Which in the end means: please do not ever assume that any of the RPC-specific stuff is canon to any of my muses let alone that any know about them. They won't.

If we're on the topic of heroes and descendants, the brother princes in BW and their connection to Reshiram and Zekrom seems to be one of pure chance. Not saying that Zekrom and Reshiram goes with everyone that they deem as worthy of they are stumbled upon ( if that were the case then Leonora would have probably awakened one of them when she brought it on the museum). But it doesn't follow a set rule of lineage from those two princes long ago. The only one who might even have some sort of history is N. From the theory he's related to AZ, to King Harmonia mentioned in Ruins ( side note: small theory that I had. Ghetsis was never a Harmonia, and just picked it up from the Ruins in pursuit of power/ the two dragons. It actually became convenient when he found the actual Harmonia, N, in the wild. But off course he's not going to tell N that). So, in hindsight, the player is really just some kid that N was perplexed by, which then caused the whole truth vs ideal thing to happen.
Now, I know that in of itself if obvious, given it's been reiterated all over BW. But I just find it an interesting comparison compared to Galar and their wolves. Everyone in Unova( well maybe not everyone, but the way it's treated in BW it's almost as if everyone has the actual basic knowledge of who and what the princes and the dragons are) knows about Zekrom and Reshiram, and the two princes. There is no question about it. More importantly, they have Drayden, a reliable source to this all. As reliable as you can get with the passage of information throughout thousands of years anyway. But still, very reliable. Those that know the story knows that it was always about those that fit the truth and ideal that Zekrom and Reshiram seek ( you don't choose them, they choose you).
Compared to Galar, where there's always something missing. Even by the end of SwSh, were honestly left more questions than answers ( though that's also just bad writing lol). What's really interesting, I think, is that no one knows why the wolves shown themselves to the mc and Hop. It just happened. We don't know if they were " chosen" , and if they were why? Were the mc or Hop descendants of the two heroes of the past? Never said, and honestly I doubt it. Did the know danger was going to happen, saw the kids and went " welp. We don't have time to think about this so your the new heroes now," and then just dip. We're their any requirements to bring worthy of even the wolves showing themselves. Cause it could have been Leon and Sonia! It very well could have been those two, their a reflection of the mc and Hop, after all. So what was it? There's no Truth and Ideal requirements here , it just is.
I understand this could also be due to the not so great writing in SwSh, but like. It's interesting to think about.
I don't remember if there was any explanation yet to the wolves appearing in the manga either. If there is, please let me know!
Anyway that's just my mini comparison. I can't help but wonder if the reason that Galar and Unova have similar stories is because of the whole America vs the British thing in history.

I really liked the Haruka ask, so I want one for my boy. Five HCs for Touya’s worst experiences during his journey through Unova!
Send me “Five of those ______ HC’s” and fill in the blank with a topic, and I’ll give you five headcanons about that topic for my muse!
Top 5 worst Touya experiences, ranked:
Tumblr media
5) The Castelia gym is a combination of factors that are pretty much tailor-made to make Touya uncomfortable. His phobia is bugs is already well-established, so a gym dedicated to some of the largest and most dangerous bugs in the region was already a problem, but for someone that dislikes getting dirty having to slide through walls made of honey was straight-up disgusting.
The incident with Bianca's Munna being stolen happened right before that, too, so he was angry about it and extremely suspicious of Ghetsis. In short, it was a rough time for him.
4) Exploring the Relic Castle with Alder, as it came right after N awakened Reshiram and at that point it became obvious that stopping him wouldn't be as simple as becoming the Unovan champion first. His self-confidence pretty much went down the drain but at that point he was in too deep to just let Alder deal with everything, so he was desperately trying to come up with some kind of backup plan.
Also, learning more about Alder's past from Ghetsis gave him even more doubts. Touya knew that the Plasma sage was just trying to stir up suspicion, but at the same time he had no reason to lie either, which meant that Alder- who was up until that point his most reliable ally- not only caused his partner Pokémon's death, but was also completely unprepared to fight N. In the end he decided to trust Alder and help out anyway.
3) The Ferris Wheel event. Up until that point, he thought N was preachy and annoying, but assumed he was just some normal guy and wanted to be on good terms with him. Learning that he was the real leader of Team Plasma was one thing, as it made them enemies and threw off every theory Touya had about Ghetsis, but learning that while suspended several meters in the air with no way to get help and right after becoming Team Plasma's sworn enemy in Castelia led him to assume that he was going to get killed.
