There wasn't all that much to do in the Undercroft while waiting to get rented by someone. Noah knew that a lot of the slaves liked to fuck around down here and preferred their leisure time or whatever to being rented but he was actually the opposite. It was boring as hell here. At least with the masters you were usually doing something fun or exciting, though it obviously wasn't all fun and games with them. Hell, sometimes the villagers just rented you to...do work. That wasn't Noah's favourite but at least it was a change of pace. Down here, there were really only a few options: exercise, sleep, read (an option Noah never took because who the fuck cared about books?), smoke, flirt with the guards, and fuck around with the other slaves. There was always fighting, too, obviously, but that was frowned upon and the only thing worse than wasting time down here was getting thrown in solitary for being "unruly". It didn't prevent Noah from fighting all the time but it at least kept him from wanting to start fights if there was no reason to. That left him with his boredom, though.

Irritated, he lit a smoke and looked around to see if there was anyone around who seemed as bored as he did, or really just anyone to talk to about anything. Spotting someone and not really caring who they were or if they wanted to talk to him or not, he struck up a conversation.

inez had finally managed to resemble a human. after an unexpected breakup last week (was it really that unexpected, though ?), she had resorted to an unhealthy amount of takeout, having her favorite Thai place almost on speed dial and her Uber Eats app had absolutely taken the frequently used spot this week. but she figured she had wallowed in her self-pity enough as it was ; and she needed groceries, if the wilted lettuce in her fridge was anything to go by. 

as she was going through her minimal shopping list, ambling through the different isles ; inez finally stopped abruptly as she spotted the other further down the isle. her teeth dug into her plump bottom lip as she recognized them almost immediately. two problems instantly arose within her, one; stemming from actually needing something on that side of the shelves and the other ? well, them. because no f*cking way were they here of all places. and how exactly was she supposed to act around them ? chill, girl. they’re just normal people like you, she thought. 

pushing her cart forward, she hesitated when she neared them. what was she supposed to lead with ? hey, i just got myself off before coming here with the vibr*tor from your company that’s modeled after your d*ck ? great investment by the way. clearly not. shaking away those thoughts for the time being, the brunette sighed, moving closer before she lost total confidence.   “ excuse me ? i just wanted to say... i’m a bi---. i mean, do you mind if i just grab something real quick ? i’ll-- get out of your way. ” ... smooth. real smooth.

5/1は名もなき小さなケーキ店が移転openして1年🎊👏

おととしの間借り店open1周年の日は北海道ハイキング🎒 前回の移転open当日はコソボ旅行🇽🇰 「今年こそは❕」 と、オープン時間に合わせて出発したら、10:55に到着。 お店のopenは11:00

1番乗りでケーキ選び放題🥰

1,500円以上の買い物でカヌレとマドレーヌを合体させたカヌレ―ヌが頂けるので、早速頂きました。

後日、店頭に並ぶ予定だそうです。

Bexley’s fingers played nervously with each other, wringing and unwringing themselves over and over as she tried to blend in with the crowd around her. It wasn’t a busy day and there wasn’t a big crowd, but any amount of people gathered up in one place made her anxious in ways nothing else did. It made her skin prickle and itch, as if something was trying to crawl out of her. And something was. Magic. She still wasn’t used to it, she didn’t really know what to do with it. It’d been six years since it first appeared in her palms and she still didn’t know how to use it. She didn’t want to know, she’d tried her best not to know. But sometimes it happened without her trying and that was why crowds made her nervous. What if someone saw? What if someone got hurt? She didn’t want to hurt anyone. At least, not again.

The doors opened and a group of three people came trotting out, chatting away amongst themselves. Bex watched them go, lucky that she fit in rather seamlessly among the college students. Mostly. She didn’t have a backpack and she wasn’t clutching books, but she was around the same age and no one was really paying attention to her, just like she liked it. Still, there was that feeling in the pit of her stomach, like she was being watched, and she glanced around the courtyard a quick moment before catching someone’s eye. “Umm, can I help you?” she asked them, shuffling awkwardly from her spot near the door.
