I have to rant a little here but I'm super pissed and tired of mxm shipping culture on fandoms‚ it's always the same damn pattern

-ship two male characters that don't have any romantic feelings for each other‚ one of them likes a female character

-go full misogyny on said female character "she gets in the way of my ship". Insult her for being "bad written" while simping hard for your boy with one personality trait

-when your made up gay ship doesnt become canon because you don't understand guys can be just friends or say hi to each other without wanting to fck‚ go harrass the creator because spending threats over invented yaoi is totally ok

I have been in fandoms for years and I have seen this múltiple times‚ it's seriously getting old

#Rayla gets some misogyny but at least its mostly not because gay shipping lol #because shes Callum best friend. They dont really have a guy to ship Callum with lmao (even tho some hate rayllum for being mf)#TDP's fandom is mostly peaceful and im glad #and people can throw all the shit they want to m/f ships but they got the most healthy fandom spaces seriously #(ofc not all mf fandoms are good and not all mm fandoms are toxic)#but from what I have experienced. They are def more chill #in my former fandom the mxm shippers would make memes against our ship while we would mostly ignore it and continue with our day #Im so glad I have never been an obsessed fujoshi #Im overall tired of shipping culture #fandoms #shipping #rant tag #personal #sorry guys had to let this go #(call me homophobic over this post and I will stomp you with my hooves)
