silly idea time

idk how this idea even started but the outfit i had in mind was way back from a doodle in 2021 or 2022, basically my 'what if' for temperance ending only instead of being wildly ooc and wearing a collared button up johnny becomes a cowboy. and because i was listening to vagrant song from wtwtlw (that whole ost really, and hardspace shipbreaker) i had the bright idea that johnny would finally become what his class in the ttrpg was an homage to and wander around collecting stories n telling them n kind of being a dead man walking/ghost story/witness/helper-bard r smthn but having been extremely tempered by the experience of v choosing to die for him, being shocked enough into actually thinking about his beleifs n what have you, humbled enough now to want to listen to others hed choose this path of wandering the continent of na, maybe for the first time in a long time actually taking in life around him yadda yadda. in my little scenario i also had it that even if/when the next corpo war broke out or the nusa annexed more free states, he wouldnt get involved like he used to, cause i think its interesting to muse on how a profound experience would greatly change someone so stuck in their ways like johnny. i think hed still be motivated by guilt and avoidance at first, but it would evolve into something more like a calling/altruism as he takes more seriously and uses more intentionally the time he was given as a dead man walking

also i realize how much of this 'outfit' is just putting v in a hat and calling them johnny like its some perry the platypus thing (also idk how to draw hats)

the safe haven graced you all with regular food, a serious amount of rest compared to the mazes and in the scorch, and stability especially

minho wasn't used to that, nor was he used to the effects

he was practically jacked for a teen his age in the maze, having unreal expectations forced upon him

at 6am he woke up to run through the maze all day until dinner, around 6pm

12 hours of practically nonstop running created a slight eating disorder

he had to keep himself slim and thin, but also muscular and strong for all the possible reasonings he could think of

and he felt he had to keep it that way in the safe haven as well, for you, like he had some image to uphold for you

it was like you'd fall out of love if he gained a few pounds and lost a bit of muscle, which would've been healthier for him

he'd gained a few pounds, and took some weight, literally, off his shoulders with the sleeping in and regular, healthy, full meals

you'd told him before, if eating three meals instantly gains you multiple pounds, you needed it

but he smiled and nodded, not accepting your words deep down

he noticed day by day as his pants felt a little tighter around his waist and stomach, his shirts feeling a little tighter and looser in some spots

it got so bad that he was developing actual body dysmorphia

he felt "fat", like it was some dirty word, in all his clothes, he wouldn't change around you even if it was casual, you'd have to literally leave the room for him, he wouldn't take his shirt off in the water, he'd completely blow your meals and snacks off and lie that he wasn't hungry

but you got on his ass about it, quick

As an immigrant child, your new fic had resonated with me. It made me tear up eating dinner with my family.

When Saffron said, “This selfish desperation to know that I haven’t lost my connection to my home." It instantly took me back to being constantly teased by my friends for not being 'in tuned' with my culture like how they were, or how I desperately tried speaking in my native tongue with my parents, despite having a very clear american accent and them constantly assuring me that speaking in english is fine. My grandmother had passed earlier this year, she was the grandparent that I knew the least. I started asking about her from her sisters as my mother isn't in the state to answer anything, I've tried so hard to pick up the pieces of what her sisters have told me to construct an image of her personality. She used to constantly ask me to call her so when I read about Saffron talking about how video calls have were never the same and never enough, it hit me like a load of bricks.

Your fanfiction is so tremendously beautiful in describing the feelings I have felt all my life. How I know that where I am right now isnt home, but my actual home has been so unfamiliar after my grandmothers passing. I have constantly felt like I have disappointed her, so when Sunset confessed to the same thing, I couldn't hold my emotions in anymore. The ending with Saffron talking about how she would be waiting for Sunset to come home if she was her mother made hope that was true with me and my grandmother, if I were to ever reunite with her again when I pass away myself.

second, i want to express my empathy for you and your situation with your grandmother. my grandad passed away before i could graduate, and it was during the height of lockdowns, so i hadnt seen him in a while. i didnt go to visit him in the hospital, so theres always this feeling of "what if i had called more? what if i had tried harder to visit? what if i spent more time with him?" that doesnt really go away. and, as a kid of 2 immigrant families, i can also really empathize with feeling a disconnect from your culture--when ur not surrounded by ur parents culture but u also visibly dont look like ur "from" the one u were raised in, it can feel really alienating, even though you havent done anything except just. exist in this sort of inbetween?