Nothing bad happened. However, Touya hates being helpless, and since he felt like N exploited his goodwill to put him into that situation in the first place, his opinion went from mild dislike to blind rage and stayed that way for most of his journey.
2) The events at the Pokémon League and N's castle. At that moment, Touya was no longer hesitant to fight Team Plasma, but without Zekrom at his side he knew he was at a disadvantage. Seeing that all Elite 4 members were defeated and remembering Ghetsis' words from earlier about Alder's defeat being certain, he knew that there was no way to actually stop N from becoming the next champion. Therefore, his next plan was to hope Reshiram was weakened enough that he could defeat them without help and take the title for himself- a plan that wasn't certain to work and would get him killed if it failed. Worst case scenario, he'd have to hope Cheren would make it in time to help him.
Then all his calculations were thrown off when a castle erupted from under the ground and the idea he had of Team Plasma was turned on its head after he learned that N wasn't a tyrant- instead, he was a victim. Learning about Team Plasma's plans of forcibly releasing every Pokémon stored on PCs felt like a footnote compared to all that, and Ghetsis revealing himself as a traitor was something he saw coming a mile away, but everything else about that event made him walk out of it a completely different person.
But it wasn't the worst.
1) Dragonspiral Tower. After learning about N's connections to Team Plasma, Touya went on a mad dash across the region to collect badges faster than him and make sure he didn't even have a chance to become the champion. By the time he reached Icirrus, he was confident, as there was only one gym left and as far as he knew N had to be lagging behind.
The moment Reshiram was summoned, though, Touya's confidence shattered- that was a Pokémon described in legends, after all, a deity that could burn down the whole region if they wanted. There was no way Touya's ragtag team of Pokémon could stand up to that kind of power, so at that moment he was convinced that he lost and relapsed into his usual defeatism, blaming himself for not being good enough.
Honorable mentions: Mistralton Gym (pretty sure that would give him a concussion), Castelia City (the moment Bianca's Munna was stolen he went murder mode), Chargestone Cave (N casually letting him know he was being stalked)

What’s your opinion on the idea of Paulo being the son of Paul and trip? Like any ideas for it because I like the idea!
Ahahahah this is unexpected but! The idea surely is the one I’d like to explore XD I mean I haven’t thought of Paulo as their son exactly, my first impression was more along of ‘are you long lost cousins or sth??’ :’) But hmm, if he was actually their child….
Idk, I think there are two options? Either he was adopted sometime during Paul & Trip’s journey (honestly this one would make his name a whole less awkward bc you know, they’d probably just roll with it for practical reasons?? Like Paul would have this ‘ugh’ moment but eventually he’d just get used to it?) or by some magic they’d be able to smash their DNAs together and… okay I think I should confess right there that I’m actually a biology nerd and… all *coughs* mpreg scenarios are just not my cup of tea- Anyway, if he’s their biological child then I can only imagine his name starting off as a joke which Trip uses to annoy Paul with, but then one day they realize that he started reacting to it and well, whoops! it was a bit too late to change it…?? :’)
[the paragraph below mostly refers to the situations where Paulo was either adopted as a baby or is their biological child >.>]
Also, Paul and Trip taking care of a baby is just- a hilarious thought because how much do you wanna bet that Trip freaks out every time sth new/weird/not included in his several parenting books happens? XD And I mean freak out like literally going into mild panic mode because he’d be the kind of a parent who’d want to do everything perfectly? Paul on the other hand… He’s probably way better with babies than he’d like to admit? His brother is a pokemon breeder, right, so it’s only natural that he’d pick up some knowledge about taking proper care of the newborn… pokemon… (me @ me: pokemon are not people, you can’t just- me: shhh). Anyway, them being sleep-deprived for months when Paulo cannot sleep peacefully through the night is absolutely sth I’m here for, especially for the little bits like Paul half-asleep walking into the kitchen and pouring orange juice into tea instead of milk or Trip trying to calm Paulo down with some Unovian lullabies but only ending up scaring him because of the lyrics along the lines of ‘Zekrom, awakened, will start a year-long thunderstorm’ ajsdkjfkd. They’d do their best though, so overall I don’t think Paulo’s childhood would be a bad one. In fact, once they get a hang of it, I think Paul and Trip would be pretty amazing parents. (It’s quite easy to imagine how they’d both teach him how to stand up for himself and encourage him to explore his nerdy side hmm… Weekend visits to all kinds of battle arenas would also be a regular thing when he’d be old enough for such long trips).
