HAVING A KING SIZE BED , SOFA , 2 OTTOMANS AND AND SWIVEL CHAIR MADE THE ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY QUIET. YOUR COULD ALMOST HEAR YOUR HEART BEAT IT WAS SO QUIET.

So very quiet, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. Clean!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The breakfast room was the largest and most comfortable that we had ever been in. We could talk to people, and not feel rushed to get out. We didn’t have eggs, but the french toast strips and bacon were very good. There was a good selection of pastries, too. The coffee was good. We saw several staff members throughout the stay and all were very friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this Hampton Inn again, and may choose to stay at Hampton Inn again because of this stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire hotel seemed new and clean.

Nice pool and good location for easy on and off the thruway

I’ve stayed at a couple of Holiday Inns in Asia -very nice, new, and modern. I think once this place gets a new face lift -it’s in the process of renovating now, it will be up to snuff. The people are really nice here but the food is just horrible.

We were welcomed by very friendly front-desk staff, we stayed in a king room which was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Location is excellent.

Everyone there was so nice and welcoming! This is the best place to stay. We stayed for 7 nights, we were there to take our son to college. Traveled all the way from Oregon! Love Rochester! So pretty! And so much to do and see. We will for sure be back and stay here. Such easy access to everything that we wanted and needed to do and see.

Hotel overall is perfect clean, location, shopping, AirPort shouter, breakfast. I will stay again and recommend it 200%.

Our granddaughter is in the hospital and very sick. My wife and I traveled 22 hours over the weekend to get to the Pittsford area. Brittany who checked us in the hotel provided us outstanding care and support. She voluntarily wrapped several of our gifts for our granddaughters with several layers of paper to surprise them. The entire staff became family and treated us royalty the two nights we stayed there. We will always remember their love, excellent care and friendship. I have traveled internationally for several years and there is no place like this team who treat you as family. Thank you Brittany, Patty, Ryan and the rest of the team who are so special. May God continue to bless each one of you. The indoor swimming area even has palm trees to make you feel like you are in a tropical area while looking out at the snow in January.

Everything! The staff are very knowledgeable, Daisy and Sandy recognize me and my Fiancee immediately and always greet us by name. If ever an issue arise it is corrected immediately and rest assure that they will call your room to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction! Always a great time and money well spent.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast.

Eggs dry and tasteless, pancake was not fully cook, batter still runny. Toast tough to eat, potatoes very, very salty.

I’ll admit I was apprehensive about my first stay at a Super 8. I was pleasantly surprised! For the price it was a good value. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was not dirty. The location was perfect for my purpose.

They changed my accommodations of moving me to a non-smoking room from a smoking room with out any questions. (I did not ask for smoking room which evidently it was a smoking room. Their main concern was my comfort which was nice change.

Front desk staff were very personable, helpful, and knowledable about area. We were in process of moving which is stressful, and we’re pleased with staff. SO NICE TO HAVE BREAKFAST!!
