Studying Classical Civilisations is becoming so desensitised to the naked figures of painted/sculpted Ancient Greek men that you don't even acknowledge/feel uncomfortable about their nakedness anymore (you just ignore it and study the rest of the piece), so you forget about how strange Cercyon and Theseus wrestling on the Theseus Kylix looks to the uneducated eye