Fast forward, looking closer at Paulo’s personality I’d say that it was Trip who he used to spend more time with? (or at least more ‘quality’ time… Knowing Paul, he’d prefer to keep his ‘caring’ side more lowkey and only show it when he’s comfortable enough… which is not too often… uh). It’s mostly because of his attitude towards battling and the way he treats his Rockruff? Like, Paul is not that cold towards his pokemon anymore, but I can’t really see him being all encouraging and empathetic when it comes to Paulo’s training? He just doesn’t seem like a type who’d congratulate their child if he knew they could’ve done better >.>’ So, in my opinion, it’d have to be Trip who’d keep an eye on his progress as a battler and stuff. He might be not as experienced as Paul, but certainly he is more suitable for such interactions. Paul might occasionally give some tips/advise and look after Paulo when they are out in the wild searching for new pokemon or sth. >.>
I think under such circumstances, Paulo’s (canon) need to get more powerful and his mild trouble with self-confidence would be understandable? Both Paul and Trip are really ambitious trainers and I can only imagine how having such parents would impact one’s worldviews, feelings, and desires. But given how friendly he is in general and how naturally he can form new friendships rivalries, I’d say that his life was still mostly a positive experience :’)

Ending of The Fall/From Grace
Thought I’d finally throw up my ending character arcs and stuff and do some final housekeeping here like a whole year after the fact lmao
So Leaf... I uhh... Looked at Daenerys and thought, “hey what if I pushed that righteousness the wrong way and made her do something really questionable and pushed her into the realm of villainy and looked to people for reactions!” -- Sees reaction to Game of Thrones s8 Me; Well I just... really dodged a bullet there, didn’t I?
Anyway
Leaf was, in Unova, going to do her thing for a bit, she was going to be dismissed from championship because of it in her absence, having her old friend from Johto take the spot. Kanto and Johto more or less bicker about who gets to be the champion with neither region being pleased to have a “foreign” person on the seat. But before that happens she does see to it that the Sevii islands get their own league instead of being stuck in the Kanto vs Johto battle for Indigo Plateau. She also then takes her release from duty to expose all the criminal and terrible activity in the League- her own actions and those of other people as she no longer has anything to lose (as far as she cares). When En has the Shadow Triad abduct her to the whatever electric cave. She comes in contact with the black stone of ideals and she is actually the one that triggers Zekrom’s release, but it’s slow because by contact with it I mean En held it out to her and asked her to be his queen and she took it from him and threw it in a general direction. She thinks that she could be a hero of the white dragon Reshiram, but John says no, it’s Iris. And he’s right. Iris is the hero they needed and deserved. Those dragons are true to their original people. (i just really feel like the hero should be indigenous) And Charlie’s role in the story was to exist and not become bitter and jaded like Leaf did in spite of it all. And realize that sometimes, it’s not on you to be the hero of the story.
Leaf was then going to contact Giovanni in prison- going rogue and taking only Avalon with her and leaving Arnold (and her past idealism behind her) And to Giovanni ask what purpose he had in Kanto; “You once told me that a child could never understand what you hoped to do. I’m not a child anymore.” And Giovanni sees someone who just needs a push over the edge to share his goal.... and that would have lead to a 3rd nuzlocke back in kanto many years later to visit the idea of Kanto legendaries; one of which a poison type legendary that was the source of the grim dark wasteland vibes.
And John Seymour; He survives the dragon battle- on the field being a physical shield protecting Iris as she commanded the dragon.  Leaf goes missing in action leaving Arnold behind. He doesn’t want to go back to Kanto- he doesn’t like it there. And so he and Danny actually move to Sinnoh and ya boi sort of retires until she comes back (3-5 years later). Sam and Daisy are in charge of the Ranger base in Kanto in his absence and when he returns (him just making sure people are accepting). Leaf comes back, Arnold passes away, they move back to Kanto. Leaf goes back to Indigo Plateau, beats the champion (Noah) and then pulls a Kiyoshi in a sense and uses the pokemon of her team to make a new league and she and the Rangers see to pokemon and people living as equals as much as possible. Still rocky relationship with Leaf in some aspects- she never really forgives him for leaving her to take care of her mother, who also suffered from PTSD symptoms, alone. John still mostly in retirement... And then is called in to protect June, who is established as a source of political discord as other regions are not comfortable with Kanto having this ally of mass destruction (rightfully so) and Mew has always sought to destroy this legendary that was not meant to be.
