LA SERRETA DE ALCOI MENTIONED IN THE OPOSICIONES TEXTBOOK ‼️‼️‼️
#LET'S GOOOO#i feel so much about la serreta because not only is the closest archaeological site to my dad's hometown#i also did two projects about it during uni#i even went to the qrchaeological museum of alcoi for research#(la serreta itself is nearly impossible to get to. you have to climb a mountain to get to it)#it's a site unimportant enough to not be regularly mentioned but important enough to sometimes get mentioned and when it does#it's the best thing ever i love her soooo much#what usually gets mentioned about la serreta is its sanctuary which had so many terracotta exvote#one of the largest collections in the peninsula (maybe the largest? unclear)#oh and there's this one that is a bit more elaborate that depicts a female figure with i believe two doves? it's been a while#google diosa madre de la serreta (mother goddess of la serreta) and you'll find her
