Okay, this is random but I was reading a different Gravity Falls fic to hold me over until Friday and in the fic this person picks up Bill and carries him off (in the theraprism) and that got me wondering... how much do you think Bill's triangular form (with the exoskeleton) weighs? Like this person was a human and they just easily picked him up! He's an energy being! What's your take, if you have one... which you probably don't becuase who thinks about this stuff?

As an energy being I think that Bill's extremely light. No weight to pure energy, after all. Is a box noticeably heavier if you carry it during the day rather than during the night, even though it's now full of sunlight? Take a triangle the size of Bill's exoskeleton—let's say, about a foot base to tip, one inch thick—and coat that triangle with enough gold leaf to make it look like solid gold... and then peel off only the gold leaf... and stir in about 1/5 the contents of a tube of mascara... and that's about how much Bill by himself would weigh if you set him down on a scale.

("is this because he's plastered in gold leaf and mascara—" yes, yes it is.)

That doesn't necessarily mean he'd be as easy to move as a handful of gold leaf and mascara, though. He can choose to be much more solid than his component parts and he can just decide to be unmovable, weight be damned. He'll just, stick in one spot in space. ... As long as he isn't cut off from most of his power.