And that is how he dies- Mew comes for June, he gets in the way to protect her
Which then would have triggered some uhhh fun stuff with Leaf. She goes after Mew. She starts putting the plan of Giovanni’s back into play... Team Red. She’s much subtler about it and far more powerful. And she knows how to work around the Rangers. She successfully captures Mew (something Jon could have done, but never wanted to remove Mew from the natural surroundings as it is a huge risk). She does not go to the legendaries however after meeting her girlfriend-to be wife. Softens back up and just sits on that card she has.
And then yea she awakens the big bad legendary of Kanto that’s basically the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse in one dragon for the sole purpose... of destroying it with Mew, who she then frees. And it was basically going to end with a big author shrug of “she did what she felt she had to, but was it really necessary? or did she do what she wanted to do?”
but that’s it
That was my edgy nuzlocke plot which was hilariously similar and probably would have been as well received as the last season of GoT /dabs

(Ferriswheelshipping) Awakened Emotions Chapter 3
Hey guys, I'm back with a new chapter! Thanks for the reviews so far! White and N will be meeting again soon, so please keep reading! Without further ado, chapter 3!
White awoke the next morning and was again reminded of her strange dream that had disturbed her in the middle of the night. As soon as her eyes were open, she knew what she was going to be doing the whole day.
Looking for N.
She bounds down the stairs, her enthusiasm to find him was renewed.
I used to run into N all the time on my journey… Finding him now shouldn't be too difficult, right?
“Oh, honey, you're wake! Would you like me to make you some breakfast?” White's mother has risen from the couch as soon as she heard her daughter running down the stairs.
White shakes her head determinedly. “No thanks, I'm in a hurry and I've got stuff to do. I'll take a snack in my bag though.” With a little wave, White quickly dashes out the front door, leaving her mother there who was unsure of what to think at White's sudden exit.
White spent most of the day soaring on her Braviary. She wanted to give Zekrom a rest, and Braviary liked to fly around with White. She scanned the surroundings below her, looking for the telltale tea green hair. Hours passed, and there still was not a single sign of him.
Frustrated, she began to call his name occasionally too.
“N! Where are you?”
They soared over another city, and White screamed his name over and over. People in the towns and routes probably thought she was insane, but she didn't care. She would scream all day if she had to, as long as she could find him.
By now her voice was growing hoarse, and she didn't notice till now that the day had already wasted away, fading into sunset.
She had just noticed that Braviary was breathing heavily from all the flying he had done.
I'm so selfish… I lost track of time looking for N and I didn't notice Braviary was tired.
“I'm sorry, Braviary, let's go back to Nuvema town and give you a rest...” White's voice cracks at the end of the sentence, and she realizes she has lost her voice from all the yelling.
Her body was beginning to ache from flying around with her Pokemon the last two days, and she was growing hungry. She ate her snacks out her bag but she still felt physically sick. The blazing sun which had shone down on her most of the day had left her skin sunburned and had made her dizzy. Even though the sun was fading now, she still felt sick.
She sighs, the inward breath tickling her raw throat.
I'm such a fool… I thought I could find him, but Unova is way too big to find just one person. If N  really doesn't want to be found, then I'll never find him. He probably doesn't even want to see me… I'm just tiring out my Pokemon and wasting my time.
Braviary lands at Nuvema town, and both White and her Pokemon were exhausted from searching all day. She pets Braviary and whispers an apology to him before returning him to his Pokeball.
I should tire myself out only, I shouldn't bring my Pokemon into this.
Exhausted, she throws open her front door with a deep and worn out sigh. “I'm home...” White says in a zombie like tone.
“Oh, White, what happened to you! You should have taken sunblock! You look sick, did you make sure to eat?”
She sets her cap on the table, stretching and wincing as her very sore muscles pulled. “I'm fine, just feeling a bit sick.”
Her mother shakes her head back and forth. “What are you even doing out there all day? You should take a vacation and give your mind and body a break.”
White shakes her head.  Although she thought a vacation sounded very nice, what she truly wanted was to find N, no matter how tired she was. She didn't want to explain the whole Team Plasma situation to her mother, so she settled with a simple explanation. “I was flying around with Braviary...”
