like every word was being scrutinized. “Guess I just have that effect.”
Hattie laughed, the sound bright and unapologetically amused. “Oh, I like you already. But hey, if you’re gonna hang out with us, you better be ready for a little friendly chaos. And maybe a few more unexpected collisions.”
Oscar gave a soft snort of laughter, and I could feel his eyes still on me, assessing, teasing, and—annoyingly—almost impressed. I tried to ignore the butterflies that seemed to be staging a full-on rebellion in my stomach. Clearly, this family thrived on playful torment, and I had somehow found myself right in the middle of it.
“Don’t worry,” I said, straightening up and forcing a confident smile. “I think I can handle whatever you guys throw at me.”
Hattie's eyes sparkled with mischief, and she gave me a mock salute. “That’s the spirit. Welcome to the chaos, mate.”
Oscar chuckled again, giving me that damn wink before pushing off from the counter. “Oh, she’s ready for it. Trust me, she’s already made quite the impression.”
The other two girls strolled in, each with their own distinct energy that filled the room. One had a fierce, confident look, dark hair tied up in a messy bun, and a leather jacket that screamed ‘cooler-than-you’ vibes. The youngest, a curly-haired, bright-eyed whirlwind, practically bounced into the kitchen, her infectious smile lighting up the space.
“So,” I said, feeling slightly overwhelmed by the sudden influx of new faces. “I’ve met Oscar, obviously, and… Hattie, right?” I glanced at the girl who had first greeted me, who nodded with a playful smile. “But I’m afraid I haven’t gotten your names yet,” I continued, pointing between the other two sisters.
The girl with the leather jacket gave me a wry grin, leaning casually against the counter. “I’m Edie,” she said, her voice dripping with casual confidence. “The cooler, smarter middle child.”
Mae, the youngest, immediately chimed in, rolling her eyes at her sister. “And I’m Mae, the fun one,” she said with a giggle, her curls bouncing as she hopped up onto a stool. “Edie’s just mad she wasn’t born with my charm.”
Edie snorted, pretending to be offended. “Please, you’re like a tiny tornado of chaos. But yeah, I guess she’s not wrong,” she added, shooting me a smirk. “Mae’s got a way of making everything a little… livelier.”
I couldn’t help but smile at their playful back-and-forth. “Nice to officially meet you all. And thanks for the heads-up on your brother’s antics,” I said, glancing at Oscar, who was watching the exchange with an amused glint in his eye.
“Oh, trust me,” Hattie added, her grin widening as she nudged Oscar with her elbow. “We’ve got years of experience keeping this one in line. You’re welcome to join the effort.”
Oscar threw his hands up in mock surrender. “Wow, ganging up on me already? This is why I never bring girls home,” he joked, though there was a hint of genuine warmth in his voice, like he was more than used to—and secretly enjoyed—their teasing.
Mae leaned forward, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “Just wait till we start telling you all the embarrassing stories. Oscar’s got quite a few, and we’ve got no problem spilling the tea.”
Oscar smirked, shifting his weight just enough to close the distance between us, his presence suddenly feeling a lot closer, a lot warmer. He leaned in with a casual ease, his movements smooth and unhurried, as if he had all the time in the world to make me squirm. His voice dropped into a playful, low tone, rich and velvety, each word dripping with deliberate charm. “Oh, don’t worry about them,” he murmured, his gaze locked onto mine with an intensity that made my heart skip a beat. “I’d much rather hear your stories. You’re far more interesting than anything they could say about me.”
The way he looked at me was like I was the only person in the room, his eyes lingering on mine with a bold, flirtatious glint that sent a shiver down my spine. His grin was maddeningly confident, a little crooked, and devastatingly irresistible—the kind of smile that made it clear he knew exactly what he was doing. It was teasing, suggestive, and far too charming for its own good, like he was daring me to blush, daring me to react.
I felt the heat creeping up my neck, a slow burn that spread across my cheeks, making my skin prickle with the sudden awareness of how close he was. My mind scrambled for something clever to say, but his flirtatious tone, the way his eyes roved over my face as if he was reading every reaction, left me tongue-tied. It was like he was peeling back layers with just a look, searching for the part of me that he could fluster with a few well-placed words and that infuriating smile.
I tried to steady my breath, but his proximity was overwhelming. I could catch the faint scent of his cologne—fresh, with a hint of something spicy—and the subtle shift of his body as he leaned closer sent my senses into overdrive. Every nerve seemed to hum in response to his nearness, and I could feel my face burning hotter, betraying me with every second that I failed to look away.
Edie made a gagging noise, rolling her eyes dramatically. “Ew, Oscar, seriously? Can you not flirt for like five seconds? It’s embarrassing.”
Mae giggled, giving Oscar a playful shove. “Yeah, gross. No one wants to see that. Save it for when we’re not around, Romeo.”
Hattie snorted, shaking her head as she watched Oscar with a mix of amusement and exasperation. “He’s always like this. Thinks he’s Mr. Smooth. Don’t let him get to you.”
But Oscar only chuckled, clearly unfazed by his sisters’ teasing. He turned back to me, his grin widening as he caught sight of my flushed cheeks. “Aww, look at that,” he said, his voice soft and teasing. “Did I make you blush? How cute.”
I quickly tried to hide my face, mortification bubbling up as I realized there was no escaping the heat radiating from my cheeks. “N-No, you didn’t,” I stammered, though the pink tint on my face said otherwise.
Oscar’s smirk deepened, and he leaned in just a little closer, his voice barely above a whisper. “You’re not very good at hiding it, you know. It’s kind of endearing.”
I could practically feel my cheeks getting even more red, if that was even possible. His sisters snickered behind us, enjoying the show as much as they enjoyed tormenting him.
Mae nudged Hattie, whispering loud enough for everyone to hear, “He’s really laying it on thick, huh? Someone needs to put a leash on this one.”
Hattie snickered and turned to me, giving me an exaggeratedly sympathetic look. “Don’t worry, he does this to everyone. It’s part of his ‘charm offensive.’ Just don’t let him get away with it too easily.”
“Yeah, make him work for it,” Edie added with a laugh. “And don’t let that blush fool you. He’s got enough of an ego without you feeding it.”
Oscar just shrugged, clearly unbothered by his sisters’ ribbing. He kept his eyes on me, his smile softening just slightly. “They’re just jealous because they know I’m right. You really are something else.”
I rolled my eyes, trying to fight the smile that was creeping onto my face despite my best efforts. “You’re impossible,” I muttered, crossing my arms in an attempt to compose myself.
Oscar leaned back, finally giving me a bit of space but not without one last wink. “Impossible’s my specialty,” he said, the playful challenge hanging in the air.
Hattie clapped her hands together, breaking the charged silence that had wrapped around us. “Alright, lovebirds, let’s change the scene before this kitchen gets any steamier,” she said with a sly grin, glancing between Oscar and me. “What do you say we all head out to the pool? It’s hot as hell today, and I could use a swim.”
Mae’s eyes lit up at the suggestion, and she bounced on her toes with excitement. “Yes, please! I’ve been dying to jump in all morning. Come on, it’ll be fun.”
Edie shrugged, pushing off the counter. “Sounds like a plan. Beats sitting around here watching Oscar make a fool of himself,” she said, shooting her brother a pointed look that he brushed off with a careless smirk.
I hesitated, caught off guard by the sudden change in plans. The thought of the pool—cool water, bright sun, and lounging with these new, vibrant personalities—was tempting, but my mind immediately jumped to what that would mean: changing into a bikini, being under the sun's scrutiny, and, worse, the idea of Oscar’s eyes on me again, but this time with even less to hide behind.
“Uh, yeah, sure,” I said, trying to sound casual, though my heart was starting to race for an entirely different reason now. “Just give me a minute to get changed.”
As I slipped back into my room, I rummaged through my suitcase, finding the bright bikini I had packed on a whim but hadn’t quite planned on wearing in front of a whole audience of strangers. It was a pretty number—a little more revealing than I was used to—but suddenly, the idea of wearing it around Oscar felt daunting. My insecurities bubbled up: the nagging thoughts of whether my stomach was flat enough, if my thighs looked alright, or if the faint stretch marks I tried so hard to ignore would be too noticeable under the bright afternoon sun.
I took a deep breath, staring at my reflection in the mirror. I tugged at the fabric, trying to adjust it in a way that made me feel more comfortable, but the nerves wouldn’t settle. I could already imagine Oscar’s eyes lingering on me, his playful smirk turning into something more appraising, and the thought sent a rush of heat to my cheeks. God, why was I letting this get to me? It was just a pool. Just a bikini. Just Oscar. But the more I tried to rationalize, the more those little fears crept in, whispering doubts that made my stomach churn.
I was so lost in my own thoughts, adjusting and readjusting the strings and trying to silence the negative self-talk, that I nearly jumped out of my skin when a sudden knock rattled my door. My heart leaped into my throat, and I spun around, my breath catching as I called out, “W-Who is it?”
“It’s me,” came Oscar’s familiar voice, muffled but still clear enough to send a jolt of nerves through me. “Just checking to see if you’re alright in there. You’ve been quiet, and, well, didn’t want you chickening out on us.”
His tone was light, but there was something softer in it, something that caught me off guard. It wasn’t the usual teasing or the cocky one-liners I’d grown accustomed to in the short time I’d known him. This felt… genuine. A flicker of concern threaded through his words, almost like he actually cared if I was okay. My cheeks flushed anew, this time from the unexpected warmth of his attention rather than embarrassment.
I sat on the edge of the bed, my fingers fidgeting with the hem of my cover-up as I tried to piece together my swirling thoughts. Was this the same Oscar who had been smirking at me in the kitchen, flirting shamelessly in front of his sisters? The same Oscar who seemed to relish every moment he made me blush or stumble over my words? It was strange, almost disarming, to hear him like this—concerned, attentive, with none of his usual bravado.
My heart fluttered at the thought. What if there was more to him than just the cheeky guy who lived for teasing? I couldn’t help but feel a small, unexpected tug in my chest, an urge to believe that this side of him was real and not just some act. But then, just as quickly, my rational side kicked in, reminding me that I’d known Oscar for all of three hours, most of which had been spent flustered and caught up in his whirlwind of charm.
Was I reading too much into this? Was I letting my own insecurities and wishful thinking color my perception of him? It was hard not to, especially when he swung so easily between flirty and sincere, keeping me constantly off-balance. I barely knew this guy, yet here I was, letting my mind wander into dangerous territory, imagining depth and sincerity that might not even be there.
I squeezed my eyes shut, trying to steady my thoughts. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions—didn’t want to let a few kind words make me think I’d seen some hidden side of him. But it was hard not to feel flustered when his voice had softened like that, when he’d taken the time to check on me instead of just joking about how long I was taking.
The knock on my door, the concern in his tone—it all felt so different from the playful Oscar who’d swaggered into my life just a few hours ago. Maybe it was nothing, just a moment of decency, a brief glimpse of something real behind the jokes and teasing. Or maybe I was just overthinking, desperate to see something more in him because he’d managed to get under my skin in a way I wasn’t quite prepared for.
I sighed, feeling my cheeks heat up once more as the realization hit me—I was blushing again, and not just from embarrassment this time. There was something about Oscar, something that made me want to believe he was more than the carefree charmer he projected. But whether that was true or just wishful thinking, I couldn’t be sure. Not yet.
“I-I’m fine!” I called back, trying to steady my voice, but it came out shaky, betraying the mix of anxiety and embarrassment that had settled in my chest. “Just… getting ready.”
There was a pause on the other side of the door, long enough that I thought he might have walked away. But then, Oscar’s voice cut through again, softer this time, and with a teasing edge. “You sure? I promise no one’s gonna judge you out there. Least of all me.”
The reassurance felt sincere, but I couldn’t help the way my mind raced with all the what-ifs. What if he did look? What if I didn’t look good enough? What if this stupid bikini made me feel more exposed than I could handle? I glanced at myself one last time in the mirror, trying to summon the confidence that I usually wore so easily, but right now felt like it was hiding somewhere I couldn’t reach.
“Yeah, I’m sure,” I finally managed, forcing a smile I hoped he couldn’t hear through the door. “Just... give me a sec. I’ll be right out.”
“Take your time,” Oscar said, his voice fading as he finally moved away from the door. “But don’t take too long. You don’t wanna miss the fun.”
As his footsteps retreated, I let out a shaky breath, trying to collect myself. I ran a hand through my hair, giving myself one last pep talk before heading out. It was just a pool day, I reminded myself. Just a stupid pool day with some new people and a guy who was way too good at making me blush. And maybe, just maybe, it would be fun—if I could get out of my own head long enough to let it be.

approach shift - epilogue
pairing: Peter Parker x f!reader (TASM/Andrew Garfield version) length: 2.3k rating: explicit 18+ warnings: PIV (protected), sneaky little non-descriptive pegging reference, disGUSting fluff
Peter Parker is a weirdo. A hot, distracting, irritating weirdo. And you can’t afford distractions right now. So there’s only one thing to do.
a/n: I'll keep it quick: I'm so sorry this took so long, but I just wasn't quite ready to finish it off haha. It's been two years almost to the day since I started writing this (and they've been fucking crazy years) so it feels very strange saying goodbye to these adorable losers. I once again can't even start to express how happy it's made me seeing your reactions to this fic, and I'm endlessly grateful to everyone who took the time to leave a comment or reach out to say hi. I hope you like this last sweet little snippet! x

SIX MONTHS LATER
“We need to get up,” you say, making no move to do so.
He turns his face from where it’s smushed into the pillow to speak, his eyes still closed. “You first.”
You groan.
You have no idea what time it is, and your phone is out of reach, but the light through the curtains is blinding like near-noon and Bear’s supposed to be here at 10 to pick you up, so you’re almost definitely cutting it fine.