WAIT I WAS SPAMMING MARIUS TO INTERACT WITH HIM IN VISIT FOR FUN AND HE SAID “my brother used to buy me clothes. he had a better sense of fashion than me” (or something v similar to this, I got the intimacy level up screen half way through) and I’m like AGH the angst, he even took marius on shopping trips 😭 😭 😭 maybe marius buys clothes based on what giann would pick 😭

WAHHHH yes thats one of my favorite lines from his regular interactions!!! i love how it gives a glimpse of marius and giann's relationship, even if it's a very mundane detail. theres two things i wanna say about this though

1 ) while the line seems to be nostalgic in a way, i also like the implication/thematic tie in that marius growing out of his brother's shadow (even if the circumstances that Led to this happening are less than ideal)

like, theres several stories that show that other people saw marius as lesser or as somebody simply in his brother's shadow and not a person himself. but among marius' key story themes methinks is individuality and carving out his own identity for himself and expressing that identity while bound to a world that is so strict about how he "must" present himself

(sidenote: this is an incredibly queercoded theme to me and i mean that genuinely! the radical decision to be himself against all the "norms" of what the society surrounding him wants him to be!)

(sidenote 2: marius actually shares this theme with vyn a LOT. royal expectations and high class expectations. except that vyn made the radical decision to leave, which is in itself still a valid and worthwhile expression of his individuality. also vyn chose a new name for himself that is so lgbt of him)

so yeah, while giann was the one taking care of marius' clothes (and thus, in a way, marius' image) (though this doesnt strike me as a bad thing, more just in an overbearing protective caring older brother sense) (i hc giann has a lot of guilt in failing marius during their childhoods so he overcompensated in a lot of ways and maybe one of the ways was HEY MARIUS LET'S GO SHOPPING)—SORRY IM GETTING OFF TOPIC. anyway while giann was the one buying clothes in the beginning, that obviously is no longer the case now. so much like the other spheres of marius' life, he needs to employ his individuality in this smaller mundane way as well.

so while i think marius does, every once in a while, buy some clothes because it was what giann would pick, i think he does this out of nostalgia and out of how much he misses giann. not because the image giann had helped him make is one he necessarily fully and only ascribes to. i think marius by and large chooses his own clothes based on his own tastes and identity that he has now made for himself

and i think hes done a pretty good job! marius' outfits are AWESOME. quick shoutouts to my favorite outfits of his:

i know many many of us have seen giann's sprite already from the cn server bday 3 card of marius, but that sprite showed him in a very formal outfit. i wanna know what his casual day to day fashion sense is like. is it soft cardigans core? something more streetwear? dark academia? JVSKFJHDVFS

i personally think his fashion sense would be in a perpetual state of smart casual. i have no basis for this, this is just me going off of vibes.

he's from around where the deepsea metro is/was. had to leave because of unstable surroundings from an unknown to him cause. he's best friends with Rust and her kids, im gonna be honest i haven't actually thought through how they met and ive just realized this oops. since he spent most of his life underground and now lives in the splatlands he gets sunburnt way too frequently to not be covered up constantly, though he wears thing like tank tops and shorts during splatfest since those mostly occur during the night.

