em beloved here is the nct crash course:

started out as a rotational group for younger (ish?) members but then mark left (or as we say. graduated) because he got too old (i think he was nineteen? the horror) and every nctzen cried and now he’s back but we’re still crying because he (and haechan) are in two fixed units so when do they breathe? never perhaps. idk what dream stands for. they’re young so they still have hopes and dreams? active since 2016. music very young and up beat.

china based unit. also a fixed one. active since 2019. is lucas still a member? honest to god don’t know that’s a whole other story. ngl i have never known what wayv stands for and tbh idc. good music. i feel like they’re a special kind of insane. have very cute cats !

then some members are also part of the phenomenon we call superm. (jumping and popping we jopping etc.) and oh nct u! that’s the rotational. random. group. u as in U are picked this time? idk. it’s just random members each time coming together to make songs outside of their fixed group. was actually the first unit to debut with a song called 7th sense. (very nice. do check it out) also baby don’t stop is an icon.

omg nini hi!!! thank you for taking the time to type out this whole thing ksjdhfkjds i just read through it all and my biggest conclusion is: do any of them ever sleep skjdfjshf how are they all part of 983742 different sub groups LMAO. also when you were trying to explain nct u the sentence "u as in U are picked this time?" actually took me OUT 😭😭😭😭

i think i know whopping total of 3 nct songs between all these groups (including 7th sense!! i do actually know that one lmao) so maybe ill actually take a look at more of their music! the funniest part is that i know of the 2 baddies song (thats a new one i think??) but i actually have no idea what its supposed to sound like and only know the tune because hyunjin sang it in that one skz code episode (whoops)

Gallivant Spotlight - London!

Fancy Blog - London

So, remember that time I ran off to London to prance around and drink tea? Of course you don’t, because I did not tell many people I was off on yet another jaunt. Here are some of the fancy highlights from all the fabulous things I got to do. Also, here are a few suggestions of places you should visit and why you need to go.

  Ronnie Scott’s – you simply have to catch a jazz show at this iconic place and take in the vibes of London at night…and what a classy way to do it! You may even make a new friend or two.

  Marks & Spencer – I was told about all the cute lingerie that I could find at this store and they did not disappoint. I am now the happy owner of some darling sets of “Londies” (that is London underwear for those needing a translation). Also, check out the treats selection here too. The hazelnut butter shortbread cookies are simply fantastic with some tea. I had a blast.

  Harrods – There really is no explanation needed here. Take in all the floors, buy way too many treats and teas. PS, I hope that your suitcase is not overweight now from all the tea biscuits, lemon curd and marmalade you purchased for gifts!

  Tina! The Musical – I know you can watch this show stateside now, but it started over in London. Talk about a lovely night of song and, I mean, TINA! There are also signs placed all over pleading with show goers to hold their singing and dancing until the end of the show when there is a special time specifically for that kind of fun. Oh what restraint was needed to follow the rules!

  Hummingbird Bakery – What, there are treats in Soho? I am so there and this adorable little bakery gave me some late night cupcakes that were quite lovely to enjoy. Also, they serve tea…so win win!

  Cutter and Squidge – Can we talk about how adorable this little café was? Also, all the little gifting options are quite cute as well. I don’t know what that strawberry-pistachio  cake thing was that I had, but it was simply smashing with my tea. What a wonderful way to eat cake for breakfast.

  Poppies – Of course you need to get fish ‘n chips while you are in London and this place was quite the treat. I had a cream soda to wash down my fried fantastic food and all was right with the world after my long morning of running around.

  Dumplings Legend – for some late night fare after gallivanting with the new friends you made, head on over to Dumplings Legend for some prawn and chicken dumplings with a side of steamed broccoli. Every person around us raved over their meal as well and tried to convince us to order what they ate…however, we went light since it was late and we were only peck-ish!