“Peter.” Your legs are tangled with his, his thigh between yours. He huffs morning breath sleepily into your face in response, reaching a hand out to pat your cheek.
“Shh.” He shifts, pressing his thigh harder between your legs, skin sticky on skin. You know he’s doing it on purpose; he knows exactly where he’s pressing you. You make a quiet, satisfied noise, then pull away regretfully.
“Bear’s gonna be here soon and you need to be dressed. She’ll freak if she has to see your ass again.”
“Mmm. Yeah. I’m up.”
You sit up, and the slow weight of his arm slides off your waist. The bedroom door is open to the living room where you can see the debris left over from your at-home date the night before: the bowl still on the couch with a handful of unpopped kernels still rattling in the bottom, the fairy lights web-stuck across the ceiling still glowing gently and the blown-out candles stuck in pastel wax puddles to the coffee table you’d rescued from the curb a few weeks after moving in together. It’d been unbearably funny watching Peter’s elaborate performance of pretending to struggle under the weight of it on the way back home.
He drags himself out of bed, and you hear the coffee machine gurgling while you start pulling out clothes.
It’s hot and stuffy; the air’s stopped working again sometime in the night, so you screech the window open and prop the broom handle under the frame to keep it there. It’s a precarious solution—more than once, the window’s fallen shut while you’ve been at work, forcing Peter to awkwardly perform a frantic outfit change behind the dumpster in the alley so he doesn’t run the risk of running into one of your neighbours in the elevator. But the rent’s affordable for a pair of research scientists with a dash of supplementary freelance photography cash on the side, and the occasional bags of free food from a grateful shop owner after a thwarted hold-up.
“Should we call about the air?” you wonder out loud through the open door.

 “Don’t worry about it, it’ll be quicker if I just get up on the roof and fix it again myself,” Peter says, his voice stretching out into a yawn halfway through. He appears in the bathroom doorway, still naked, two mugs in his hands.
You gasp in appreciation as he passes one to you. “God, I love you,” you murmur, taking a sip.
He grins dazedly at you in the mirror, his cheeks flushed. “Is that all it takes, huh? A crappy cup of coffee?”
You turn and slide the mug onto the counter so you can wrap your arms around his waist. “No. You’re cute, too. That helps.”
He kisses you, his thumb and index finger framing your chin. “M’not cute,” he says against your lips, leaning his too-warm body along yours. “M’intimidating as hell. Ask anybody.”
You’d only gotten as far as underwear before he’d interrupted you dressing, and it already feels like there’s far too much in the way between you. “You’re gonna make me late,” you say, reaching down to dig your fingers into the taut swell of his ass. “Gotta get ready.”
“Okay, so keep getting ready,” he says, mouthing at your neck. “You’re the one groping me.”
He’s right; now you’ve started, you can’t seem to stop. You press your hands to the small of his back, drawing him closer. You can feel his cock beginning to harden where his body is pressed against yours, and his tongue comes out to touch at your pulse. He makes a tiny noise in his throat as you slip one hand down between your bodies to wrap loosely around his rapidly-growing erection.
You stroke him once, gently, and he huffs. “I don’t see how this is helping,” he says.
You hum your response, your resolve melting away as he strokes the back of his knuckles down your spine, making you shiver. “Maybe…” you say.
He ducks his head to kiss first one breast, then the other, your nipples standing hard and sensitive. “Maybe?” he prompts. His fingers brush your hip, coming around to rest just below your navel.
“Maybe, if we’re quick…” you say, biting your lip, pushing your hips upward to try to encourage his hand lower.

“Babe, I can be so quick,” he says, half-groan, half-laughter. He thumbs your labia, spreading you open just a little, so he can touch your clit. “Too quick, even, if you want. Some would say it’s a talent.”
You grin at him, letting go of his cock. “Bed. Now.”
He swings you up into his arms so fast your head spins, practically flinging you onto the bed.
You sprawl out in front of him, your arms thrown back as he peels your underwear off. “Holy shit,” he says, running his hands down your sides, staring at the expanse of your body. His jaw is slack with longing, and the sight of his adoration never fails to make fresh heat flood your face, even after seeing him staring at you like this so many times.
He kneels down over you, sucking two fingers into his mouth as he does. You hitch your knees up to give him a better angle, and he gently presses a firm thigh between your legs. “How do you wanna…?”
“Condom,” you tell him, running your fingers through his hair, making his eyes roll closed with pleasure. “No mess.”
He holds your lower lip gently between his teeth, and slowly pushes his two slick fingers inside you. You shift your hips up, and he withdraws them both again, using the slip of your arousal to work against your clit. He kneels up a little, so he can palm your breast with his other hand as he bends down to lick the inside of your thighs.
“Oh,” you breathe. His fingers stop circling to push back inside you, just as his tongue works a hot, messy kiss over your clit. You grab handfuls of his hair to try to keep up with the pace he’s setting, but the feeling of your fingers against his scalp only makes him work faster, a weak groan vibrating down through his tongue.
He bends his head lower, so he can lick around where your wetness has started to gather on his knuckles as he keeps pumping leisurely, in and out. It’s so wet you can both hear it, and he works faster, angling his fingers higher, until you’re writhing.
“Peter…come on, please,” you beg, yanking hard at his hair.
It works to break his concentration, and he scrambles up, leaning down sideways so he can dig around in the bottom drawer of the nightstand. It’s filled with an assorted mix of toys and, stashed further back, Peter’s wrist canisters. The logic had been that anybody who broke into your apartment would be too freaked out by the toys to keep looking in the drawer, but it also meant Peter had to dig through a dizzying array of plugs and lube every time he went out.
You turn your head to the side and see the wistful way he glances at your strap-on, and you click your tongue. “We’re in a hurry, remember? Later.”
“Mmm. I’ll hold you to that,” he says, kissing you again as he rolls the condom smoothly over his cock.
He leans back, propping a pillow under your hips to give himself more leverage. As he sinks inside you, you hold your breath, letting it out slowly.
He groans above you, easing just a millimeter out and then back in, like he can’t help himself. It feels devastatingly good; he’s thick and beautifully hard right against where you need him, and thanks to his mouth, you’re wet enough that you’re ready for him to start moving immediately.
You hook your ankles together behind his back to pull him in deeper, and he sinks home, fully seated balls-deep inside. You clench your muscles, just to feel as much of him as you can, and he grinds his hips against yours.
You can feel the tension in his limbs as he draws back and starts to move. You’ll never, ever get sick of how he feels inside you, you think, your mouth open. He’s fucking you so good; his strokes long and firm and perfect.
He cups your ass with his hand to lift your hips even further, shifting the angle once again, and your breath stutters sharply in your throat as the head of his cock catches your g-spot.
“That’s it, right?” he murmurs, his voice wrecked. “Right there? That’s it, babe, c’mon, show me, I wanna see…”
You can’t even respond, your fingers gripping his biceps like his body is your only lifeline. It’s so good, and you’re getting so close, you just need…
“Fuck,” you gasp, high-pitched and panicked as you come, hard and blinding.
He doesn’t slow down. If anything, he fucks you harder, chasing down his own release as you clench and melt around him. It only takes a few more moments before his cock jerks inside you and he curses, collapsing the hot weight of his body on yours.
You pant together, sweaty and spent. His cheek is crushed to yours, and he turns his face just enough to kiss any part of you he can reach—the top of your shoulder, your forehead, the tip of your ear.
When you manage to drag your eyes open, you find his huge doe-brown eyes already looking at you. “Good?” he whispers, kissing your shoulder again.
You smile at him, feeling drunk and dizzy. “So good,” you tell him.
You’re still wrapped up in each other like idiots when he jolts hard as though startled. You’re confused for about half a second, before the buzzer from downstairs goes off.
“Oh, shit,” you hiss, scrambling out of bed.
“You get ready,” Peter says, somehow already dragging on a pair of sweatpants. The speed and dexterity with which he’s able to dress never ceases to amaze you. “I’ll stall.”
You’re stepping out of the fastest shower of your life when you hear the squeaky door to your apartment opening.
“Hey, Bear,” Peter’s voice says.
“Hey, Parker. Your shirt’s inside-out,” she says.
You lean the naked top half of your body around the bathroom door to wave at her. “Hey, sorry, I just got out of the shower. I need like, three minutes to get dressed.”
She clicks her tongue, but doesn’t look overly annoyed as she flops onto the couch. “It’s hot as shit in here,” she says cheerfully, swinging her feet up onto your coffee table.
You can hear her and Peter chatting as you hurriedly get ready; he asks her about Krista, she asks him about his aunt. Unsurprisingly, Bear and May had hit it off in a huge way at your birthday after May had excitedly demanded to know everything about the play Bear was auditioning for.
You give yourself a quick once-over to make sure you look presentable before you duck out into the living room. Peter and Bear have moved onto once again arguing about music; Peter’s on Blur’s side, Bear’s on Oasis’.
You give them both a sideways look. “I’m not getting involved in this,” you say, checking to make sure your keys are in your bag. “But I’m just saying, in a real fight, Liam Gallagher would kick Damon Albarn’s ass any day of the week.” Peter grins at you from behind the counter, where he’s attempting to clean the disaster left in the kitchen from dinner last night.
“Oh, my God,” Bear says, looking you up and down. “Why do you look so worked up? Were you guys just fucking? Like right now?”

 Peter can’t turn away fast enough to conceal his snort, and you make a face at her. “It’s called caffeine. Come on, we’ll be late.”
Peter waves at her. “Say hi to Krista.”
“You should come with us, next time you get a night off work,” Bear says, helping herself to a stick of gum from the packet on the bench.
“Bye,” you say, leaning in to wrap your arms around Peter’s waist. “Be careful,” you add quietly, leaning up to kiss him.
He grins. “Always am.” He kisses you back, slow and gentle, before letting you go.
Bear shakes her head. “You guys are so gross. Later, Parker.”
Peter trails you to the door so he can close it behind you. Bear’s a few feet ahead of you, and you don’t mean to linger, but you can’t help but look back one last time as you go.
Peter’s leaning in the door, a dish rag over his shoulder. His hair’s chaotic from where you’d run your fingers through it, and his cheeks are still a little pink with warmth.
As you watch, his eyes crease at the corners. “Love you,” he mouths, too quiet for Bear to hear. He still has the cutlery in his hands he’d been drying before you walked out; two knives, two forks.
You can feel your face splitting into a smile you’re sure must be even goofier than his. You hold his gaze, and as Bear drags you away, you’re missing him already.

Stripped - modern!ellie x stripper!reader
wk- 8k-ish (it’s worth it)
additional tags: loser!ellie, reader is slightly described (pale, red/light brown hair, literally picture Lana in tropico bc that’s what I used for reference, oral reader! receiving, fingering reader! receiving, gross ass m*en, mutual pinning, implied homophobia (nothing crazy), childhood friends to lovers??, drug! mention, alcohol! mention,college! ellie mentioned, fluff n smut <3
"Ugh- He's is such a fucking creep."
I mouth frustrations under my breath, taking a seat at the vanity in the back room of the club. I pull crinkled wads of money out of the strap of my thong, smoothing the bills as I counted.
"Who is?" A familiar voice asked me with genuine concern. Camilla, also known as Coco by the customers, was a veteran dancer, a motherly type that all the girls that worked here went to for advice.
"Grabby Gary."
She winced at the mention of his name and shook  her head.
"I don't know why they keep letting him in here. He's a fuckin' perv."
I nod in agreement, taking a deep breath before looking in the mirror. My eyes were red, and my body ached from the early hours of the morning. I applied for this job not because I wanted to, but because I figured it would be a good way to make money fast. My mother, being an alcoholic and her deadbeat boyfriend was a violent drunk.
"You got any plans this weekend, baby?"
I felt a boost of energy at her mention, perking my head up with a smile on my face.
"My best friend is coming tomorrow. She left for college a few months ago and I haven't seen her since. We talk everyday, but it's jus' not the same."
I lower my head, pain in my voice as I remember how fucking empty my life felt when she left me behind. I never told my friend this, not wanting to make her feel bad.. I was happy for her. She was smart and passionate, I mean, who was I to get in the way of her education?
"Does she know you dance?"
I suck air behind my teeth, scrunching up my face.
"...no."
I didn't want her to worry about me and I definitely didn't need her shit for it, but it still worried me.
"You work tomorrow, right? Bring her by, and we can feed her free drinks. It will be fine, now get your ass home and get some sleep. You did good today." Coco reassured me, patting the back of my shoulder before going back out to the stage.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I stir in my bed, the afternoon sun flooding my room, making it unbelievably warm due to the Texas summer heat. I fumble with the sheets, kicking them off my sticky skin. I skim my hand along the bed searching for my phone, peeking at the screen through tired eyes.
12:32 p.m.
I mentally groan before squinting at the missed text's notifications, rubbing my eyes to focus my blurry vision.
Ellie<3: Hey- I'm leaving now I'll be there around 1 Delivered 9:56 a.m.
"Shit."
I throw my body forward, scrambling to the bathroom and turning on the shower.
I search my drawers, pulling out whatever is clean. I trip over my feet as I tug on a pair of denim shorts when the vibration of my phone alerted me.
Ellie<3: I'm pulling in now
My heart started to race, excited, but also incredibly nervous. I quickly finish dressing my self, half-running half-speed walking to the front door.
"Okay-" I take a shaky breath, composing myself before turning the door handle.
"Took you long enough." Ellie said sarcastically, flashing me a smile. I could have cried right then, not realizing how much I've missed seeing her face that I lunged at her, wrapping my arms around her in an embrace.
"Damn- you missed me that much?" Ellie laughed, patting my back hesitantly.