He met wisteria and ember first and then 72. they didnt apoint him as leader nor do they really care to have one but he's the tallest so everyone assumes its him. he's the most softspoken out of the 4 of them but thats a really low bar, he has a hard time making decisions but once he does he will die on that hill

(since its not on his ref like the other three)

72 escaped the metro before agent 8 went through it, he had found a memcake that was dropped after a test giving him just a clear enough mind to think for himself some. he ended up finding his way out after a while of accumulating a couple more memcakes, barely any where his though so hes walking around with memories that aren't his. It also took him a while to get used to the fact he isnt a soldier nor a test subject anymore. If he saw another sanitized mollusk he'd probably hide or run away </3.

72 met Ghost while after wandering around the area for a while, and ended up crashing in his car the whole time on ghosts way back to the splatlands (he thought 72 was like, drunk or something since he was tumbling around and seemed to be not the most coherent). he doesnt blink or breath unless hes actively thinking about it :[.

he had a hard time discerning things for a while but hes gotten better, at first he thought ember was just a weird octoling because she wears the old octoling goggles. we beat the evil soap with friendship in this house!!!

personality wise hes pretty hyper and cheerful which isnt usually your first thought upon seeing a zombie, forgot his age but hes an adult, he was encouraged to pick his own birthday :]

She's a callie superfan with a vulgar sense of humor, usually the one who purposefully makes other players angry. born and raised in the splatlands she knows all the places to hide and get you lost in.

he's been friends with ember the longest, they where online friends until ember moved to splatsville. was introduced to ghost and 72 later by ember, he likes to antagonize 72 (think sibling antagonizing, theyre both in on it). down to fist fight you in the back of a waffle house

Ember's both a video game and turf/anarchy streamer, she has camera in their goggles for the latter. bad habit of talking in twitch/internet lingo outside of streaming. Once she has eyes on something its nearly impossible to get her to do something else. Very friendly outside fighting, will give you nice words and a pat on the back after a game whether they won or not.

met ghost while playing turf war in a random que, he was, in her words, "a bit to intense to be playing in turf" and told him after the game that he should try out anarchy, he was scared of it since he was new to the area. they ended up teaming up and playing a couple games together, later inviting wisteria and eventually 72.

theres def more to these guys but it will take me a long time to get the words in my head to cooperate 🙏im better at answering specific questions about things then coming up with what to write myself

crashing into your inbox late for the director's cut meme. okay so from burn away the goodness (which i'm so, SO obsessed with). it might be over 500 words.... but do you have thoughts you'd like to share on section V (you don't have to do the whole thing if you don't wanna). but. it sucker punched me SO BAD.

HIIII yes omg SO i think something i want to highlight here is the contrast between when jace initiates sex in section iv and when porter initiates sex in section v.

a BIG thing for jace in love's never meant much to me/burn away the goodness/the WIP in my docs thats just called "jace your sexuality and body politics are insane please fix them (working title)" is a loss of control. his magic comes from having control over himself and being able to project his will into the world, he used sex as a bargaining tool to keep a hold on most of the members of his old adventuring party, he hates being perceived as weak or able to be bossed around, he tries to keep a handle on his casual situationship with porter by implementing rules for himself, etc.

regarding scene iv and scene v: i wanted to do smth to highlight the contrast in how he reacts to being the one in charge vs. taking on a more passive role. after having his autonomy and control completely taken away from him via murder and getting brought back wrong, he starts out scene iv by not wanting to stay home and recover. and he's willing to resort to both violence and sex as persuasion techniques, since theyre both languages that porter speaks fluently. when he thinks he's the one running things (he definitely doesnt clock porter actively choosing to not take a swing at him), he's confident and full of desire.

contrast that with scene v, when porter tries to take him up to the bedroom, he's on the defensive. he doesn't know the exact extent to which porter has control over him, and that makes him nervous. porter's so focused on jace not being angry with him anymore, jace forgiving him, that he doesn't see how wired he is, primed for a surge (s/o to the unsleeping city and specifically pete the plug for my interest in wild magic sorcery as a concept), until he's literally getting flung against the ceiling.