“Just think about a vacation for yourself, White. It makes me sad to see you so beaten up every day. Just take a week or two to yourself and maybe travel a pretty region like Sinnoh instead of flying around all day? I'm sure a little relaxing sightseeing vacation will give you some time to heal and then you can get back to all the other stuff that's stressing you out.”
She actually considered this. She needed a break, she truly did. Ever since N told her of his plans at Nimbasa city, every day had been her rushing around and taking things not at her own pace. The last few days had been especially tiring, since she hardly ever flew on her Pokemon for long periods of time. What she really felt like right now was collapsing on her bed and sleeping for days on end.
White's mother could see her daughter was considering the vacation. “If you go to Sinnoh, you should start at Sandgem town! It has a nice little beach there! I vacationed there a long time ago. Sandgem town is also right next to Jubilife city, the biggest city in Sinnoh! They have lots of stores there for you to go shopping!”
“I'll think about it, Mom. For now I'm just gonna go to sleep, I'm really tired.” With a weak smile to her concerned mother, she headed upstairs to her bedroom and collapsed on the bed. Within a few minutes, she was out cold.
That night, it was a completely dreamless sleep. She didn't dream of N or N's castle, she instead awoke what seemed like only moments after she had gone to sleep, but it was daytime.
Is it really already morning? I feel like I just went to sleep… Man, I really do need a vacation.
In that instance, White made up her mind. She was going to take a vacation.
I'm exhausted, and I need a break. Too much has been going on, and both me and my Pokemon need this vacation. I'm just going to go sightseeing in Sinnoh for a week like my Mom said, and then I'll come back and get back to work.
Her mind strayed to N. She really did want to find him, but at this point she thought it was impossible. Even if she did find him, she doubted he even wanted to see her. Her last memories of him were when he had quickly evacuated the castle. She blushes a little, thinking back to the embrace they had shared at the castle before he left.
I bet N needs some time to think after all this anyways. I'll look for him once I come back. If I do find him after my vacation, I hope he's sorted out some of his problems and that he'll decide for himself about whether he truly thinks Pokemon liberation is the right choice or not.
With that, White heads downstairs, her plan now starting to formulate in her head.
Maybe when I come back from my vacation, he might even try to find me! I doubt it, though…
White's mother was currently making pancakes, and had heard her daughter's arrival. “Good morning, White. Do you want some pancakes? Did you decide about-”
She was broken off mid sentence by White's sudden declaration. “I'm going to vacation in Sinnoh for a while.”
A big smile grows upon her mother's face as she hears this. “Good, I'm glad you are! You really do need a vacation. Have fun, and make sure you call me sometimes! When are you planning to leave?”
White tilts her head to the side, thinking. She hadn't really thought of when she wanted to leave. “I suppose I'll leave now…  I'll see you later, Mom!”
She was about to dash out of the door when her mother has rushed over and grabbed her arm. “Wait, White, eat some breakfast first! And take this Sinnoh map too!” Her mother was now furiously digging through her piles of magazines in the cabinet to find the Sinnoh map from her previous vacation.
“It's fine, Mom.” She rolls her eyes, but the smell of pancakes really was tempting. A region map would definitely help, too. She runs to the counter where her mother had made a stack of pancakes. She grabs a few off the pile and stuff them into her mouth. White's mother finds the map and hands it to her daughter. White stuffs the region map into her bag and mumbles what could be considered a goodbye with a mouthful of pancakes. She waves to her mother before running outside and throwing out her Zekrom.
She had a vague idea of where Sinnoh was, it was the region directly below Nuvema. “Alright, Zekrom, we're going someplace new, so don't freak out on me!”
Zekrom grumbles a little as White climbs on his back. They take flight and glide towards the Sinnoh region.
I should probably tell Bianca and Cheren I'm going. I'll call Bianca and have her to relay it to him.
White pulls out her Xtransceiver with one hand while the other is still holding onto Zekrom. She dials Bianca's number. Bianca answers right away. Her face appears on the screen, and so does White's.
“White! Are you okay? You disappeared after the battle at the castle!” Bianca's eyes were wide and her eyebrows furrowed. She definitely wasn't happy about not getting a call earlier.
“Sorry, I'm fine. I was really tired so I forgot to call. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know I'm heading to Sandgem town in the Sinnoh region for a little while for a vacation, so I'm not dead or anything, so calm down, okay?” White laughs, happy she had such great friends. “Tell Cheren I'm leaving too, I know he tends to be a worrywart.”
