yk i love to twist the knife w/ fellows self esteem but hold on hear me out

fellow comes home to find yuu awfully handsy with some unknown guy in his own damn apartment & he gets so startled like ????? yuu doesn't seem like someone who would cheat, but that's only more salt to the wound-- maybe he's been such an inept partner that even yuu jumps at the chance to throw him away. but then again, yuu always had their connections w/ the nrc elites as a safety net. it's very possible they had their fun "trying out" the bumbling fox man but now they're ready to go back to someone actually worth their love & loyalty ← all these thoughts fly through fellow's head in 0.2 seconds

yuu freaks out when they realize fellow is there && fumbles to explain "it's not what you think— this is actually— grim drank a transformation potion— it's just grim—" but atp fellow is too enraged to hear anything out 😭 his trust is so so hard to come by & the thought of betrayal nearly breaks him... he thought he was careful with yuu but still nothing in this world will ever be on his side etc etc
