scifi thriller novella

follows a woman who was left an AI house by a famous architect who taught her, and is the only person allowed in to look at his archives and interact with the house, one week per year

when the house self reports a dead body inside - which should be impossible, because it’s not the dead architect or his student - a local officer has to investigate, and find a way in along with the ex-student
