I am once again mad at my cinema's screening decisions ☹️ I've been waiting to see nickel boys because it's one of my favourite books and they've skipped showing it and put it straight on for the "silver screen" (one off weekday screenings for old people). I AM SICK OF THESE OLD PEOPLE GETTING ALL THE MOVIES I WANT TO WATCH

#they did the same thing with small things like these and the room next door #do they not think anyone who isn't retired might be interested in these films????#they also emailed me today to remind me to book tickets for the brutalist. BITCH I WOULD IF YOU'D JUST HAVE ANY SHOWINGS #this is a true source of ongoing suffering in my life #because the cinema is basically my only hobby or outing most weeks and also a fairly significant cost #(i think it works out as £15.50 per month for my pass)#so i want to get the most out of it and they will not help!!!!#talking
