God. Currently looking through one of my older blogs, and I've begun to realize that I pretty much treat hartwin and kylux similarly: Their first movie is the good shit, and outside of one very specific thing (in each), the sequels don't exist.
#personal#Tho to specify: I think TLJ was an overall good SW movie. I just hate the way they handled Hux in 80-ish% of his screentime.#(Not even getting into ROS using VERY early TFA fandom's spy!Hux AUs...)#(lmao now I'm remembering that same time period's Palpatine!Hux like come on you know that would've been 10x better)#TGC tho was just a mild-yet-significant disappointment all around outside of the action and characterization#No shit we never got a third one