what really sets jace off is porter pinning his wrists to the bed, effectively taking away his ability to use somatic components (again, loss of control - his magic is the only thing thats keeping their power dynamic even SLIGHTLY balanced and he's well aware of it). the whole thing reminds jace of porter strangling him to death, and that's what causes him to lash out. on top of that, realizing that he, a fully-fledged sorcerer, couldn't stop his own wild magic surge, is a HUGE blow to him. he's always prided himself on looking effortlessly put together and this has completely ruined that illusion, which pisses him off so much.

porter honestly has very little sense of just how angry, bitter, and lost jace is feeling in this. he wants things to go back to As They Were, just with jace being more obedient and acquiescing/willing to manipulate and kill a bunch of children for him, but that's not possible. on some level porter knows that he's fucked up badly and irrevocably, but he can't do anything to fix it, wouldn't even know where to start, so all he has is "sorry" and his attempts to make jace comfortable.

also sidenote i did fully intend for clonefucking to go in here but then i wrote a whole separate clonefucking fic. so instead there's jace trying to figure out the spell featured in one above and one below.

aaand heres a breakdown of the layers (called tracks in sony vegas but im just gonna keep calling them layers) from top to bottom

heres the foreground! where i wanna place shit that goes in front of the characters and background

heres where the characters will be placed! sandwiched between the foreground and background, they get more frames (as shown by the smaller segmented images on the timeline) opposed to set pieces which is usually just 1 image, which means we gotta approach tweening w the characters differently since there are a lot more images! ill explain that after this initial breakdown

RIGHT now to the tweening. when tweening 1 image/frame whateva you're gonna wanna use pan/crop (located on the image, that lil box with a crop around it icon), use this for stuff that only really needs 1 image, like a background. because its easier. like you could use track motion for everything i guess but pan/crops nice and easy and doesnt give me a headache she treats me nice and good

but uh yea so youll start with a little keyframe at the beginning, drag the pan/crop timeline to the end and click the little + sign to create a keyframe! then from there move the pan/crop box (the one with an F on it lmao) around and kablammo. Movement. usually with backgrounds its just a simple panning to the left or right, like how i did it for this shot! but you can do lots more like zoom and angle it etc

aand when you wanna tween across multiple images in a layer/track you're gonna head on over to your layer/track and hit that funny little track motion button aand youll be greeted with a pan/crop lookin thing except its like. for the whole layer/track instead. so the timeline is waaay bigger since it covers the whole thing. but umm yes same principle as pan/crop basically, except youll now need to insert "hold" keyframes right after your final keyframe, copy and paste a keyframe with all the positions defaulted (im gonna assume youre using 1920 x 1080 since its the standard)

like so and then right click a grey keyframe and choose "hold". this stops everything from fucking up and flying between each keyframe basically LMAOO the Hold is it waiting for your next keyframe that is Not a hold. if that makes sense. anyways yea only worry about that for track motion JUST because it works with the entire track/layer, with pan/crop you can ignore this

ive heard of people realising theyre dreaming by noticing things that are out of order but combining that with how much taylors fighting style of switching out her knife and baton leads her to instinctually search for her backup tool (even without her explicit weapons she has a lot of preprepared tools to work with in a pinch, like how she selectively readies her insect loadout or the utilities of tissues and coins) really elevates the moment for me

reality shifting

to my understanding

is like...kinda a combination of fiction/fanfic and dreaming.

and it stems from the idea of the multiverse?

and the idea. that you can exchange your consciousness with someones from another timeline/parallel universe

and usually this happens when youre dreaming or begins when you sleep

now onto question stuff

i think its pretty important, that like. a lot of the stuff ive seen around shifting and like, response to any criticism is basically like 'youre the only person holding yourself back" like, anyone can shift, so if you cant its your fault

and on one hand i guess this could be motivational? like as long as you try hard enough its possible?