I rest my head in the crook of her neck, breathing in her woodsy scent. I felt immediate comfort wash over me, a sense of safety and nostalgia.
I quickly pull back, realizing I definitely held the hug longer than we both anticipated.
I clear my throat, adverting her eyes.
"Uh- how was the drive?"
I encourage her inside and shut the door behind her.
"S' Fine. Nothing note-worthy-" she pauses in the hallway, glancing down at the battered couch.
"He's still here?"
She points to the man sleeping on the couch, stained white tank that was pushed up to his chest, exposing a bloated stomach.
I ignore the obvious disapproval in her voice, grabbing her wrist as I pulled her through the house to my room.
"How's your classes? Do you like them?" I ask her as I shut the door, making sure to lock it.
Dale, my mom's boyfriend was a real prick. Ellie and him have had their fair share of issues. One ending with Ellie punching him in the jaw after he called her a slur.
"Uh- yeah, yeah. They're good. Except for this one class- the teacher is a dick, but other than that, it's good."
She slid her backpack off her shoulder, tossing it to the floor before taking a seat on my bed.
I sit next to her, now feeling suddenly a lot more anxious in the quietness of my room.
"How are things here?" She lowers her head to me, concern raising in her voice.
"Oh- uh.. you know." I fake a laugh, looking down to my hands.
Ellie remained silent for a second, probably catching on that things here where in fact, not great.
"What's up with those?" She grabbed my hand, turning it over and observing the obnoxious set of acrylic nails.
I let out a more genuine laugh, her bewilderment written all over her face as she traced the edges of the nails.
"It's fr' my job. It's kinda a big thing there."
Her eyes break from my hands and look to my face.
"Waitressing requires talons?" Her eyebrows go up, child-like confusion on her features like if you tell a kid anything, they'd believe you.
"No! Oh my god- I quit the restaurant after you left."
She paused and leaned back, waiting for an explanation. I bit my lip before taking a deep breath, pausing before opening my mouth.
"I work at a club.. like a night club kinda place."
I held my breath as I examined her face, her eyes darting between mine.
"Doing what?"
Ellie's eyes narrowed, her mouth tightening into a straight line.
"It's not a big deal. I actually have a shift tonight and was hoping you'd come. You can drink for free."
My voice strained, desperate to get her on board for the sake of me needing her to understand my position.
Ellie nostrils flared through rapid breaths, stone facing me before looking away.
"So you're a stripper?" Ellie sighed deeply as she rubbed between her eyebrows.
"... yeah."
Ellie leans forward, elbows resting on her knees, looking around the room before taking a deep breath.
"A stripper? You're barely 19!"
Her voice grows louder out of anger, clearly not approving of my choices.
"I know, I know... but I need to move out. I can't stand living here, Ellie! After you left shit just got more fucked."
I flail my hands before tucking them back into my lap. I needed her to understand. I needed her to realize how desperate I was and that I didn't take this job just for the experience.
Ellie remind silent for a minute, taking in my explanation.
"I'm sorry- it's just.. I hate the idea of you dancing around naked."
"It's not like that... I mean I'm not completely naked."
I laugh in an attempt to lighten the mood. Ellie cracked a smile, but it didn't seem sincere.
"Will you come tonight? It would help knowing you were there." I ask her, dipping my head down.
Ellie pauses before answering, mentally analyzing how it would play out.
"Yeah I'll go.. but only to beat guys up if they look at you for too long." She said smugly, nudging her shoulder into mine.
"That's literally what I got hired for."
I roll my eyes, trying to down play the heat rising in my cheeks.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I see you still drive that sad excuse for a car."
My eyes remained glued to the screen, taunting Ellie as we played an out-dated version of call of duty zombies on my PlayStation, killing time before I have to get ready.
"It's not sad! It's a Mustang." Her voice pitched, defending her prized possession.
"Yeah... a 2005 Mustang that almost killed you and drained your bank account." I roll my eyes, spamming buttons on the controller.
Amongst our bickering, we lose our concentration causing a horde of zombies to down us both.
The colors on the tv screen loses saturation and text on the screen read: game over you survived 12 rounds
"Aw man. This is totally your fault."
I open my mouth to argue Ellies claim when the door handle rattles, and aggressive banging followed.
"Why the hell is your door lock?! Who's in there with you?" A loud male voice creeped through the  hinges.
I stood up and walk towards the door, turning back to give Ellie a look of "please be cool" before slowly opening the door.
"The hell is all that noise fr?" Dale grumbled, looking rougher than usual. His eyes look behind me into my room, eyes going wide as he saw Ellie, who gave him a wave and a shit eating smile which definitely did not help the situation.
"What the fuck is she doin' here?"
I take a deep breath, putting myself in front of him to crate a barrier in case shit goes south.
"She's jus' staying for the weekend, okay? That's it."
His eyes bulged out of his head, veins becoming more prominent against his now red face.
"Bull fuckin' shit she is! This is MY house."
Dale yells, pouting a finger in no particular direction.
"The only thing you own is a spot on the sex offender registry." Ellie rebuttals. I'd admit it's a good burn, but holy fuck, this was the opposite of being chill.
"The fuck did she jus' say t' me?!"
Dale pushes himself past the door, shoving me out of the way as he v-lined for Ellie.
I grab Dale by the arm, using my body weight to hold him from getting closer to Ellie, who didn't seem affected, if anything, she looked amused.
"Dale- Dale please calm down... she didn't mean it, okay? Just please stop." I spoke calmly to him like I've done so many times in the past when he got this way.
Dale silenced his yelling, looking to me as he breathed heavily, blood shot eyes and a slight twitch in his eyebrow.
I put on a brave face, having done this repeatedly over the last 3 years that he and my mom have been dating.
"She will be gone tomorrow, okay? I'm sorry I should've told you... I can talk to Chris at the club and see what he has, okay?" I spoke sweetly to him even though it made me feel physically sick.
He didn't respond, eyes darting between me and Ellie, then back to be before he stomped out of the room.
"The hell did you say that for?" I huffed, rubbing my eye, and walked over to Ellie, plopping down next to her on the bed.
"Because I hate him." Ellie responded sternly, looking at me like I was dumb for asking such a question.
"No shit, but the least you can do is be in your best behavior, for my sake. I'm the one who has to live with him."
My words came out rushed, annoyed that she wasn't understanding how uncomfortable living in this house truly was.
The way my mom was black out drunk for days on end, how Dale would sneak around outside my room in an attempt to catch me undressing, not to mention the smashing bottles on the wall or the never ending psychological abuse Dale carried out.
"You're right. M' sorry. That was a dick move. I promise I'll be good."
Ellie held her hands up, one over her chest and the other in the air, signaling a sarcastic attempt to keep her promise.
I roll my eyes and bit my inner cheek to hide a smile. I missed her goofy self, the smug way she would tease to cheer me up.
"Okay, fine...you're forgiven'."
I flash a smile, looking at my phone to cheek the time.
"Shit- I gotta start gettin' ready. Do you have to get ready?" I stand, waking to my closest.
"Uh- I don't know, do I?" Ellie asked, sounding concerned that she had no idea how to dress for a strip club.
I look back at her, observing her outfit more closely. A checkered blue and white flannel with a simple white t-shirt underneath, dark washed denim jeans that hung tight to her legs paired with her signature high top converse that she couldn't live without. She looked good.. like really good. No matter what she wore, I always found myself admiring her, even when we were young. She was effortlessly cool to the point it was annoying to me.
"I-I think you're good. I mean, you're a customer. You can wear whatever, I guess."
I turn back around, shuffling through the designated spot in my closet that I lovingly refer to as "skin rash central". Sequins and feathers and other skimpy clothes that look like discarded scrapes from a Victoria secret factory.
"Ugh- don't call me that."
Ellie winces at the choice of words. Customer. She didn't want to be a customer at a strip club where her childhood best friend worked. It felt wrong like she was crossing an invisible line. Only ever dreaming about the possibility if that line were to break, disappear completely, and the term friends would be replaced with something else.
"Don't worry, you don't have to throw money at me... although I wouldn't be opposed to it-"
Ellie shifts uncomfortable in her seat, clearing her throat to hide the fact her cheeks began to burn hot from my comment.
"Im gonna' get ready... uh- make yourself comfortable." I said, motioning my arms in a way that was meant to be funny, but I realized how stupid I must have looked.
Ellie laughs anyway, nodding and shooing me out of the room.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Okay... lookin' good."
I turn around, observing myself in the spectacle mirror. A red lingerie set that I've worn a few times before, bows and ribbon that dangled across bare skin. Makeup is simple. Classic. Flawless skin with a wing liner, and big eyelashes that complimented the shape of my eyes. A few carefully placed fake beauty marks along my jaw and below my eye. I decided to keep my hair down, letting the length fall to the lower part of my back, loose, big curls that shaped my face and shoulders.
I take a few deep breaths, leaning my hands against the sink.
"You got this. It's just like very other night." I tell myself quietly in the mirror.
I throw on a jacket and sweatpants, not wanting to reveal myself to Ellie quite yet in case she loses her shit.
"Hey- sorry. I know I took forever. You ready?" I return to the room, glancing to my phone to check the time.
9:47 pm
When she didn't respond right away, I looked up to see why she wasn't responding. To my surprise she was already looking at me, more specifically my face.
"Ellie?" I snap my fingers at her, breaking her trance.
Ellie flinches, blinking her eyes a few times.
"Huh? Oh- yeah. I'm ready." Ellie clears her throat, wiping her sweaty palms on her jeans.
Her behavior confused me, she was nervous when I came back into the room. I figured it was because she was not use to seeing me all glammed up, considering she knew me when I was a little girl, playing in the mud, catching bugs and reptiles in the creek behind the house.
"Can we take your car? Dale is gon' kill me if I take his truck again." I asked her, focusing on putting an extra pair of shoes in my duffel bag.
"Yeah, that's cool... uh where is the club located?"
I rushed to my vanity, spraying ungodly amounts of sweet smelling perfume along my body and clothes. Panic was starting to kick in. Anxious that this was defiantly not like every other shift. My best friend was going to be there, to watch me dance half-naked for other people's pleasure.
"Further into the city. Don't worry I'll tell you directions. Traffic might be kinda bad though so we need to leave." I finish putting on deodorant, slugging my bad over my shoulder, dragging Ellie along by her hand out of the house and down the driveway to her car.
"Do you want to play music?" Ellie asked, holding the aux cord.
I happily obliged, shuffling through playlists I made specifically for her. I find one that felt just right, clicking it and waiting for her recognize the beat.
"Oh shit! So it's that kinda night, huh?"
Ellie cranked the volume up, tapping the steering wheel with her hand and started to sing along.
I watch her with a warmness building in my heart. Seeing how happy she was listening to a song we have both heard hundreds of times.
It felt like we were teenagers again, driving around in this same car, having no destination in mind as we blasted borderline obnoxious tunes. Ellie was always older, not just physically but mentally.
I realized my feelings for her when I was 15, and she was 17 going on 18. I could never tell her it would just put her in an awkward situation and possibly ruin our friendship, and I definitely didn't want that.
"Turn left at this light and the club will be on the right side. You can't miss it, it has a bright ass pink neon sign out front."
I bit my lip, feeling insecure about the location of this place, not realizing before how fucking sketchy this part of town was.
Ellie turns the car into a parking spot, killing the engine and took a deep breath.
"You forgot to mention it was in east side."
"...sorry. It's not that bad, I promise."
I look down to my phone, checking the time.
"Oh good! We're kinda early. You can get a drink before I go on." I say a little too excitedly, my thought process being she can get shit faced while I worked, in case I make an ass of myself.
I exit the car, tossing my bag over my shoulder and start heading towards the doors. I stopped, realizing Ellie wasn't right behind me, I turn around.
"What's wrong?" I ask her with a puzzled look.
Ellie's face lit up a pink hue from the sign, her eyes fixated on the building.
"Wha- nothing... nothing. I'm comin'." Ellie words faltered, her head hanging low as she made her way to where I was.
I push open the blurred glass door and examine the crowd. It was fairly busy, considering it wasn't even midnight yet, which is when people started to flood in.
"Hey doll- you're early." Coco greeted me, placing a hand on my shoulder. I greeted her with a smile, genuinely happy to see her face.
"Yeah, I thought traffic would be bad-" a awkward silence formed between the three of us, Ellie looking at me and then down to the floor.
Coco sensed Ellie's lack of experience in a strip club, looking at her and holding a well manicured hand out.
"You must be the best friend. I'm Camilla. It's good to finally meet you. She talks about you all the time."
Ellie shook her hand, focusing heavy on her face to avoid looking at what little clothing she was wearing.
"Oh does she?" She let out a nervous laugh, breaking the hand shake and wedging herself behind me. I was humored by how Ellie was acting. Nervous and in full gay panic, being surrounded by a bunch of girls that were half-clothed.
"I'll leave you to it. Have a good night-" Coco kisses my cheek and then points to Ellie, who straightened her stance immediately like she was meeting the president.
"And you, take care of her tonight. She's good at what she does, but she's a magnet for trouble." Coco turns and disappears into the club, leaving the two of us standing awkwardly by the entrance.
I shake my head, covering my face with my hands out of embarrassment.
"Magnet for trouble?" Ellie repeats her words, a smug tone hinted in her voice as she teased me.
"Don't- just... don't. Now, c'mon let's go get a drink." I grab her wrist, pulling her though the club towards the bar.
"2 shots of tequila please."
I leaned over the bar, kicking my feet like a kid in a candy shop.
Fez, the bartender gave me a stern look, rolling his eyes.
"You can't drink yet, doll. We've been over this." He shook his finger at me, trying to sound serious, but he was a gentle giant, sweet and very easily manipulated.