Bianca nods. “Good for you, though! A vacation? You definitely need one. But yea, I'll tell Cheren. He's been itching to battle you again, he'll be disappointed.” She giggles.
White smiles, remembering how Cheren wanted to battle after every gym badge she'd earned. “Well, Cheren will have to wait. Anyways, I'll see you later! Bye!”
“Bye!” Bianca says, and White hangs up, stuffing her Xtransceiver back into her bag.
“Now I can finally truly be on vacation...” White sighs in content, finally letting her thoughts relax for the first time in a while.
Meanwhile…
N was currently awkwardly riding on his Archeops while trying not to fall off. The Pokemon was a bit small to be riding on while flying, but he wanted to give his Reshiram a rest from flying him around so much so he'd asked Archeops instead.
He wanted to head to the shopping mall next to Opelucid to buy some supplies for traveling and camping, but something in the scenery caught his eye as they soared through the skies. Down below, in a thick forest, he noticed a small grouping of Team Plasma grunts. Normally he wouldn't have noticed such a small group of people, but their familiar medieval style uniforms had caught his eye. There were only 5 of them huddled in a little circle.
I thought Team Plasma would have disbanded after what happened at the castle… Or at least, I figure they would have been caught… I guess a few escaped. What if they're planning something bad? I don't want them to steal trainer's Pokemon, since I've learned many Pokemon actually enjoy being with their trainer. But what if they want to hurt White? I know Father always holds grudges…
“Archeops, land quietly over here. We need to sneak up on them so we can listen...” N whispers to Archeops, ruffling his feathers.
Ok, Master.
Archeops obediently and inconspicuously lands as quiet as possible near the Team Plasma group, but far enough to that they wouldn't hear the landing and they wouldn't be able to see them through the dense woods.
“Thank you, Archeops.” N returns him to his Pokeball and gets on all fours so he can crawl. He didn't want to be seen, so crawling like this would assure that the bushes would hide him from sight. N grinned a bit to himself, he felt like a Purrloin when he was sneaking around like this on all fours.  He crawls closer and closer to the direction he remembered the grunts being in, and he begins to hear their voices. As he crawled more, he could now understand what they were saying.
“For the new headquarters, do you think building it here would be a good idea?” A female grunt asks.
N's eyes widen. They're already planning on rebuilding? I thought me leaving the organization would cause them to run into some problems… I guess I really was a pawn to Team Plasma after all...
“Honestly...” A male grunt says in an annoyed tone. “I think our current headquarters are fine for now. The building is small, but most of the other grunts left or got themselves captured like idiots. We should worrying about other shit rather than building fancy headquarters we don't need yet.”
N hears someone else sigh in exasperation. “Oh, you two shut the hell up. Ghetsis said to focus on recruiting new members for now, he said the rebuilding comes later.”
A different voice speaks up. “I bet if we capture that little girl who beat Ghetsis, he would definitely promote us! He said he eventually wanted to personally torture her for ruining Team Plasma. But, he said worry about her later and recruit more Plasma members first. But, just imagine! If we captured her, we could even be promoted to sages! I wouldn't mind giving her a kicking, either. She was always so smug when she beat us...”
N can't hold in his gasp. He should have known that revenge was what Ghetsis wanted, he was a twisted man. But hearing these grunts speaking of harming and capturing White made him growl under his breath, his fists clenching involuntarily.
There's no way I will let White be harmed!
“Yes, I definitely would like some revenge on her too, Ghetsis cut my pay just because she beat me that one time! Stealing her Pokemon and throwing her in a cell would definitely be satisfying… But who knows where the hell that bitch is anyways? We're better off searching for more recruits like he told us to.”
N clenches his fists tighter, his nails digging into his hand. He couldn't believe that Team Plasma was truly like this. It was revolting.
A different grunt speaks up.“Do you think we should find our lord N… I mean N?”
“No, Ghetsis said he was last on our list, let's not worry about him for now.”
It was silent for a few moments, but his eyes widen as he hears sudden footsteps. The grunts were moving, and it sounded like they were coming towards him!
N crawls farther in the bush, attempting to conceal himself more as various twigs scratch at his hands and face.
I can't let them find me… Who knows what they'll do? They will for sure try to steal my friends from me… They might try to use Reshiram for their plans, too!
