Oi... got that fork twirling spaghetti noodles feeling in neck again.

Should go wind down/sleep soon.

Need to be up at reasonable hour again to get presentable, eat, go to therapy, and meet that case manager.

Anxious about that last part... hoping they will be able to help me with the phone thing.