"C'monnnn please. It's a special occasion."
I blink wide eyed at him, pouting my bottom lip.
Fez shook his head, taking a deep breath and pretended to think hard about it.
"Fine... but I swear this is the last time. No more." He turned, slapping two shot glasses down on the bar and filled them to the brim, letting some spill over onto the counter.
I scootch the glasses closer, holding one up for Ellie, which she takes hesitantly. Her one eyebrow raise, and a smirk on her face as she brings the shot to her lips, throwing her head back as she downs the liquor. I copy her motions, swallowing the liquid, feeling it burn my throat as it made it way down.
"Awh- ohmygod... that's foul." I choke out, scrunching my face and pushing the shit glass away.
Ellie was unfazed by the taste, not flinching  in the slightest.
"You're such a baby." She giggles, shaking me by my shoulder.
"Sorry I'm not a frat boy like you." I snark back, feeling pretty pleased with my remark.
Ellie rolls her eyes playfully to make me feel like I won that conversation.
I pull my phone out of my pocket, letting the screen light up.
"Shit- uh I need to get ready for my set. You can stay here and keep drinking- or if you get hungry, I can ask the guys in the back to make you something?" I ramble, covering all my bases to make Ellie as comfortable as possible.
"I'm fine! Just go do your thing." Ellie let's out a laugh, shooing me away. I give her one last worried look before turning away and walking through the club, maneuvering around people and squeezing between chairs and tables.
I get rid of my jacket and sweatpants, switching out my vans for platform heels. Red to match my outfit, straps that accentuate the top of my foot and up my ankle. I button the straps, flexing my foot to make sure it wasn't pinching the thin skin.
I sat at the vanity, the bright bulbs around the mirror gave me a headache. My nerves were spiraling.
I planned my dances tonight with Ellie in mind as a way to welcome her, to still embarrass her even if the two of us were the only ones who knew. "White mustang" by Lana del Rey was my first song, a little inside joke for both of us, that leaked into "summer bummer" purely because that song made me want to dance, not think too hard. Just dance.
"Fuck. Okay, you got this. Jus' go out there and dance. You've done it dozens of times. No biggie."  I voice words of encouragement to myself, wiping  smudged lipstick from the corner of my mouth.
I coax myself with deep breaths, going through the motions of trying to calm the uneasy feeling in my stomach.
"Doll, you're on."
I look at my co-worker, meeting her eyes through the reflection of the mirror. One last deep breath and I walk through the door, leaving the safety of the break/ hair and makeup room.
I walked slowly, carefully as possible to the stairs of the stage, scared I'd break an ankle in my uneasy footsteps. I kept my head low, scanning the crowd to look for Ellie. Lights strobing shades of pink and red, a haze building from the cigars that were being smoked.
My heels clunked the wood stage floor as I take position on the pole, holding it with one hand as I casually swung around it, waiting for my song to start. Yelling and whistling from the handful of men that gathered closest to the stage. I smile at them, waving playfully while still peeking looks in hopes I'd find my friend.
The first cords of the song started to play. I switch to my professional personality, becoming more serious and seductive. I parade myself around the pole, letting my legs fall wide as I leaned against. Dollar bills started to float onto the stage, hooting and hollering as I caressed my body. I engage with the men, bending over in front of them to show them something worth their time.
From the outside, I looked like I was doing my job and doing it well, but internally I was panicking. I couldn't find the one person I wanted to see, but at the same time, if she was watching and I couldn't see her, it was a new nightmare. Curious to know what her face looked like as she saw her once, innocent, childhood best friend.
Ellie waited as patiently as she could, finding a dark corner of the club where less people were. She sipped on a whiskey she ordered, leaned up against a wall.
A sudden burst of cheers and hollering caused Ellie to jerk her head in the direction where it was coming from. A women was walking into the stage, playfully hanging off the pole. The lights made it hard to make out at first, but upon seeing the light brown, almost copper tinted hair, Ellie's eyes widened, almost choking on her drink.
This was a side to her best friend she has never seen before, skin that Ellie's eyes have never been graced by before, at least not to this extent.
Sure, when they were younger they'd change in front of one another, but Ellie always turned away, scared that her friend would notice the changing hues of her cheeks.
Arms stretched outward towards her like a painting depicting a religious experience, and to be honest it felt like one to Ellie. These men begged for the touch of her hand, the words on her lips, but Ellie was the only one who knows what it was like.
The way she smiles so brightly, laughs so fully like she wanted the whole world to hear. How clumsy she truly was even though she danced so gracefully on the stage.
I prance in my heels all over the stage, trying not to make it obvious was trying to avoid the shining lights in my face to look for Ellie. I squint towards the back of the bar. Her familiar frame came into focus, leaning against a wall like she worked here as a bodyguard.
I wave at her, excited to finally have found her. Ellie does a double take before pointing to herself . I nod, not caring that this wasn't part of the routine as I usher her closer to the stage.
Ellie carefully comes closer, stopping a couple of feet behind the handful of men that surrounded the stage. I felt a burst of energy seeing her, knowing that she was still here.
I lower myself to my hands and knees, crawling forward to the men that clasped bills in their fingers. I lay in front of them, arching my back against the scuffed floor, letting money drape over my face.
Ellie held her breath as she watched, never looking away, hell not even blinking, scared she'd miss even a second of the show.
I get back into my knees, hovering above the paying customers as they place the bills in the straps of my thong and bra, letting it snap back only to be repeated. I diverted my attention away from my patrons to meet Ellie, her eyes heavily glued to me. I raise a finger, pointing it at her and curling it, signaling that I wanted her to come closer.
To my surprise she takes a few more steps forward, shimming between the men who gave her dirty glares in return, but she didn't care. Out of everyone here tonight, Ellie was the one who had all of your attention.
Ellie positions herself front and center of the stage. I crawl closer, leaving only a few inches between our faces.
🎶 the day I saw your white mustang-🎶
Ellie's realization of the song made her crack a smile. Even under the colored lights, I could tell she was blushing, cheeks red making her freckles more prominent. I felt my own cheeks cramp, a wide grin on my lips that I definitely couldn't hide.
I watch Ellie's hand disappear into her back pocket, pulling out crisp bills, and slowly, her hand moves to my chest, using her other hand to open the top of my bra as she inserts it gently, smoothing her finger over my cleavage before she retracts her touch.
"You suck-" I mouth to her, rolling my eyes playfully. My body jittery and my heart thumped loudly against my chest. Without much thought, I leaned down from the stage, planting a kiss to her cheek, which left a very prominent lipstick stain to her pale complexion.
My ears perk up to the changing of the song, feeling much more upbeat after our interaction, I jump up and blow Ellie a kiss, which she pretends to grab before she took a few steps back.
I carry on through my set, shaking my ass more energetically to match the vibe of the music. Dollar bills of various worths littered the stage.
Ellie watched from further away, her eyes loom in my direction as she babied her drink, not wanting to risk forgetting this night.
Ellie didn't try to hide how she bit down on her lip, eyes studying the movements of my hips or how I extended my neck to the side, leaving the exposed skin on display for her imagining how she wanted to mark it.
"So... whaddya think?" I ask out of breath from rushing off of the stage as soon as the song ended.
Ellie opens her mouth and closes it again as her face contorted, trying to figure out what to say that was both respectful, and didn't come off pervy.
"I see why that lady said you attract trouble."
I give her a confused look, tilting my head to the side.
"Huh?"
Ellie purses her lips before making a tsk tsk sound with her mouth.
"You were- unreal... it kinda scares me how incredible you were up there." Ellie looks away, rubbing her thumb over the back of her hand that held her drink.
I feel my face heat up, a giddy sensation building inside me.
"I mean I wouldn't go that far, but thank you Els. It means a lot comin' from you." I said sweetly, interlocking my fingers behind me as I rocked back in forth on my toes. I felt like I was in school all over again... like when you have a crush on someone that's way out of your league, but they talk to you anyways.
"Hey doll, Gerald wants a private dance." Camellia interrupts us, sounding slightly apologetic.
"Ugh- fine." I groan, rolling my eyes.
"I'll be right back. Don't go anywhere!" I yell back to ellie as I walked towards the champagne room.
Ellie didn't love the idea of you giving someone a lap dance. She wanted to hold you back, prevent you from walking away, but she didn't because after all, this was your job.... The idea of some old man grabbing you and fantasizing about how he would touch you made Ellie sick.
Ellie waited for your return as patiently as she could. Uneasiness was sinking in, causing her to sip from her glass at a faster pace. She felt a new sensation kicking in as she waited. Maybe it was a sense that she needed to protect you, keep you safe, but no, that wasn't it. It was jealousy. A possessive urge to keep you at arms length. It was a feeling that Ellie desperately tried detaching herself from for a number of years.
"Sorry! That took longer than it should've." I say to Ellie, stumbling back to her slightly out of breath.
"It's fine. When does your shift end?" Ellie's tone shifted. She sounded annoyed, frustrated even.
"Uh... soon." I answer weakly, uncertain why Ellie was acting different towards me.
Ellie didn't seem thrilled with my answer, looking down at her now empty glass and avoiding my face.
"If you want, I can see if I can leave early? It's slowin' down now. I don't think it should be a problem."
Ellie lifted her head, looking at me with wide eyes. Her face lit up at my suggestion, but quickly dwindled.
"You don't have to-"
"Hush. I want to. Plus, I want to spend as much time with as possible... jus' the two of us." I cut her off mid sentence. It was the truth. I didn't want to waste our only time together, not knowing when I'd see her again.
Ellie smiled, her eyes burn into mine causing me to want to lean into her, but she clears her throat when she realized how our gaze lingered.
"Let me go ask." I tell Ellie, resting a hand on her bicep before I turn to leave her again.
"Please! I'm literally beggin' you. Just this once- I won't ask again." I pleaded, holding my hands to my chest, interlocking my fingers in a prayer.
Warren. Aka boss man, looked me up and down, and took a deep breath before rubbing the meaty part between his eyebrows.
"Look- doll. You haven't been working here long enough to be making such requests."
"-and it won't happen again. I swear." I bat my eyelashes a few times in hopes he'd show me some mercy.
There was a few seconds of silence, Warren looked at me and then down to the papers strewn about his desk.
"Fine, but I expect good things from you from here on out. No more slacking."
"Thank you! I promise I will." I rushed over, planting a kiss on his cheek before running out of them room.
I strut over to Ellie, not giving her any time to react as I take her hand in mine and march us out of the building towards her car.
"I guess that's a yes?" Ellie asked, a smug tone hinted on her lips.
"Let's get the fuck out of here." I smile at her as I open the car door.
Ellie does the same, picking a song before she reverses out of the parking spot.
The neon glow of the club's sign was fading behind us as we drove away, windows rolled down to let the cooler breeze of the night swirl around us. This felt like everything I could ever need, ever want. I was happy with just this. The only person who ever looked out for me, who ever cared about me is by my side. I felt safe and loved by her, not really caring if she loved me the same way I loved her.
"I'm sorry I left you." Ellie breaks the silence, turning down the volume of the music so she wouldn't have to yell.
"What? No, don't be sorry. You grew up and so did I. There's nothin' to be sorry about." My voice grew weak as I spoke. It hurt to be reminded that she wasn't a permanent person in my life anymore.
Ellie didn't know what to say to that. She felt the hurt in your voice as you spoke and of how you shifted in your seat. Ellie glanced at you from time to time in her peripheral, taking note how you were still in your 'work' clothes. She quickly reframed herself from starring too hard from how little was being covered.
You turned away from Ellie in the car as you looked out the window, feeling a sense of dread that the night was coming to a close and Ellie would have to leave in the morning.
I felt the engine turn off, an ear piercing silence followed as we both made no effort to get out of the car.
"You ready?" Ellie asked, her voice quiet and gentle.
I nodded, opening the car door and walking up the driveway with Ellie close behind.
Reaching the door, I took out my keys, holding them up to the lock as I took a deep breath, praying that the house was quiet and everyone was asleep or simply just gone.
I creep open the door, listening for any movement and when it felt safe I motioned the coast was clear to Ellie. I shut the door behind us, taking off my heels to prevent the clunking sound on the tile floor.
"Thank-fucking-god." I sigh, falling back into bed, looking up at the plastered ceiling of my room.
"I can't wait to leave and never see this stupid ceiling again."
Ellie lowers herself onto the mattress beside me and looks up to where my eyes fixated before looking down at me.
"Me too." Ellie said absentmindedly, eyes lingering over the skin on your lower stomach and chest.
"Can you bring me with you? I can sleep in your closet or something... people have pets that they hide in there dorms, right?"
I laugh to make it sound like a joke, but it wasn't.
"Trust me. I wish I could." Ellie bit her lip. She couldn't hide how seeing you so close like this and so exposed made her feel. How your breasts pooled over your bra, how the skin between your legs looked so soft and malleable.
I sat up and looked to Ellie when I noticed how her demeanor had changed. Her eyes, usually a bright green where now much darker, more intimidating. My eyes drift to her lips, slightly swollen and glistened from her spit.
Fuck.
I divert my eyes from her face, feeling slightly uncomfortable by how much my body was reacting to her. My thighs squeezed together, my heart pounding and I couldn't stop thinking how much much I wanted to kiss her.
That's when I look at her arms.
Her fucking arms.
The sleeves of the flannel she wore were rolled up to below her elbows, exposing the tattoo on her forearm. The veins in her hand were prominent, trailing upward to her long fingers.
"Fuck-" My inner dialogue slipped, coming out as a whisper.
"I mean-" I try to cover my ass, praying my horny fucking brain to come up with anything, but it was too late.
Ellie leaned forward, putting her arms on either side of me, forcing me to lay back on the bed.