More twigs slice at his skin as he inches as far as possible into the bush. He hopes that if his hair is peeking through the bush, that it will at least blend in since it is green and prayed the grunts wouldn't notice.
The footsteps grow closer, until he swears that the grunts are right next to the bush he is hiding in.  His heart beats fast and his hands shake as he hopes they don't notice him. He had a hard time keeping his breathing controlled. Luckily, the sound of the footsteps steadily grew farther away, and N waited a minutes after he couldn't hear them anymore to come out.
When he crawls out and stands up, he is covered in grass and leaves. He furiously wipes himself off before calling out his Archeops. The Pokemon caws and nuzzles his head onto his trainer, happy to see N was okay. N smiles down at his bird Pokemon and begins to think deeply to himself.
So Team Plasma are rebuilding… They still seem small and outnumbered, but they said they want to go for White… I need to find her and protect her! Who knows who they could have searching for her right now! I remember White's Pokemon telling me she lives in Nuvema town… I should search for her there. She might have gone home after leaving the castle… I hope she did. What if I can't find her? N begins to panic. What if I can't find her? What if Team Plasma finds her first? What if they kidnap her? His breathing speeds up as he imagines the horrible possibilities, and Archeops nuzzles his hand again.
What has you troubled, master?
N shakes his head to himself, trying to calm down. I need to keep a clear head and go find White! I can't let myself be distracted. This is her safety on the line. I need to get to Nuvema town as fast as possible.
“Don't worry about me, Archeops. Someone important to me is in trouble. We need to go to Nuvema town!
Archeops caws in response and opens its wings so N can climb on.
Later…
Archeops lands in the center of Nuvema town and N gets down off of him, landing in the soft grass.
Where do I even start? I don't know where she lives… But this town is small, so I should ask around. But I need to hurry! Who knows what Team Plasma could be doing right now!
He runs around town, trying to find someone he could ask. The town was surprisingly barren, probably because it was a bit past sundown and people were most likely eating dinner in their homes or at least going inside for the night. N feels overwhelmed, he is not sure to ask for White's house.
Just then, he notices that someone was entering the town from Route 1.  She had short blonde hair with a big green hat, along with a long white pencil skirt and orange vest. N recognized her to be one of White's friends, Bianca.
N rushes over to her, and Bianca gasps at how fast he was running.
“N? Why are-”
“Have you seen White? Do you know where she is?” N demands.
Bianca adjusts her glasses, confused and a bit weirded out by how crazily he was acting. “I haven't seen her, but she called me about an hour ago saying she was going on vacation to the Sinnoh region in Sandgem town.”
N breathes a sigh of relief. She will be much safer in the Sinnoh region, since it would be hard for the Team Plasma grunts to follow her there. But still… They could possibly already have people following her, or they might have people stationed in Sinnoh! I don't know enough to take chances… I need to go after her and make sure she's okay!
Bianca is about to question N why he was asking about White but he has already called out his Reshiram, which leaves Bianca breathless.
“Sorry friend, but I need you to take me somewhere far away. I know you are tired, but it is urgent...”
Reshiram bows its head. I am quite fine, master. I will take you anywhere you need.
N clambers onto Reshiram, and they take flight, leaving Bianca in awe with her jaw wide open.
Well, White… Bianca thinks. You've definitely got something coming your way…
Thanks for reading, guys! Please review, it means a lot and motivates me to write more! I love to hear feedback. If you follow/favorite stuff it means a lot too. Anyways stay tuned for the next chapter! Hope you enjoyed this one.

What Could/Would Have Been
So like I said, I’ve been looking over my Duality stuff a lot lately and it’s amazing what a couple of years of perspective can give you.  While I still feel my story was really strong, good lord did I cringe several times at my panels.  If I had no time limit and I could feasibly turn out 70 pages per chapter, maybe they wouldn’t have been so bad, but oh well.
I’m going to write under the cut some things I would have changed and where I had planned to take Sean’s story.  Long post to follow.
So. Woo. Round 5.  What a mess that was.  If I could change things, thing first thing I would have done would have been to completely redone Round 5.  I still wanted to bring the other Nords in but I rushed it too much (because I had no idea how many rounds we were going to have in total) and it made no sense for the timing.  Sean should never have broken out of jail and that’s one of the hahaa cringe things I see looking back.