basically i want to make sure it isnt hurting peoples self esteem or mental health

but also. i. had a similar experience with lucid dreaming when i was a kid. my mom had a phase about lucid dreaming and was telling me all about it and was like 'you should try it' so i did. i tried. over and over. to somehow just 'realize' i was dreaming and take control. it never worked for me. and my mom was like 'well i guess youre just not trying hard enough'

and it was really disheartening bc ive always had trouble with sleep (might have like. insomnia or something. ive never been able to sleep well through a full night even before my life was consumed by screens.) and ive always had extremely strange dreams. and in my waking mind of course i know that if my teacher turned into an octopus with an apple for a head (yes this did happen in a dream) i would definitely notice and be like 'hey, thats not right' but it doesnt work like that in dreams. in my dreams it kinda feels like my impulses control me and i dont have any sense of self or logic.

and it felt awful to be told that it was my fault that i couldnt do it.

i also know that lucid dreaming somewhat ties into shifting so thats one of my other concerns, bc ive never been able to lucid dream and i dont know if i ever will

also idk where to put this but like. safety is important to me. i have friends who shift and i want to make sure they arent like, actually at risk of dying? and even seperate from that im wondering if people use this as a form of escapism too often that it becomes unhealthy and like negatively affects other aspects of their life

next question: is there proof

of course theres going to be anecdotal evidence from individuals in the community, and thats super alright. but sometimes people make things up. and sometimes people tell made up things to young, impressionable children who carry those falsehoods into life. and im worried about that

ok so ive read like 1 artice about this all. but immediately it brought up a major red flag for me. it gave an example of a study on shifting. but. it didnt cite its sources

and if anyones wondering that is a huge no-no. anyone can make up conclusions from made up studies. the point of studies is to show that people who are properly educated and know what theyre doing support these claims.

now im not saying shifting is made up in any way. it just seems sketchy to me that seemingly widespread sources talk about studies but theres no links or anything. theyre basically saying 'i saw a thing about it. just trust me.'

also uhh...idk much about the multiverse. but from what i understand. it comes from the idea of free will. and that every time anyone makes a descision, a parallel universe is created where they made a different descision. so i get that that could change a lot of things about the world like the rate of inventions and industrialization and wars and stuff. but really the shifting that ive seen most is into more fantasy leaning worlds. and im kinda wondering how thats possible in the multiverse? like sure theres infinite timelines...but most of those timelines will just be like. the same as this one but samantha chose to put on her right sock first instead of her left sock or something. and physics still applies, right? so how does hogwarts exist? does hogwarts exist? if magic is real in a parallel universe, is it real here?

so basically to sum it up my main questions are:

how do we know shifting is possible for everyone?

is it safe? (mentally, physically etc)

is lucid dreaming necessary?

is there any proof or credible source that i can look to for more info?

and how does this tie into the multiverse theory

also if anyone has any information about scripting and like evrything about reality shifting that would be great

i wanna learn more but im afraid of finding misinformation

additional / alternate idea.... he gets caught during fnaf 2 shit. not a manager at that point (some other pg is). catches william using the suit & gets Done For. previous pg gets scrapped after all that shit goes down & steve comes to look over fnaf 1. it like. goes ok for a while & then the location goes into decline but doesnt technically close so he is just Standing There. <3 . he takes over night shift bc he just fucken lives there basically. has some line about how he's less likely to get his head bit in now that it's plastic so this is the best option for everyone.

im so indecisive about how & when he should die pre-phone. idk man idk. i think this is one of those things i need to develop better in threads / might be flexible & set at diff points thread to thread

partially to differentiate from animatronic verses & partially to bring in his fnaf 1 characterization i think he's pretty chill as far as pgs go. like he'll ask you to stop screwing stuff up but he'll also just shrug and leave if you tell him to shut up about it T_T . very difficult to rile up.

i think one benefit of phoneification for him was removing his guilt about jeremy where applicable. i think i am leaning more towards steve being human for that game, and the bite of '87 stuff being a real turning point for him in terms of . everything. (but blue, wouldnt it make more sense for him to die BEFORE the bite? yes. <3 and yet /lh).

i think he & jeremy would have been closer if he hadn't been manager + everything that happened there fucked him up severely. luckily, as a phone, he doesnt feel much about it at all!