"Are you doing this on purpose?" She asked, tilting her head to the side as a smirk grew on her lips. Her voice sounded different. Low and sensual, unlike I've ever heard from her before.
My breath hitched just from her voice alone, the heat building in my core as she hovered over me.
"Wha- what do you mean?" I stutter, confused and at the same time feeling the effects of the atmosphere change in the room.
Ellie leaned closer, dipping her head so she was inches from my face.
"Still wearing this." Ellie raised her hand, bring her fingers to the strap of my bra and tugging on it.
"Maybe I am." I said barely above a whisper, grabbing her wrist and guided her hand to my stomach before moving it upwards to my chest, encouraging her to touch me.
Ellie's face changed from lust to genuine confusion, eyebrows furrowed and she studied my face.
"This isn't funny."
I shake my head weakly, squeezing her hand that was cupped around my breast.
"I'm not joking, Els. I want you to. Always have."
I bring her hand up and kiss the back of it, making deep eye contact as I leave wet, and sloppy kisses to her skin.
Ellie held her breath as she watched you underneath her, so beautiful and so eager for her touch. Ellie couldn't hold back anymore, all these years of repressing her feelings for you were coming to the surface.
I look up at Ellie, making slow circular motions with my hips as I imagined how Ellie's fingers would feel inside and that was her breaking point. Ellie pulled her hand away, forcing mine above my head as she leaned down and closed the empty space between us.
I moan into her mouth, feeling her lips on mine finally after all these years of only ever dreaming about this moment.
Ellie's lips move sloppily against mine, her tongue grazing over my teeth and exploring the spongy walls inside my mouth.
Ellie breaks away and looks at me, panting slightly from the passionate kiss.
"Are you sure?"
Her eyes were wide, and her brows turned upward. A puppy dog-like expression on Ellie's face caused me to smile, seeing how hard she was holding back just to make sure I was okay.
I simply nodded, reaching up and holding her face to bring her back down to reconnect our lips.
Her hands roamed by body, squeezing my breasts tenderly, but firmly. I did the same to the little amount of skin I could. Lacing my fingers around her forearm, sinking my nails into the flesh.
"Can you take this off? I wanna touch you." I pull away from her lips out of breath, tugging at the hem of her shirt.
Ellie wasted no time, sitting up on her knees and pulling the flannel off her arms, tossing it to the floor.
I gawk at the sight of her as she pulls her shirt over her head, discarding it to the side in one swift motion.
Ellie's stomach was flat and toned, defined ridges that outline her subtle abs that led downwards into a 'v' above the waistband of her jeans.
I bit my lip as I watched, taking in the sight of her.
I bring my hand up and grip the loop in her jeans, pulling her down to taste her again.
I let my fingers slip into her waistband, touching the uncharted territory. Ellie pulls away before I could feel her further, a hungry look in her eyes as her impatience grew.
"What are you doing?" Her voice was low and raspy like pop rocks, igniting your mouth with its rigid edges and leaving a sweet coating on your tongue.
"I wanna feel you." I whine, reaching up to palm her breasts over her sports bra. Ellie let out a muffled whine from the contact, shutting her eyes as she felt me drag a nail over her harden peak.
"You're drivin' me crazy. You know that?-" Ellie says, letting out a low chuckle before weighing out her options.
"Only if I can feel you." Ellie says, negotiating with me as her hand hovered down my stomach, giving me goosebumps as her fingers trickled down the skin.
I nod enthusiastically, gripping the sheets beside my head tighter as I felt her hand palm my pussy, rolling the heel of her hand against my clit.
"Fuu- you're this wet already? I bet I can slip right in.." Her hand continued to grind against the thin fabric.
My back arches under her, swirling my hips against her hand.
"Mm- El... please." I moan, looking up at her with a pained expression.
"Please, what? Use your words, baby." Ellie said smugly, toying with me as she removed her hand, causing me to cry out from the lack of friction.
"T-touch me. I wan' you in-inside." I stutter over my words, my body wringing beneath her.
"Atta girl."
Ellie lowered herself once again, kissing me deeply, sucking my bottom lip before biting it between her teeth.
I feel Ellie's hand roam my body, tugging and gripping at various parts before she sipped her hand underneath my underwear. Her fingers skimmed along my folds, my slick coating her fingers before she circled around my clit.
My nails dig into the back of her shoulders, breaking the skin but not enough to make her bleed as she picked up the pace on my clit.
My lower stomach clenched and tensed, the heat pilling between my legs and I craved more.
"Ellie- empty.. I need you to fill-"
I was cut off by Ellie's fingers plunging into me over and over again as her fingers curled against my cervix with each thrust. Ellie paused, but only partially as she yanked down my underwear before fucking into me once more.
"FUuu mm-" I cry out, but it was muffled by Ellie's free hand covering my mouth, her fingers digging into my cheeks.
"Shh baby... you have to be quiet." Ellie growled into my ear before kissing the corner of my eye. Tears began to spill down my face from the force of her hand slamming against my cunt.
I nod as she removed her hand from my mouth, letting it fall to my throat as she gently squeezed it.
I bit the back of my hand, sinking my teeth into the skin as I held back my moans.
"Good girl... such a good girl-" Ellie cooed, placing the occasional sweet and delicate kisses on my face, which didn't line up with what she was doing to my aching core.
Wet sloshes filled the room along with my muted whines from behind Ellie's lips.
I felt a bubbling sensation rising inside me, my mind becoming fuzzy and blank. I felt like I had no control over my body, my limbs becoming stiff  as my eyes roll to the back of my head.
"Els- I'm gonna-" I barely mutter, breaking away from her kiss as my head falls back, pressing deep into the mattress beneath me.
"Cum fr' me, baby girl." Ellie encouraged, her fingers slipping deeper into my cunt with each blow.
I squeeze her bicep, sinking my nails into the freckled skin. Occasional moans that I try hold back escape my lips, no thanks to Ellie. My jaw hung open as I lift my head to watch her fingers disappear then reappear inside me. I couldn't take it anymore, my head rolls back, my eyes shoot to the back of my brain as my stomach tenses, my hips rising with her fingers that continue to fuck into me as she rode out my climax.
I lay on the bed as my cunt continued to throb, taking deep and uneven breaths to try to calm the tingling sensation I felt all throughout my body.
The springs of the mattress creak as Ellie lays down next to me.
"You okay?" Ellie asked, sounding scared like a little kid that got caught stealing candy.
I roll my head over to look at her, her eyes wide and bright that how I always remembered them.
"Yes. I'm more than okay."
I turn my body to face hers, brining my fingers up to tuck a stand of hair behind her ear.
We lay there in silence for what feels like an eternity and I would I've been okay with that. Our hands danced over the skin of our faces, memorizing every curve and line.
"I don't want you to go." I said weakly, almost crying just thinking about her departure.
Ellie cupped my hand that rested on her cheek with her own, rubbing small circles with her thumb to the back of it.
"I know-"
I felt my eyes begin to well and I quickly try to blink them away, but it just made it worse. Tears fall down my cheek and my nose as I softly sobbed.
"Hey- shh.. shhh. It's okay." Ellie soothed me, pulling me into her. I bury my face into her chest as she held me. Her hand soothed over my head, patting it softly as she raked through my hair with her fingers.
I sniffle, pulling away to look at her again.
"I'll be okay. It's just- hard without you here."
Ellie's heart was breaking as she watched you crumble beside her. Your usual carefree and happy self was just a mask that you wore, a mask to make everything seem good and normal when that was the opposite of your life.
Ellie didn't want to leave you just as much as you didn't want her to leave. She couldn't stand the thought of not being able to take care of you, see you everyday and to have you within reach at all times.
Ellie took a shaky breath, unsure if what she was about to say was out of bounds.
"I've been looking at apartments off campus-"
My eyes lit up at Ellie words, confused at first, but equally as excited to know where this was going.
"And if... you want to come live with me in Houston-"
I pounce on top of Ellie, cutting her off before she could finish her sentence.
"Yes! Of fuckin' course I want to live with you!"
My voice became loud and high pitched from my excitement, planting kisses over her forehead and cheeks before I bring my lips to hers, kissing her harder and longer than I intended.
"Okay, okay.. easy there." Ellie laughed, pushing me away to catch her breath.
"I promise I'll get a job and I'll cook and clean-"
Ellie brought her finger to my lips, silencing my rambles.
"Don't worry about that shit, okay? I'm gonna take care of you." Her hand cupped my face, soothing her thumb over my temple.
I fall into her chest, holding her tight, and she did the same. Tears fell from my eyes, not out of sadness from her leaving, but from the happiness that every bad thing that I've ever gone through was going to be that of the past, and now I have something good to look forward to.
"Shit!" I throw my head up, leaving her chest.
Ellie tilted her head, eyebrows raised in confusion from my sudden movements.
"I didn't get to touch you."
Ellie laughed from the genuine disappointment in my voice, pulling me back down to kiss me.
"Don't worry. There will be plenty of time for that."
Jenna ortega x actress reader
Tumblr media
As I walked down the red carpet at the Met Gala, I couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and nerves. It was my first time attending such a prestigious event and I couldn't believe I was invited. I was even more shocked when I saw Jenna Ortega, the stunning actress I had recently worked with on a horror movie.
I was more on the masculine side for a woman, often preferring to wear suits and ties instead of dresses. I was also quite introverted, which made attending events like this a challenge. But I was determined to make the most of it, especially since I had a chance to see Jenna again.
As I approached her, I couldn't help but feel a bit starstruck. She was wearing a beautiful gown that hugged her curves perfectly and her hair was styled in loose waves. She had a smile on her face as she greeted me.
'Hey, it's great to see you again!' she said, giving me a hug.
I couldn't help but feel a bit flustered by her warmth. 'You too,' I replied, trying to keep my cool.
We made our way through the crowded event, stopping to take pictures and chat with some other famous faces. As we caught up, I couldn't help but admire how down to earth and genuine Jenna was. Despite her fame, she was still the same humble and kind person I had worked with on set.
Eventually, we found ourselves in a quieter corner of the event, away from the chaos. We leaned against a wall and began chatting about our latest projects. I could feel my cheeks heat up as Jenna complimented my performance in our movie.
'You were amazing in the film. You really brought your character to life,' she said, smiling at me.
I couldn't help but blush, feeling a sense of validation from someone I admired so much. 'Thank you, that means a lot coming from you,' I replied, trying to hide my smile.
As we continued to talk, we eventually landed on the topic of our horror movie. Jenna's character was the love interest of my character, who became increasingly obsessed and ended up kidnapping her.
'That must have been intense for you,' Jenna commented, referring to my character's actions.
I shrugged, trying to mask the fact that playing such a dark character had taken a toll on me. 'It was definitely a challenge, but I enjoyed exploring that side of myself as an actor,' I replied.
Jenna nodded, seeming to understand. 'You did a great job. Your performance was chilling,' she said, shivering slightly.
We both laughed, but in that moment, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. I had to remind myself that Jenna was just an actress, and that our movie was fiction. But then again, she was just so convincing in her role.
As the night went on, we stayed close to each other, enjoying each other's company. But then I suddenly felt someone grab my arm from behind. I turned around, startled, only to see a fan wearing a mask of my character from the movie.
'Can I take a picture with you?' she asked excitedly.
I hesitated, feeling a bit uncomfortable. But then Jenna stepped in, putting her arm around me protectively.
'Actually, she needs a break from pictures right now. Can we just have a moment alone?' she said with a sweet smile.
The fan backed off and Jenna turned to me, concern in her eyes. 'Are you okay?' she asked, her hand resting on my shoulder.
I took a deep breath, realizing that I had been panicking. 'Yeah, I'm...I'm fine. Thank you,' I mumbled, feeling embarrassed.
Jenna didn't push me to explain, and we continued to enjoy our night together. As we said our goodbyes at the end of the night, I couldn't help but feel grateful for her understanding and support.
But as I walked away, I couldn't shake off the unsettling feeling of being watched. It was almost as if someone was following me. Suddenly, I felt a hand grab my arm and I turned to see Jenna's concerned face.
'Hey, I just wanted to give you my number in case you need someone to talk to,' she said, handing me a piece of paper.
'Thanks, Jenna. I appreciate it,' I replied, feeling touched by her gesture.
And just like that, the night ended and we went our separate ways. I held onto that piece of paper like a lifeline, grateful for the unexpected friendship that had formed with such a talented and kindhearted person.
Little did I know, our movie had sparked a shared interest in the horror genre and Jenna and I later decided to film our own horror short together, this time with Jenna playing the obsessed lover and kidnapping my character. As we worked on set, I couldn't help but smile at the irony of it all. Our fictional roles had brought us together in real life, and I couldn't be happier.
IVE Gaeul Short Story
Heya there dude✌️Great day to you
Can I have a short about Gaeul?
"Despite being younger than her, you still treat her like a baby, which she seriously protests. She can be tsundere at times. Cutest thing about her especially when she accidentally blurts her true feelings, then quickly covers it up."
Tumblr media
In IVE she's the oldest but shortest one, due to her small figure she sometimes gets teased by her member, imo that's her cutest charm 😭 hope this enlightens your day☺️
Hello mikeylo! Tbh I had no idea Gaeul is the oldest in IVE, I always assumed it was Yujin :> This might be a little different than what you ask for, but I hope you enjoy it regardless :]
It's a great day outside - the sun is shining, birds are chirping, and the breeze is... breezing. Perfect day for a bike ride through the park. You text the group chat, inviting them all to join you on your ride, only to be met with an array of excuses of why they can't go.
"My stomach hurts."
"My grandma is in the hospital and I need to see her."
"I have a date today." (He definitely doesn't, but you guess someone else took his excuse)
Right as you think you're gonna have to tough it out alone, you get another text that brings a smile to your face.
