I think at this point, I just need to accept that if I accidentally lean into a canon idea that I didn't know/forgot was canon at the time but still found it amusing enough to use in my own work, it's safe to say I'm a good writer who understands this universe and the characters in it

#Hayley Speaks #Anyway my friend was talking about Lost Legends yesterday #And how Pacifica accuses Dipper of wanting to make out with aliens #I was just looking over at my alien kiddo Dev like 'This is why they're best friends'#(Yes I'm sure Pacifica was joking but that's an in-universe line that I just completely forgot about)#(And YET now I can tie it into the stuff I've already come up with!)#This keeps happening to me so I'm starting to think hey! Maybe that means I'm a good writer! :D