 The fight was rough. That's the only word you could conjure in your mind to describe it as you lay bloody bruised on the ground. You were walking back from Dragonspine in the late evening, when a group of at least a dozen treasure hoarders ambushed you leaving you completely blindsiding you. 

  You lay almost lifeless on the floor for a few seconds more, mustering the strength to stand. Once you finally do; you go to retrieve your weapon, which managed to completely break during the battle, and you pat your side to check your vision. Your blood runs ice cold and a sense of dread falls over you... Your vision wasn't where you had it normally. You know you had it during the fight but?? Did it get dislodged in the scuffle??

 You drop to your hands and knees moving around the dirt and grass looking for any sign of your gleaming vision. Sensing nothing you become more frantic tearing through surrounding bushes until it finally dawns on you. 

The fucking treasure hoarders took it. 

Your pride and joy, something the Archons blessed you with someone else wrongfully ripped from your possession. Tears fill your eyes. "A vision doesn't make a person" is what Jean told you long ago when you first received yours but after having it for so long it felt like a piece of you. Right now you felt like your vision did make you a person. 

Before being gifted your vision, you were lost, directionless in the world. You didn't know what you wanted to do with your life and you hit a low you don't care to ever relive. 

After the Archons bestowed you with it in your lowest moments; your life rapidly improved... You joined the Knights, trained under some of the best, met the love of your life, and on top of all that helped the traveler save fucking Mondstat. 

You hit the ground with your first, sobbing so loud you're sure all of Teyvet can hear you. You bury your face in the ground not caring about anything at this point.

You're not sure how long you lay there crying on the side of the road but eventually you hear footsteps approaching rapidly. " (Y/N)??? Are you okay???" A familiar voice bounds towards you. "Hey look at me please?" Fuck, you forgot Kaeya was overseeing nighttime patrol.

 You raise your head from the fetal position you had tucked yourself into, you know you probably looked awful covered in dirt and blood. The look on Kaeya's face didn't make matters any better, full of genuine concern. "Got ambushed..." You state flatly, your voice sounded foreign to you. His face contorts into a grimace. "It was the treasure hoarders Jean was worried about huh?" You nod dumbly and bury your head back into your chest. 

"Not to sound like an asshole but you look like hell, how long have you been out here? We really need to take you to the church to get your wounds checked." Keaya was trying to lighten the mood, sensing you were obviously upset. "They took my vision Kae.." You can't help but to break out into sobs again. "They took my fucking vision, my fucking weapon is broken, why am I knight? I can't even defend myself from a bunch of stupid treasure hoarders! I'm fucking worthless!" You can't tell if it's from you yelling or the injuries you sustained but your head was pounding. 

Keaya plops on the ground next to you and wraps his arms around you, gently of course so as to not hurt you. He hushes you softly as you cry into his chest. "We'll get it back, luckily Jean has a good idea where the hideout is, due to some recent intel we got this afternoon."

"Also..." He pauses for a moment. " For the record, you're not worthless. I never once thought that, from the first moment I saw you there was this fire surrounding you. A will to succeed." 

 You look up at him meekly." That's because in training I had a vision when some of the others didn't.. Not that makes those without it aren't strong I just... it made me stronger." He shakes his head. " No, before that too. You were just as strong. I know you've had a rough past, but you didn't give up. The Archons only give visions to those who need an extra shove, a wake up call... " His eyes glaze over for a moment before continuing. " Your stronger than you know, especially since you put up with me and my unruly habits." He chuckles. 

You sniffle softly, finally cracking a smile. "Archons, I was worried I'd never see that smile of yours again." Kaeya sighs dramatically, but also lets a small smile of his own out. "I'd kiss you right now if you weren't covered in blood." He drawls as you roll your eyes. 