Gaeul: I'll go with you.
______________________________________________________________
"See, isn't this so nice, noona?"
You go on bike rides often, so this is all pretty second nature to you. Gaeul, on the other hand...
"H-how the f-freak do you ride this th-thing?"
She hasn't even looked at, let alone ridden a bike, since elementary school. Had you known that, you would've suggested just going for a walk instead, but Gaeul insisted on going on this bike ride with you.
You get off your bike and go to help her. "Here, just keep your arms steady and-" You place your hand on hers to steady the handles, but she swats your hand away.
"I-I can do it by myself, j-just tell me what to do."
"Uh, alright, the main thing is to keep the handlebars steady, if you shake too much like you're doing now, you're going to fall over."
Gaeul tries to move forward, but can barely go a few feet without placing her foot on the ground.
You sigh. "Are you sure you want to do this, noona? We can do something else if you want-"
"No!" She exclaims, drawing some looks from other people at the park. Her cheeks burn pink with embarrassment. "I-I can do this, just- AH!"
Gaeul falls to the ground, scraping her knee against the pavement. In a panic, you run to her side to assess the damage.
"Noona! Are you okay!? Do you need anyth-"
"Ugh, I'm fine! It's just a little scrape." The scratch on her knee is bright red against her porcelain skin. It is, indeed, just a little scrape, but you can't stop yourself from worrying.
"There's a convenience store nearby, I can go and get some bandages real quick-"
"I'm not a child!" Gaeul huffs at you with anger and annoyance. "I told you I'm fine, you idio- Ow!"
As she tries to stand up, a pain shoots through her leg, causing her to fall back down. Before she can protest, you pick up her and carry her to a nearby bench.
"Yah, what are you doing, put me down-"
"Noona," you interrupt her, looking into her eyes. "You say you're fine a lot, but I can tell when you're lying. You never tell anyone about your problems so no one has to worry about you, but that only makes me worry more. I know you better than anyone else in this world, so please let me help you."
She opens her mouth to speak, but no words come out, only a blank thoughtful stare. You place her gently on the bench.
"I'll be right back, okay? I'm gonna get some bandages," you say. Gaeul gives you a small nod before you run to the convenience store.
______________________________________________________________
You return to her a couple minutes later with some Hello Kitty bandages and a banana milk. Gaeul is staring at the ground, that same blank expression on her face.
"Here." You poke the straw through the lid of the banana milk. "Drink up."
"I can do it myself, y'know..." She mutters under her breath, taking the drink from your hand.
"I know, but I want to do it for you, okay?" She turns her head away to hide the blush on her cheeks, but you still see it anyways. So cute.
You carefully place a Hello Kitty bandage on her knee, offering an apologetic look after she winces from the pain.
"There, all good now." You smile up at her, but she averts her gaze. "Are you okay, noona?"
"I'm fine-"
"No. I know that look on your face. If you really don't want to say it, I won't pry, but please just let me help you," you plead.
Gaeul sighs, dropping her gaze to the ground. "Why do you treat me like such a kid?"
"Wha...?
"I'm older than you, y'know. I should be the one getting you bandages and banana milk."
You look at her, confused. Her expression is oddly serious, a far cry from her usual fiery self.
"Noona, I just want to help-"
"Well, I never asked for your help!" She yells at you. Her voice is angry, but you can see tears welling up in her eyes. "You're so... annoying sometimes, y'know that!? Always asking how I'm doing, taking care of me like I'm some kind of baby, well, I'm not a baby, you idiot! I can take care of myself!"
You're left stunned, your mind too boggled to say anything. How long has she felt like this? Did you make her uncomfortable? You look back on all the time you've spent with her. Were you being overbearing? All you ever did was look out for her. Where everyone else saw this angry girl, you saw someone who was dying to be understood, and you wanted to be the person that understood her.
You meet her eyes. Tears pour down her face with each shaky breath. "I-I'm sorry, noona, I... If you hate me so much, why did you agree to hang out with me?"
"Because I don't hate you, stupid, I like you!" Her cheeks burn red with passion. "And you're too good for me..." Just like a fizzling flame, Gaeul's anger devolves into a waterfall of tears.
You sit next to her and wrap you arms around her, pulling her into a gentle squeeze as she cries.
"W-why are you so nice to me...?" She asks in between sobs. "I push e-everyone else away, yet y-you always come back. Why?
A second passes before you're able to answer. "Because you're my friend, and I... I like you too. A lot."
Gaeul looks up at you, her cheeks red and wet with tears.
"I hate it when you think you have to deal with everything by yourself because you don't. You have a whole group of friends there for you. A-and me." You meet her eyes, heart thumping with nervous excitement. "I want you to rely on me the most. M-maybe I started treating you like a child because of that, I'm sorry-"
Gaeul kisses your cheek, sending a wave of electricity through your entire body. It was short and sweet, yet the heat lingers on your skin.
"I-I'm sorry for yelling at you," she says, not meeting your eyes. "You treat me so nicely, and I treat you like garbage.
"Would you kiss garbage on the cheek?" You quip, eliciting a cute giggle from her lips.
The sun falls behind the horizon, painting the sky above into an ombre of fiery orange and gentle indigo. You pull her closer to you, wrapping an arm around her waist as she rests her head on your shoulder. The two of you have a lot to talk about later, but right now, you just want to say in this moment, gazing at the sky.
Lasagne - Alessia Russo x reader
Summary: while ur girlfriends away at a game, you make her a lil surprise to come back to...
1.5k words
"Hey guys, what's up, as I'm sure you all know, my girlfriend Alessia has a big game today; a friendly with Scotland and very sadly I can't be there 'cause my big fat leg injury. So instead, I'm gonna just make some food and put the game on, and I thought you could join me," I spoke to my Instagram live from my kitchen.
"Kay, obviously gotta get all the ingredients out - we're making Lessi's favourite, lasagne, and her mum sent me her recipe so I'm gonna have to try my very best to live up to her mum's standards,"
I chatted to my phone absentmindedly as I collected all my ingredients.
"Guys I realise I'm giving you a tough choice here on where your attention goes - to the game or to me making lasagne. Look I will not be offended if you chose the game, I'm not the best chef in the whole of Europe, the Lionesses however,"
By now I had all the ingredients out and had started mixing up the sauce, talking and joking with myself to make the live entertaining. I had Lessi's game up on my laptop just behind my phone.
"I'm warning you lot now," I spoke, "that I'm the worst with onions, the literal worst so I will be in a right state in about thirty seconds,"
I peeled the onion, and diced it finely, trying to do it as quickly as possible as tears seeped from my eyes.
I stuck the onions in the saucepan but had to collect myself still.
Strings of curses came flying out my mouth as I strained my eyes a lot.
"Fuck, you're not supposed to touch them, are you? Maybe that makes it worse. I don't even think it can get worse, fucking look at me,"
I got closer to the camera, showing everyone my bloodshot, teary eyes, which just kept twitching.
I tried to get over the feeling, taking a breather. I rested my hands on my knees to support myself as I leaned over.
Suddenly, from my laptop, there was an eruption of noise and I shot up.
"Did they just score? Oh my god, Lessi scored, ahhh guys England are winning! Fuck my eyes! Awh she's doing so well, look at that replay that's a beautiful goal, jesus my girlfriend is so talented. Fuck my fucking eyes man this hurts. Awh she looks so happy, I'm so proud bless. God I wish I could've been there, guys they scored! My eyes still hurt like hell, god I told you I was the worst. I don't even get this - why me? Fuck!" I took another second, and then tried to continue, shaking my face as if it would help, "Okay, okay I have to keep going or I won't be done in time, shit, my eyes look bloody awful, hold on,"
I disappeared from my phone's view for a moment and came back with sunglasses on.
"What do you think guys? Look good?" I chuckled to myself, "yeah, these actually are Lessi's, not mine, they were the first ones I found. I might have to steal them from her though, definitely look better on me. Okay, let's keep going,"
England had scored another two goals by the time I was starting to construct the layers of the lasagne, with Less getting one of the assists. She really was playing great today, getting many praises from the commentators for her performance.
It really did make me so happy, seeing her beaming on screen. She'd been needing a win since a recent loss that she had taken pretty hard.
I wacked the lasagne in the oven a few minutes later, checking the time left on the match to make sure I had my timing right.
"Perfect, she'll get back a few minutes after it should come out the oven, now we just wait,"
I kept on with the live, turning my full attention to the game now. Scotland managed to score despite England dominating possession, but spirits still seemed high, England still leading by two goals.
Eventually my timer went, it had been 20 minutes since I put the lasagne in, so I went to check on it, even though I knew it would still need a fair amount of time.
"Right the cheese hasn't browned or anything, so I know it needs more time. How do I know though, when it's fully done, just from the cheese on top or what? I'ma give Carol a ring,"
I grabbed the house phone and dialled Alessia's mum's number. As it rang, I did a lil dance to the live.
"Hello?"
"Oh, hey Carol, it's Y/N,"
"Hi love, is the lasagne going alright?"
"Yes, great in fact and I haven't burnt the house down just yet,"
She chuckled a little at that.
"I was just calling to ask how you know it's done; I'm watching for when the cheese brown so when it does should I just take it out then?"
"Yeah, so when it's golden brown on top that's done, and the sauce will be bubbling around the edges. If you want, you can also stick it with a toothpick. If it's easy to push to the bottom layer then you should be good to go,"
"Oh that’s perfect, thank you so much. You watching the game?"
"Of course, course I am. Her goal was beautiful, wasn't it?"
"Sailed right into the net, amazing goal. She really is playing amazingly, she should be so proud,"
"And right after that hard loss the other day,"
"Yeah for sure, and you can see she's having so much fun as well, so nice to see,"
"And she's lucky to have you too, making her lasagne is so sweet she'll be so thankful,"
"Well, I have to give you some credit, it's your recipe after all. Anyway Carol, I better focus on my lasagne, or she'll come home to a burnt brick instead,"
"Of course, well I hope to speak to you soon, I'll give Less a call after the game,"
"We should look at going out for a meal soon, it's been a while,"
"Oh, that would be perfect, bye then,"
"Bye!"
The game ended shortly after, and then I got a message from my girlfriend saying she'd be home in 10. Perfect timing pretty much.
10 minutes later I heard her keys rattling in the door and ran to go greet her.
"Lessi, hun, you did so amazing!" I called out before practically throwing myself into her arms.
She pulled me close, her arms tightly wrapped around my shoulders as mine snaked around her waist. I buried my head into the crook of her neck, enjoying being so close to her after what had felt like ages.
"I missed you," I told her.
I could feel her sniffing the air, evidently the smell of the lasagne creeping into her senses.
"Lasagne?" she asked hesitantly, her voice filled with hope.
I chuckled, pulling away from the hug and leading her into the kitchen.
"I thought it'd be nice to make you something, plus you deserve it with that goal, stunning. Here, come, I'm live on Instagram,"
"You really made me lasagne?" she asked happily.
"Your mum’s recipe,"
She pulled me back into a hug from behind as I was facing my phone, watching the messages on my live fly past. Her chin nestled into my neck.
"I love you so much," she whispered quietly before pressing a kiss into my skin, giving me goosebumps.
"Alright, get off you big lump," I told her, but my tone was light and there was a smile plastered on my face, "I'll serve it up,"
She withdrew from the embrace and sat up on one of the stools.
We talked with each other and with the live as I dished up the lasagne for us both.
"Here, pass," I indicated to my phone which she was holding and propped it up to get a video of her trying the dish I'd slaved over for more than an hour.
"It's good," she said with a grin, it came out muffled with her cheeks stuffed with pasta, and I could tell she really meant it, "it's really good. Mmm! Exactly what I needed,"
"Yayy. I'm glad it's good," I responded, and then we ended the live a few minutes later with a wave to the camera.
"Now that's off, I can do this," I said and turned to her.
I pulled her in for a kiss. It tasted like lasagne. She pulled away when we both ended up smiling into each other's lips.
"You couldn't do that before we ended the live?" she teased. I know she didn't mean it, we'd both talked about pda before, deciding not everyone needed to see it. Best not to encourage the tiktok edits.
"You really did play amazing today Less, I was so proud. You made it look easy,"
She chuckled a little.
"Come back here," she mumbled, putting her hand on the back of my neck to kiss me again. It was more this time, our lips moving together perfectly until she cheekily bit down on my lip.
"Less!" I cried out, pulling back sharply.
"Sorry," she said, clearly not meaning it by the brazen smirk on her face, "you tasted too good I thought you were lasagne,"
It's not like you didn't already know this, but it's becoming increasingly apparent that Rolan is not a patient person.
You'd managed to find a spot with a rock outcropping that made a good enough shelter. The problem is, for both of you to fit under it, it's a little cramped. But you didn't want either of you sat out in the open where anything could spot you, so you'd reluctantly backed up to the wall and against Rolan's side.
It's a bit maddening, being this close to him. His scent fills your nostrils (he smells like weave and something musky, like sandalwood), which is incredibly distracting, and up close you notice he's covered in freckles. They cover his cheeks and forehead and climb their way up to his ears. He's also taken his hair down, which is frankly rather rude of him. It looks soft.
What's ruder is the fact that he literally cannot sit still. His legs bounce where they're stretched out in front of him, and every few minutes he adjusts his posture with a loud groan.
When his leg starts bouncing again for the umpteenth time, your hand shoots out and grabs his knee on its own accord to hold it down. He jumps at the contact and whips his head towards you, and the look of alarm he's wearing would be funny if he wasn't driving you insane.
"Rolan. If you don't stop fidgeting I'll stop you myself."
He frowns. "I can't help it."
You arch an eyebrow, "right, so you want me to hold you down for the rest of the evening? Because I will."
