*Looks at yet another work schedule of barely 30 hours (not remotely livable at my payrate)* …Yeaaah, I probably need to concede my current job is full of shit about "Definitely giving you consistent 40 hours & definitely promoting you soon" & start hunting for a new job. Ugh. 🙃

#Wit rambles #I hate job hunting so much aaaaand yet here we are again #I'm mostly pissed because I've been *working* on trying to get skills and portfolio to properly switch into a field I'd actually enjoy #(either editing/copyediting or coding/coding-adjacent producer roles)#but I just need more time and I was reaaally hoping the brief burst of actual-consistent-livable-40-hours was going to continue #at least long enough to finish getting assembling those skills and proofs #but noooope. So back to searching for terrible generic-field entry-level probably-data-entry jobs in the meantime. Oy.#(Unlikely but if anyone happens to have any remote or Seattle-area leads...)
