#not as bad as it sounds#just incredibly stupid!#was sewing yarn ends with my large needle#happened to glance up and notice a palmetto bug bigger than sin waddling across my floor#(rainy season started so these bitches try to get inside houses or die trying)#i have a fear of bugs and reflexively clench my fist in alarm#the fist that was holding a needle#now ive got a hole in the palm of my hand! and i cant sleep bc idk where the bug went#🥲#it disappeared when i was cleaning up the blood!#thankfully didnt bleed on my crochet project