His face flushes and he shakes his head no, so you withdraw your hand. You feel his body relax next to you.
"You may as well try and get some sleep. I can keep watch and wake you up when it's safe to move."
He clears his throat, "that won't be necessary. I'm fine."
You scoff. He's definitely not fine, he's been wiggling around since you both sat down. You tell him as such and the blush rises back to his cheeks.
"I'm not- That's not why I'm-" He sighs "I'm fine."
"Ah, yes. People who are fine usually writhe around like worms."
He scowls at you, but doesn't say anything. At that moment you feel a shiver rip through you. His face softens with concern.
"Are you okay?"
You nod, wrapping your arms around yourself, "I'm fine."
He pulls a face at you. "Ah, yes. People who are fine usually shake like leaves."
Okay, in fairness, you walked right into that one.
"I'm okay, honestly. I'm just a bit cold."
You hadn't really thought about it when you left the inn, hopped up on adrenaline, but now you're sat here you've begun to realise you're not dressed for the chill. You're wearing a pair of light trousers and an old sweater with holes in the sleeves; the clothes you sleep in. It was fine when you were racing around looking for Rolan and fighting shadow creatures, but now that you're sat still with your back up against rock the cold is seeping into your body.
Rolan looks you up and down a few times, then makes a noise of frustration. "Gods, I'm sorry. I should've thought to- I haven't got enough magic left to cast anything to keep you warm."
"It's fine, I'll manage. Besides, you're like a furnace."
It's true, you can feel the warmth from his body where his arm is pressed up against yours. You've trying not to think about it, but it's getting harder to focus on anything else.
There's a moment of silence, and a look of hesitation in Rolan's eye, before he lifts the arm that's against you and instead wraps it around your shoulder. You flinch.
"What are you doing?"
He's blushed again. "Well. We- tieflings, that is- we naturally run hotter. And I got you into this predicament, so the least I can do is stop you from catching pneumonia."
You try desperately to think of an argument that stops him pulling you closer, but you come up empty. You're cold and he's warm, and he smells nice and his hair looks soft, and you are a weak, weak woman.
When you don't say anything else, he tentatively stretches his arm back around your shoulder, and places his hand there awkwardly. You pull a face at him.
"That can't be comfortable, your wrist is at an angle."
He shrugs, which makes you sigh. You grab his hand where it rests on your shoulder blade and manoeuvre yourself so that you're resting your head against his chest. You wrap his arm around you and push yourself against him. He freezes.
There's a long moment where you wonder if you've overstepped a boundary, but then he's sinking himself down against the rock so you can better lean on his chest, and pulling you tight against the side of his body. There's a moment of hesitation before you feel him rest his chin on the top of your head.
His scent and warmth wraps around you and you can feel his heartbeat against your cheek. His chin on the top of your head is a comforting weight, and being surrounded by him like this feels... intimate. You like it.
"I'm sorry, Tav."
You frown, but don't move. "For what?"
He swallows heavily. "I really was unfair to you. It's not your fault Cal and Lia were taken. You're the only reason any of us made it this far in the first place. I lashed out and it wasn't fair."
You give a small shrug, as much as you can without shaking his arms from around you. There's a moment, and then he's moving anyway, turning to face you and holding both of your shoulders.
"Tav, I mean it. It wasn't your fault. I'm sorry."
His eyes are piercing and you struggle to look away despite how intense his gaze is. "You were right. I'm not a leader. I just wanted to do what felt right, but I've put people in danger in the process."
He shakes his head, "I wasn't right. The best leaders are the ones who didn't choose it. They're the people everyone follows because they believe in them." One of his hands comes down and grasps yours, and you feel your breath hitch. "People believe in you, Tav. I... I believe in you."
You don't know how to reply to that, so you don't. Another shiver rips its way through your body, and Rolan wraps both of his arms around you and brings your head back to his chest.
"For warmth, of course." He says it softly.
You nod. "Of course." Your voice comes out quiet and breathless, and you feel Rolan shudder minutely.
A voice in the back of your head tells you that you're walking a fragile line, that you're slowly inching your way over it. That once you cross it there's no going back. The warmth of his embrace must be clouding your judgement, though, because you find you don't care.
Just watched the music video animatic (Storyboard) for life is sweeter
Here is the link lol
If you don't want "spoilers" you can watch it now and read later idk.
First of all the thing that made me write this.
Is Zellie, Rapunzel or Rapunzel's daughter? And Chloe was definitely hitting on her! SHE LITERALLY HAD HEARTS IN HER EYES!
She stuttering "i-i- I think your hair is really great!"
AND RED REACTS WITH "smoooth"
CHLOE IS GAY. SHE'S A LESBIAN. LETS GOOOO LESBIANS LETS GOO!
(Of course this doesn't make her a lesbian, she could also be Bi or pan or whatever else but definitely sapphic. that's just my headcanon)
ok. Like I was shocked. Ofc Disney didn't stick with it tho
Second.
Tiana! Love her verse.
Why didn't they leave her in the movie.
She's an icon.
Third
Zellie again. Loved her verse too! But who is she?? Is she Rapunzel or is she Rapunzel's daughter? I mean it would make more sense if it were Rapunzel herself.
I NEED ANSWERS
Also her hair turning pink from the cupcake? Nice
Fourth.
Chloe again.
Not her crushing on a girl from the past 😭
That wouldn't work out. 😭
But like Red was also checking out Charming lol. (Chloe's face in that frame 😭😭 lol)
But she was just checking not really crushing.
Honestly I'm just rambling right now and trying not to repeat myself.
Idk if it makes sense.
But also Imagine if it is Rapunzel and then meeting her in the future. Awkward. But also I feel ya Chloe.
Fifth
The designs.
Most were cool. Some were creepy lol.
Like I found Chloe's hair cool! But I love her curls and locks more.
Also was the one person Ella? Why she look so depressed? Damn. Like the zoom in at her when Charming's part came.
Actually makes sense with her living conditions nevermind. Valid.
Also charming looks creepy.
Hades looks okay.
Morgie became He-Man.
Hook was fine. Reminds me of Harry. But the way they moved him was funny and His voice 😭 slay 💅🏼
And Maleficent was maleficent.
I LOVE THEM ALL. I'M NOT HATING ON THEM! it's just my thoughts! And it's also the storyboard. Which slay.
Also funny little mention.
I laughed at how Aladdin just flew in, took a cupcake, and flew away again. They probably would have talked in that scene? Idk but it was just funny. And the way he flexed 😭
Sixth
The left out/changed verses
Idk WHO said "Hey princess" but that was hot. and it was probably Bridget since it zoomed in on her. but idk the actual Person that said that
(Reminds me of Catra's "Hey Adora")
Also If Tiana is a Princess that means her and Prince Naveen are already together. Slay.
🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
CALL ME TIANA! I GOT THAT something water? RUNNING SO DEEP IN MY VEINS! 🤸
I CAN JAZZ IT UP ✨
DON'T YOU PASS IT UP 🫣
WHEN IT COMES TO MY BEIGNETS 🤤
🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
I would never pass on your beignets 🫡
I like it more than "CaLl Us jAlAdDin" even if it was kinda cute and funny.
Would have been fire in the movie.
(if this would be in the movie and the jaladdin part would be the other idee, I would not want to change it)
Next.
"Oh look 👀 there's Zelly 😒"
Why does it sound like that. Is it only me? Idk.
🎼🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
I'm just like my hair 🤫
Don't fit in anywhere 😶‍🌫️
And I can't say I mind it 😙
NoOoO I don't 💁🏼
🎼🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
Go off, girl! yeah! Speak your mind ✨🤸
Beautiful voice, I mean for the whole song really. Don't know who that is tho.
After that is the iconic gay panic from Chloe 😭😭😭
Why did they cut it 😒😭 not slay
We need Sapphic Chloe! 🫠
"Looking Good Zelly! The sun shines a little more- *enter the VKs music*"
Very funny. Would have loved that cut off.
Next.
🎵🎶🎵🎶
All I have to say is 😀
Stay out of Ursula's sister's way 😄
🎵🎶🎵🎶
Maleficent 🤠 what. was. that. 🤠
I mean I love that you have more lines and also it's very funny. But like. Personally, I like that they didn't keep that. But also, like I said. Funny.
I mean if it were
'stay out of Uliana's way'
Wouldn't be funny
Wouldn't have minded if they kept it like that either, now that I think about it. Anyway.
Next.
I do like that Uliana already snatched one cupcake. But the way it is right now is great too.
And that they got hit with the cupcakes. But then again. It would be annoying to clean.
"Wait, that's too many!" From Brigdet. I like that.
I liked them chasing Bridget more but
Uliana just running at her and Ella pulling her out of the way which makes only Uliana fall into the Fountain that was behind them was also funny.
The End
Thanks for listening to my rambles! ✨❤️
Byeee
Well reading.
If I forgot any changes (probably) or you also notice something fun or interesting I would love to hear it!
Imma watch the other storyboards later.
Here the links if you haven't seen them
Red
Love ain't it .
Don't spoil me for those two please 👀.
Friends, lovers… and an orange | Chapter 5
Previous chapter | Next chapter
Masterlist
Tumblr media
"The internet is going nuts about you and that Nico."
"Really?"
"Yep" Jourdan laughed. "Right now it is team Mason vs. team Nico, and it is so funny. I don't know who has the craziest fans."
"As long as they leave me alone..." Adele sighed.
"Have you heard from any of them?"
"Nope. Mason seems to be still working in Italy, and Nico followed me on Instagram and that's all I know."
"Was he just a one night stand, then?"
"Yeah. He's cute and we had fun, but I don't think anything else could happen."
"Then team Mason wins!"
"I hate you, Jourdan" Adele said, rolling her eyes.
"Hate you too" she smiled.
"And my mum is calling me, I guess it's time to leave."
"Oh, good luck! I can't wait to see those photos, they are gonna be amazing."
"I hope so."
"They will, you'll see. Good luck, Addie."
"Thank you. I'll need it" she replied before hanging up.
━━━━━━❃━━━━━━
"Mum, move your right hand a bit. Yes, perfect" Adele said before snapping another photo.
"She's a natural" she heard the other photographer say behind her.
"Both of them are" Maria Grazia added.
They had decided to stay and see her and her mum work together for the Dior campaign, which had made Adele feel even more nervous than she already was. This was her first professional photoshoot, and since being for one of the most iconic brands wasn't enough already, she had their creative director and a photographer who had been working for as long as she had been alive, keeping an eye on her.
When she first picked up the camera, her hands were shaking so much that she thought she wouldn't be able to take a single photo. But as her mum started posing, she relaxed and everything flowed.
"Ok, I think we are done" Adele said.
"Wait, no" her mum stopped her. "Let's take a couple more. Maybe standing?"
"Maria Grazia, what do you..."
"Yes, yes" she said, holding Adele from her shoulders and not allowing her to turn around.
"Ok…" Why were they all suddenly acting so weird?
"Now I do think we have them all" Elizabeth smiled after just a couple of shots. "Should we check them on the computer?"
"Sur... Mason?" Adele said when she was finally allowed to turn around. "What... How..."
"Hello, Addie. Elizabeth" he said with that smile of his that had broken so many hearts.
"What are you doing here?" Adele finally managed to say. "Weren't you in Italy?"
"I was, yes. But we wrapped up early, my mum told me that you were shooting your mum for Dior, and I said to myself, why don't I pay them a visit? I know this is huge and I wanted to be here for you. To support you."
"Thank you, Mase" she smiled, feeling her cheeks get warm.
"Mason, since we have you here, would you mind taking a photo of Adele and I together? You are the only one who manages to convince her to pose in front of a camera and I want to remember today."
"Of course. What do you say, Addie?"
"I'm not looking presentable, I..."
"Nonsense, you look beautiful. Give me that and join your mum" he said while taking the camera from her hands.
"C'mon, do as he says" Elizabeth insisted.
"Ok, fine" Adele replied, rolling her eyes and doing as she was being asked. Or ordered to.
━━━━━━❃━━━━━━
"I hate you so much."
"Why?" Mason laughed.
"The trap you and our mums set up?"
"Oh, that. We just wanted to surprise you on a big day."
"Yeah, sure" Adele snorted.
"Will a macaroon make you forgive me?" Mason pouted, offering her the little box. After the shoot was done, they had decided to go for a walk around the city to catch up and stop at their favourite bakery.
"It may help" she said. "So, how was Italy?"
"Definitely not as fun as Paris. Every time I saw you on Instagram I wished I was here with you. It looks like you've made some new friends."
"I've met so many people, Mase... So many" she chuckled. "But I don't consider them my friends, just acquaintances."
"Nico too?" Mason asked as he looked down, suddenly too interested on the floor.
"Nico too."
"You won't be seeing him again, then?"
"Nah."
"Good."
"Good?" Adele chuckled.
"I mean, you've probably seen everything that is going on online. Team Mason vs. Team Nico and all that. You are struggling enough with everything going on with us, you don't need to add more to it."
"Yeah, you are right" she sighed.
"Hey, what are you doing?"
"Eating another macaroon?"
"Haven't you had enough?" Mason laughed, hiding the box behind him.
"No, I have not. I barely ate today, I was too nervous."
"Then let's go find something else to eat. This is too much sugar."
"Oh, c'mon, Mase. Just another one" Adele pouted.
"Nope."
"Just one, please" she said, trying to take the box from his hands.
"I said no" Mason smirked, lifting it in the air so she wouldn't reach it.
"That won't stop me. I'm almost as tall as you are."
"Yeah... Perks of having a mum who is a supermodel and a dad who could have played basketball, right?"
"Exactly" she said, standing on her tiptoes and reaching the box.