"Can you stand? I know your adrenaline has probably died down at this point so the pain for your injuries will begin catching up to you." You give him a small nod however he assists you standing up regardless. "Let's get you cleaned up and to the church okay?After that I'll gather some of the knights and we'll get that vision back to you okay? I promise I'll take care of it personally." He says in the sickly sweet tone, for a moment you pity those thieves for what they're about to endure... Almost of course.

Epilogue:

It wasn't until the next morning Kaeya returned. 

For a brief moment you were even worried about him, Rosaria was no help in quelling those worries but Barbara definitely made you look on the bright side of things. 

You sustained some pretty nasty injuries including broken bones and fractured in some places so Kaeya insisted you stay at the church until he returned. Thanks to Barbara you weren't in any pain and most if not all of your external injuries were healed. 

Seeing Kaeya walk through the door however sent you over the moon. With his signature smirk plastered on his face and instead of flipping a coin he was holding something much more valuable, your vision. 

"I believe this belongs to you?" He smirked, leaning in to place your vision in your hands. "Kea..." Your eyes brim with tears. "I cannot thank you enough, I'm eternally in debt to you." He smiles and leans in to leave a peck on your forehead. "I think buying me a couple rounds will do just fine."

i really want paul back in f2 next season. i think thats why im so numb about him dropping down in the f2 championship tdy cz him getting 2nd or 3rd isnt rlly beneficial if he doesnt get the title. so i honestly think its best if he stays 4th below but still top ten so it gives him a bit of leeway to be able to do another f2 season w/o ppl being annoying and considering him "too good" or "having too much of an advantage from last season". i truly do think all he needs is a win to be able to release all that pressure cz i do think hes getting desperate and being stupid w his racing choices (not saying all these bad races was him being stupid but u have to admit some of them were stupid choices, like yesterday's sprint...). also i feel all the f1 academy backings do see him but are just waiting to see if he wins. so we rlly js need him to win and i think that'll calm his mind and get the f1 teams' attention.

if not another f2 season, i think another good option for him to race in fe but ya i still think he js needs to win this season at least once, get a backing, and if not f2 go into fe with a reserve or development position in a team.

regarding him and merc, i wanna be delulu since merc is one of my fave teams and hes my fave jr driver i obviously would like to see them work tgt again but the likes of that happening is not realistic but it is true that merc has an opening so maybe !! that would be nice to see at least for me lol but knowing paul i dont think he'd happily take them or prema back after what they did to him. i do v much miss him as a merc driver tho :(

bottomline (im getting repetitive here sorry) he seriously just needs to put his head down, stop making stupid decisions in the race when he panics, and win at least one time. i truly think thats all he needs and f1 teams will at least be looking at him once again.

yeah i feel you abt him dropping in the ranks!! since it would make more sense for a person in 5th etc to go back, i like it. butttt on the other hand, placing in the top 3 as a rookie must certainly get the teams' eyes on him, right?? so idk, im kinda torn :/ but yesssss 100% he just needs a win to finally relax i think. he's putting too much pressure on himself and you can really easily tell when he's making rookie mistakes just because he's too crazy about getting a win. its not healthy in the long run ☹️

Oooh. so its still up in the air. BUT

Daredevil is treated as a myth (like spidey was considered by hammerhead in the first episode u know?) So people hear whispers of him beating up people but no one is 100% if he is on the side of justice, real, and/or why he's running around.

So when Curse sees him for the first time, curse is terrified. He does not need to get beaten up. so he runs.

Daredevil for his part has been keeping track of curse in the news, and learning about the places that get hacked. He knows that curse has skills that he cannot replicate himself.

so while devil doesnt want to team up for fighting, he sees the value of working with curse if the opportunity arises. But as he finds out how young the mystery witch is and that curse really doesn't know how to fight, he gets increasingly concerned and starts dragging curse into training.

devil cares, just really gruffly.

Curse sees this as sort of a business partnership as they get comfortable around each other, cause he in 90% sure devil still hates him on some level. curse is bad at reading people due to his own past.

Hijinks with devil v Mysterio also are a potential. especially if both are trying to save/help curse.
