#eliot posts#it's not one of my fav songs (tho it gets stuck in my head sometimes)#but the lyrics were too much of a funny coincidence to NOT mention#sidenote#as a kid we drove through a town called amity sometimes#(my mom always pointed at the road sign and said ''it's like amityville horror!'' so it kinda stuck in my memory)#and i ended up naming ny animal crossing town after it bc it was like the only town name i remembered how to spell...#and then a couple years later i named a different animal crossing town ''corona''#bc i heard the word in a science textbook abt the sun's corona and how it also meant crown and i thought it was a cool word#and now both of those names have VASTLY different meanings to me
