Who's Ambrose? What can you tell us about him and his siblings? 🦊

I don’t think I made many posts about him but I’ll put his tag here anyways

Ambrose, Constance, and Lazarus, all grew up the children of the terrifying and cruel Lockwood couple.

The Lockwoods were known for murdering families, conquering anything they could get their hands on, and having no qualms with committing atrocities on every scale. They ended up killing the majority of the De La Dáinn family, only accidentally leaving Pandora’s Mother and Aunt alive in the end.

They attempted to do the same thing again once Pandora was 10, having their son, Lazarus, in tow to do most of the work.

Lazarus was 18 when he attacked the family for his parents.

Another thing to note is that Alice Ripper was a confidant and follower of the Lockwoods, however after stealing important mechanical information and resources along with bragging that she should be the one in charge instead of the couple, they attempted to kill her, resulting in her running off and vowing vengeance on the Lockwoods.

The Lockwoods would eventually be killed by a group of adventurers fighting in the name of the De La Dáinn family, leaving only Lazarus (19), Ambrose (11), and Constance (9) left.

The three children of the Lockwoods would be raised by their followers, a group of people who believed in their morals and beliefs and wanted to see those wishes come to fruition. The followers made up the cult that the three would be raised in.

Lazarus was the closest with his parents, he was considered the second coming to his parents.

All three children dealt with growing up being treated as if they were their parents reincarnated. Ambrose was treated like his father, Constance like her mother, and Lazarus like both.

The cult eventually ended up bonding each child’s soul with a demon. Lazarus’s gave him incredible magic and influence over people with said magic, Ambrose gained his two signature claymores, and Constance gained magical abilities that would eventually rival both her eldest brother’s and her mother’s.

These demons each seek to corrupt and override power over the three individually. However Ambrose and Constance fight this.

Lazarus does not, in fact he welcomes it.

Eventually, Ambrose and Constance run away at age 14 and 12, narrowly escaping to the kingdom of Morgana from Lazarus.

They meet Pandora and Noah soon after.