"Addie, wait… Addie!" Mason said, the macaroons that were left on the box falling to the floor. "Now what?"
"Now I guess the pigeons will be having a feast, and you'll have to buy me lunch" she shrugged.
"Ok, come here you little rascal" he laughed, putting an arm around her shoulder and starting to walk. "What do you fancy?"
"Pasta."
"Addie, I just came from Italy. Can't we have something else?"
"Ummm... No" she replied with her best smile.
"Ok, then. I can't say no to that face" he said before kissing her cheek, her skin tingling where his lips had been. It was something Adele had never felt before with any other guy, and definitely not with Mason.
(Splinters) Happy Birthday, Mr. President
Disclaimer: everything is Malin Rydén's of course, especially since I'm stealing Ortega for this one, and really leaning into the asshole part of their brain (if they have one. We're still not sure) Context: It almost being my birthday made me think about Ortega's birthday; Ortega's birthday made me think of villain reveals; villain reveals reminded me Una and Ortega haven't shouted at each other in too long; poured my soul into this, didn't come out unscathed, this is a WARZONE. What to expect: Ortega's turning 40!! Let's celebrate :)
2022. (Ricardo)
It’s not that I’m waiting, really. Why would I be waiting? She promised nothing. I’m having fun. Look at me. Look at me, shining. I’m having fun. The beer is good, the champagne’s better, and the cocktails were created in my name. You know why? Because it’s my day. It’s my day, and I’m having fun.
“The beginning of the rest of your life!” Daniel laughs, buzzed, clapping me on the shoulder, his smile resplendent in its creaselessness.
God. I knock on the bar.
“Can I get another round?” I throw to the barman, who spills gin into shot glasses at the speed of light.
At least there’s that: they didn’t spare any expense, not for me, not for Charge. Charge, this monument. The roguish hero of yore. The declining hero of now. Keep a monument around long enough and it starts to erode and mold. Maybe they splurged because they expect me to drop dead before the next decade hits. They’d be right to hope, but they’ll be wrong in the end. For my fiftieth, I’ll ask for the mayor to pop out of a giant cake. I’ll ask for a gold statue of myself in the nude, with eyes of brown diamonds. I’ll ask for a generator so insane it’ll send me into space. Hedge your bets and start saving, assholes.
For now, I get everyone who’s anyone in Los Diablos, and the newly reminted Heritage museum all for me myself and I, sparkly and new after two years of rebuilding. A little like life, huh? Sparkly and new, after two years of rebuilding. Crystal chandeliers, gilded moldings, sculpted handrails, camouflaging the bomb-cracks left underneath.
All that’s left to see now is whether the bomb-cracks have unsettled the structure long-term.
Gingerly, absently, I touch the smooth scar on my lip. Can’t even feel it anymore, really: with time, it’s sunk into older skin, a little paler, but unraised. Just an adornment. Gilded moldings.
“Not for me,” Chen says when I hold out a shot glass. “Moore’s not coming?”
Fine. Then I’ll drink both.
“Don’t know. You know how she is.”
“It’s your birthday,” he says, raising an eyebrow judgemental enough that Daniel cringes from second-hand anxiety.
“I saw her yesterday, and she definitely knew about it, he tries to help, and fails.
“Of course she knows,” I roll my eyes, downing a glass. “I haven’t been subtle.”
“Are you ever?” Argent snorts. She’s eating what appears to be a third slice of the cake that was rolled out an hour ago, glittering with magic candles and out of which the mayor definitely did not pop, despite her wearing a ridiculous feathered-collar suit that she simply can’t pull off. Continued here.
I’m here to ask the same question you asked about the sexy edibles.
Please tell me Kazakitten and Katsukitten.
And fuck it tell me Zoey’s x Kitten too
🎤
Tumblr media
Okay if we're assuming it's all individually and not poly 🤔
Katsuki and I are always teasing one another normally anyway. Always saying shit in the middle of arguments like "fine then no sex!" And the other claims "fine, I can out wait you anyway"
So that is the theme, we get the chocolate or gummies and split the tab. At the last second Katsuki says "Bet you'll cave first." as his hands venture to cup me to which I cat smile "Someone is already about to lose" I'm in one of his t shirts, which is form fitting on me. Ya know I'm a bigger girl, fat tits etc and hello kitty shorts (that apparently my ass hangs out of) which is a combo that makes him insane. He is in his usual t-shirt and joggers, ya know comfy clothes. Katsuki and I drink more than we get high, so our tolerance is low hehe. But I'm all giggly, which he loves the sound of always but especially now. Glancing over at me often during the movie and we both agreed we wouldn't the to sabotage the other at all.
I decide pop corn is a good idea, scurry into the kitchen and of course I need it in my big hello kitty bowl that katsuki keeps in the top part of the cabinet because it's not used often.
He knows I can't reach it, he's coming into the kitchen to help me, just to see me hoisting my knee up onto the counter as if to give myself a boost. The shorts doing anything but covering me at this point and giving Katsuki his fav view. Even without the gummy this view would have made him fuck me then in there. He growls audibly, which makes me all shaky and weak since I'm v responsive to his sounds.
He's on me in a second, "Ya fuckin cheated. Fuck hate how wet this pussy is. he doesn't he's lying, he HATES how easy it is for him to fold when it comes to me 😊 so he loses and we fuck against the counter a few times before he's moving us to the bedroom. Popcorn and movie forgotten.
Then after hours of fucking, skin tacky and sticking together he'll give me a little forehead smooch and ask "Ya hungry?"
It'll be 3am but he'll take me to waffle house and I'll dance in my seat when my waffle comes out 😊
For Akaza there is no beating around the bush, no teasing or flirting. The second he feels it and can see me feeling it too he pounces. I think he would set us up in a way that would make me so squirmy. Splitting the tab of chocolate while we face one another, legs tangled and he insists on eye contact. It's very intimate, very in the moment and again the second he sees those hearts in my eyes from him just running his palms along my thighs or a slight squeeze to my ribs he pounces on me. He'll cup my throat the whole time to make sure I don't lose focus on him and he'll put my knees on his shoulders so he can be up close and personal.
He is definitely my more firm and grounding type. Wants to make sure we're both fully in the moment even if we're under a bit of influence. Either way it works and I'm clingy and obsessed with him for weeks (which is why I prefer positions like doggy or quick fucking cause hate being clingy) but he LIVES for how much more I trust him and rely on him. Loves giving me princess treatment and me actually allowing it
Zodyl is tricky, I feel like we'd split the tab and he'd be unaffected. Or it would seem that way and I'm sitting in his lap and got little tears in my eyes because I'm so miserably horny and stubborn so I won't make the first move. And he thinks it hasn't even been that long, he hasn't even touched me yet so no way I'm wet right? He applies so little pressure to my panties and when he hears a soft squish and feels dampness I'm suddenly pinned to the couch.
Izuku is already my closeted perv/freak. He's the one who gets the gummies in this scenario and he does everything so extra (love zuzu bunny)
Like he tells me we're going to dinner and to be ready by 7, offers to pick out my outfit or tells me what level of dressed up I should be/leaves his outfit hanging out as an example.
Tonight though he tells me to be ready by seven and has the dress picked out for me. It's his favorite cocktail dress, black and the one I wore when he proposed. I figure we're going to the upscale restaurant he took us to then, before he was too nervous to eat, now he'll get a repeat and hopefully be able to enjoy the food.
Except this time before we go as I'm all dressed up and hair done and light makeup he's at the door, places a gummy on his tongue for me to see before he's gently cupping the curve of my skull to give it to me 🥴 and then he takes one himself.
"Just to spice up our night, sweetheart." It makes me giggle, I think it's just a little gummy that sero gave him but hahaha sike it's horny treat.
Which Izuku is already wearing that button up that makes him look so fucking sexy. Plus he's all scarred up and gentle and it's got me gnashing my teeth. He pulls out my chair, orders us dessert and we say we'll have some coffee to wind down. I get up to "powder my nose" winking at him and it's then that his half hard on he's been fighting all night is FULL BLOWN. He barely gives it five minutes before he's stalking me to the fancy women's restroom, locking the door behind him. Barely in control as he nearly breaks the handle and tries his best not to tear my dress (underwear is a casualty) before he's pulling me to the end of the porcelain sink, sinking to his knees in his expensive slacks, shoving my own knees to my chest so he can eat me out before he fucks me stupid just to eat his cum out again.
The staff doesn't say anything when they hear loud grunts and moans echoing in the back, away from the mostly empty dining room but they do appreciate the very large tip that Izuku leaves. "For the trouble."
The Fill In
Tumblr media
"I'm sorry." She spoke as I stared at her. She was wearing a pale yellow crop top shirt and some jean shorts. She looked kind of like a hippie today. Her hair was braided into pigtails.
"It's okay." I smiled looking into her brown eyes. I was still surprised they weren't green like I imagined so many times.
"Can I get past you?" She looked confused about why I wasn't moving out of her way.
"Yeah, sorry." I smiled on the outside but judged myself for not acting normal in front of her. I stepped out of her way and walked over to my usual spot. I sat down and pulled out my phone to scroll. She ordered her usual drink and set up her laptop in her usual spot. Although excited to see her today, I couldn't stop wondering why she was here early. Was it fate that we were here at the same time? She clearly didn't recognize me from the party. I wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing though. It put me in the same position I've been in with her for a few months now, strangers. But it also meant she didn't know me as the guy who had to run off to stop their brother from fighting someone and that was good.
"Hey." I looked up and watched the same blonde girl as last time walk right up to her. They started chatting again. I guess it was fair to assume she was early because of her friend. My phone started blasting Softcore by The Neighbourhood. Everyone's attention flicked to me as my shaky hand tried to answer the phone. Both she and her friend were watching me struggle.
"What?" I asked snappy. My hands were sweaty from the anxiety and embarrassment I was feeling in the pit of my stomach.
"Where are you?" Chris asked irritated back.
"I needed some air. Went for a walk." I stood up knowing his call meant it was already time for me to go back.
"Nick is awake." I looked at the phone screen to see the time. One hour had passed by. That didn't seem like a long time for surgery. I hope that means everything was fine. I could feel her staring at me as I walked through the door onto the sidewalk.
"I'm on my way." I hung up and looked for the path I needed to take to get back to the hospital. As I walked down the street I couldn't help but feel like I was being watched. I made it back fine. Once inside I asked the front desk assistant for directions to the right room.
"There he is." Chris was energetic and smiley when I walked in. A complete flip from his previous nature towards me over the phone.
"How are you feeling?" I ignored Chris being fake and walked straight to Nick.
"Fine."
"Why didn't you say anything?" I looked at his torso which was wrapped up.
"It wasn't that bad, honestly. I was in the kitchen waiting for Polly and then I just couldn't stand anymore." He looked grey and tired.
"I'm glad you are okay," I whispered getting choked up.
"Elmer said since Nick is out of commission you are to take his spot." Chris was being insensitive to our brother's health.
"Can we not fu -" I started.
"It's okay." Nick grabbed my shoulder to calm me down. He sat up more, wincing the whole time. "Is Elmer mad?" Nick didn't seem to care about his health either.
"No, he isn't mad. Frustrated but not mad. He is glad you are good. He offered for you to be put up at his place so he can watch out for you while you are out."
"I don't -"
"I already told him you wouldn't go for that."
"Thanks." Nick's nurse came into the room very peppy.
"Okay, Nick." She read the chart. "We have great news. The surgery went well. The aorta isn't leaking anywhere so recovery should be as little as six weeks. You will want to avoid strenuous activities and don't exercise too much."
"Don't have to worry about that." Nick shook his head back and forth. Chris chuckled at his humor. The nurse joined in and then I too cracked a smile. Nick was definitely okay.
"That's the humor we like to see." The nurse read some more off of a paper with a smile on her face. "We are keeping you overnight tonight but tomorrow afternoon after some testing you should be good to go. As long as the aorta isn't leaking tomorrow."
"And if it is?" I asked. I felt like Chris didn't care enough to ask.
"We'll go in and repair the leak."
"Then he comes home?" Chris asked.
"This type of injury is a day-by-day healing process. If at any point your sutures leak we will have to go in and repair it. Should that happen you'll have to stay for monitoring and do more imaging to check for possible leaks."
"That makes sense." Nick nodded. He seemed to be processing everything she just said.
"I am going to order your morning tests now and the doctor might stop in to see you in a few hours. For now, let us know if you need anything. This is your call light." She moved a little remote on the bed. "The cafeteria closes at nine tonight." She looked between Chris and I. "Are you guys related?" She asked.
"Yes, we are triplets." She looked at Nick and then at us again.
"I bet your mother had fun with you guys growing up." She signed something in his chart and stuck it on the wall.
"You have no idea." Chris faked a chuckle. I could also tell when he didn't mean something. He didn't have any specific tells but if you knew him well enough you could tell when he wasn't being genuine. Chris' phone started vibrating.
"Give me a minute." He stepped out of the room.
"Chris is under a lot of pressure and stress. Take it easy on him." Nick reasoned for our brother.
"What do I have to do? I can't do another drop. Nick, I can't do this." I felt my fight or flight senses kicking in.
"Sure you can. All you have to do is stand quiet in the background and let everyone else do everything."
"Nick, I'm not you. I can-"
"There won't be any new drops while I'm healing. We just did one so Elmer is going to want to lay low since it went sideways." That made sense. Sometimes I hated that I wasn't more like my brothers especially when it came to this kind of stuff. Chris was the first one to get involved fully. He got Nick on board somehow and then I just went along with the two of them because that's what I do. I always just followed them and then I ended up in these predicaments.
"Okay. I'll do it." I nodded. He took a bullet for me. The least I could do was fill in while he was resting. Although at this very moment, I was wishing I was the one that got shot.
