usually, you're able to bottle up your emotions and ignore the frustrations. but, after weeks of shoving everything down, your body needs a release, and i pity the poor person who managed to piss you off. it's screaming crying, shouting, kicking lockers, whatever you can do to get it out of your system. it's a whole jean grey moment, fire and fury blasting out of you.

[ a captain's duty / dash games. ]#(oh but now i'm thinking about this and while i think he does not explode /at/ people now )#( i could absolutely see him bottling up his own personal feelings until he physically cannot do it any longer and has to get away and be )#( so he can have his moment. holding it together by a single thread of grit teeth and clenched fists until he is out of sight and explodes #( younger gep would scream into his pillow in frustration or throw things about in his room )#(as he got older it became practice; swinging his weapon until he could no longer lift his arms and if he screamed well he was just trainin #( he learns to deal with it to shut things down before he can get that angry because he's a /captain/ and a /role model/ for the citizens #( and he's not allowed emotions in the same way others are )#(at least in his mind/through the pressures of family but oh boy he can get there particularly when it's directed at opposition to ideals )#(s.ampo's definitely witnessed it at least once probably )#( he keeps a lid on it but it's been a learning curve )#( his threshold for holding back his emotions is so high in the now timeline because of all he has built on but his youth?)#(bottling it was important and his parents ensured he would.)#(its unsightly for a landau to scream and shout; channel it )
