Sam drinking Cas with (prev OP:) No sastiel intended. (no tea no shade ship what you want this is purely my thoughts):

The implications. The former vampire and current vampire lover dean hating himself for that. That Sam gets to taste Cas as a Vamp when dean didn’t even know an angel at the time but he also thought about how Simple Human blood tastes- how another being must be devine. But if he’s really being truthful it’s that dean could have sworn he and cas had the most intimate relationship and that meant something to him (this is not wincest dni plz). Was he jealous because when he was a vamp he somehow instinctively knew that your lover’s blood would taste extra sweet and wouldn’t it be wonderful to just lap that sweet liquid from every place he could find on Cas’s body. It can’t…(?) but something in him Instinctual is jealous of Blood Boy taking what’s his. Angel blood wouldn’t even taste like anything as a human. It didn’t matter. It stews in dean

Dean interrupting a “session” and thinking for a split second that Sam got Vamped (every. Time). Deans heart catching on the splash of red on teeth and the pool of blood on the floor and thinks Cas is being attacked (about half the time).

Mayhaps it’s during Cas can hear his thoughts/sneak into his dreams era. Maybe dean dreams about them together and it’s very bizarre like they’re on a run of the mill 50s style date except deans lips are covered in blood. (This is of course a nightmare for dean). Or deans doing things with blood liiiiiike say using Cas’s blood as a um massage oil or something. (This is a wet dream).

And you KNOW of course dean is just wrecked with guilt too about the whole thing. And taking it out of everyone.