I should have taken the time in the round to explore Sean’s insecurities that were brought up in earlier rounds.  One of which I mentioned a couple of times but never in plain writing was that Sean was afraid he was becoming less and less of a Nord the longer he stayed in Unova.  In drabble writing, Sean would always mention how “Nords never got cold,” but the truth was that Sean would get cold. And that scared him. A lot.
He also made a good number of friends with the Warrior Bros (Eric, Gaen, and Feliks) so he felt very conflicted after Round 4/start of Round 5 when his same friends seemed to have betrayed him and locked him up under Einarr’s order.  Granted, Sean was not in a good place after the death of Claymore.  It would have been better if Sean had limited contact with the other Warrior Bros while he was locked up to try and figure out where he stood with them.  Originally I wanted Sean to believe that the world was against him at this point, and that he had nothing left but the North, which is why he was so ecstatic to meet the other Nords.
Flea also would have been captured during the aftermath of Round 4 and would have tried to get Sean to talk about why he was there, etc. More forcing Sean to try and figure out or at least bring to light some of the many insecurities he had.  Eventually, the time would come where both he and Flea would have to be dealt with, but the thieves guild would already be ready to help Flea escape.  In the chaos that takes place, Sean would have had to decide between keeping Flea from escaping too, thus handicapping Reinhardt still (who was the big threat still in his eyes) or escaping himself.  Eventually Sean would have managed to get away, perhaps with some help from his friends, which only raised more confused feelings with him.  I feel like that would have been a better way to get Sean away from Castelia and out on his own than what I did.
So after that, what do we have? I can’t remember the theme for Round 6, but Sean meeting the Nords would have went about the same as I posted; with Sean also befriending Saber the Absol on the way.  Sean would warn them about Reinhardt wanting to summon one of the dragons and that would bring their travels West to where Team Black was hanging out.  Saber, however, wasn’t interested in any of this at all.  She was aware that Something Bad was coming up and Sean was the only one who was remotely listening to her.  In escaping the Black forces, Saber leads Sean away to where she was trying to bring him this whole time: to where Kyurem was starting to awaken.
Meanwhile, the brothers would have continued on their course to awaken their respective dragons and the two forces would clash; but still with equal power to each other.  Their fight could have been seen all over Unova and there was no ignoring it.  While the two dragons struggled against one another, the Princes’ forces would be rallying for one final attack against the other; however with the White forest haven been burned, and the Mage’s scattered after the Driftveil bridge incident, both sides were considerably weakened.
During what was to be the final fight, Sean would return, and he wouldn’t be alone.  This time, he brought Kyurem.  Upon meeting Kyurem (who was awake enough to speak at this point) he offered the dragon a deal: help him stop this conflict and it could take his soul and the soul of one of the princes (as was required for the dragon’s help; according to my lore, an ancient king of Unova have his soul to Kyurem to freeze Nordbor and put an end to their war; The king took up the dragon as his banner but if he wanted its help again, its price would double.) Kyurem agreed, as both Reshiram and Zekrom being awake had awoken it anyways, and the husk of a dragon entered the battlefield.
Kyurem would then attack Reshiram and absorb it, forming White Kyurem, and with its powers, release the eternal winter on the North.  Zekrom tries, and fails, to stop Kyurem and in the end either flees or is beaten so badly it is returned back to stone.  Kyurem then comes to collect the second soul he is promised and it’s not leaving until it gets what it wants. Everyone is pretty mortified by Sean’s actions but he says this is the only way he could see the war ending for good.  With Nordbor no longer struggling in the winter, they could become a more stable country and reunite together without having to invade Unova.  Faced a dragon of increasingly loss of patience, the brothers are forced to decide who is to be sacrificed, which, in turns, makes them realize that they really don’t want to lose the other - despite all the fighting the two have undergone.
Einarr eventually takes the bargain, stating that he would use his time to try and fix what was broken with the war, and Reinhardt will take his place when the time comes, with William keeping a very close (advisory) eye on him after that. Satisfied, Kyurem takes what was owed and leaves to places unknown.  I never really decided the effects of soul loss, but I figured it would be a gradual (but somewhat fast; a few years) decrease in life.
After settling up some stuff in Unova, Sean would head back to the north with Micha and other fellow Northerns.  At last, Sean has to decide where he should belong for what life he has left.  He feels he has to return to Nordbor to help reclaim and rebuild what was lost... but he wouldn’t stray too far from the border, so that he could visit someone important to him (cough Micha cough) when he can. If Sarine allowed it.
SO THAT’S ABOUT IT.
