Mike starting a youtube channel after Revenge and he writes and produces short films and sketches. Of course he'll write specific parts for his friends and it's all very homey and low quality but the quality steadily rising as he get's better!

Maybe he has a patreon, or a kofi?? He probably does fanfic commissions on the side (writing streams?? just lowkey chill vibes that sometimes turns into a completely different stream when one of the others is triggered?)

Manitoba definitely streams. Goes on a big hours long hike or nature walk and just rambles at the camera about the plants and wild life. It's actually really educational and his voice is pretty soothing.

Svetlana on tiktok with her gymnastic stunts, occasionally does a speedpainting one where it's just a sped up edited version of her doing one of her paintings, very low effort but she likes showing off.

Vito doesn't at all, he becomes notorious for party crashing and overall just vibes, sometimes someone will post a low quality video from their phone from one of his comedy shows, he performs at local bars and encourages hecklers cause he'll heckle back.

Mal doesn't do anything very publicly, but I think he'd like to make and sell horror movie masks, and get into writing or producing horror content / doing the makeup for it. He gets into cooking and baking just cause he likes watching food network. If he cooks for you it's a sign of affection and it's not poisoned, he'd see that as too easy.

Chester doesn't have time for any of that. He just likes to read his books and the only time anyone get's him on camera is if he get's triggered by one of the others and suddenly it's story time with peepaw. He'll tell you the plot of his latest book or drama he's watching.

Svetlana is the only person in this mindscape with any sense of drip at all, they all have semi-distinct senses of style and colors so it’s a nightmare when they switch sometimes, but they live with it.

So like, Vito lowkey likes mixing drinks and stand up comedy, Mal enjoys piano and binging cooking shows, Mike does writing and ballet. . .

Consider: Svetlana doing gynnastics and painting, and Manitoba doing nature photography and presses plants into books when he goes on nature walks. Chester enjoys being left alone and listening to music.

It’s time I finally jot down a quick run down of Mike’s System and what the alter’s ‘classifications’ are as alternate personalities. This doesn’t include Mike as the Host Personality and instead focuses on the alters themselves.

Integration (working through trauma so that alter’s begin to disappear as they aren’t needed anymore) isn’t an option for Mike and instead he has been working on Healthy Multiplicity (increasing communication with his alters and keeping the number of alters manageable.)

Warning for Mentions of: Child Abuse, Bullying, Anxiety, Arson & Attempted Murder.

I’ll be throwing these out in the order the alters appeared.

Mal

was the first alter to form, and his trigger is the least specific. Mal can more easily front (take control) or co-front (those instances where he only pops in for a brief second) then the others because his trigger is generally when Mike is stressed, or anxious, or feeling helpless.

These feelings were often made worse by the high tension nature of Total Drama and that’s what lead to Mal being such a problem in All Stars.

Because this trigger overlaps with some of the others (ie: Svetlana, Vito, or Chester) Mal is able to co-front and front more easily, and the co-fronting (as well as Mal just being a piece of shit) helps in his impersonating Mike.

Mal is the alter that holds most of the memories of the abuse they suffered from their birth father, and was the one who finally acted to get them out of a bad situation.

Though his solution to this was to set the house on fire and try to get rid of their dad permanently. Mal is a PERSECUTOR ALTER (being hostile towards the Host Personality / Mike) but at the time of their diagnosis in juvie (age 11) Mal was classified as a MEMORY / TRAUMA HOLDER.

Manitoba

was the second alter to form. His trigger is incredibly specific, with being most easily triggered by Mike wearing a fedora. But he can also be triggered by Mike being in a rough survival situation, or in an instance where Mike is spiraling badly with anxiety and his more level headed personality might be needed to do damage control.

His main function within the system is as a GATEKEEPER ALTER (an Alter who can control who can take control, or access certain memories, or parts of the internal world) and is considered to be of the INTERNAL SELF HELPER classification by Mike’s Psychiatrist as he formed mostly to keep Mal out of trouble.

Something he fails spectacularly at due to Mal being Mal.

When Mal is not at his most powerful, Manitoba often takes the leadership role among the alters, keeping the peace and being the main instigator of the internal conflict at the end of ROTI.

Mal and Manitoba have a special kind of rivalry because of their classifications and purposes within the system, often getting in each others way.

Svetlana

was the third alter to form. Her trigger is broad, and will often overlap with Vito or Chester or Mal. She is usually triggered in a physically taxing situation, but can specifically be called by asking for her or introducing her like Cameron did via an Olympic Announcer.

Her classification within the system is that of a MEMORY HOLDER in which she holds many of the memories of things Mike is proud of, or is optimistic about, and this in part helped shape her.

Much of her bravado comes from this position, as well as being an INTERNAL SELF HELPER like Manitoba.

Although, she often interacts with or speaks to the others and is usually able to understand them better then Manitoba, who mostly acts as an authority figure who would keep troublemakers like Mal and Vito in line.

Svetlana can be triggered similarly to Manitoba or Mal when Mike is having an anxiety attack, as that’s sort of an ‘alternate personality roulette’ so to speak.

Vito

was the fourth alter to form. His specific trigger is when Mike takes off his shirt, but he has a broader secondary trigger that overlaps with Mal and Svetlana. When Mike is about to get in a fight, Vito can be triggered into control to finish it.

Of all of the alters, Vito is the most self conscious of the body’s appearance, while Svetlana is the health nut by personality, Vito cares the most about looking good, and takes the most pride of all of them in their appearance, leading him to be classified as a CARETAKER ALTER. Though he has also been classified as a PROTECTOR ALTER due to being the most willing to start and finish fights that Mike may get into with his bullies.

His more arrogant personality, and willingness to step up has often deterred the worst of the bullies in school from seeing Mike as an easy target.

After Mal ‘died’ / retreated to Mike’s subconscious following their time in juvie, Vito took up most of the responsibility involved in protecting them from outside threats.

Chester

was the fifth, and last alter to form. His specific trigger is Mike’s frustration, and irritation, which can overlap with Mal’s trigger. He isn’t afraid to say the things that Mike would hold back on saying, and this often leads to conflict because Chester can’t keep his mouth shut, and tends to be overly critical of everyone around him, Mike and the other alters included.

Chester is classified as an OBSERVER ALTER. He usually knows the most about what’s going on with the others, but he mostly just sits back and watches. He doesn’t often intervene, and will usually let Manitoba or Svetlana take care of any problems.

Especially when that problem is Mal.

Mike: Coffee, with an obscene amount of sugar and cream but he loves the smell of fresh coffee, hates it black cause it’s too bitter.

Mal: Monster energy, he hates the lemonade and original flavors but is pretty into the pinapple and watermelon ones. the mango one is alright.

Manitoba: black coffee, but it’s gotta be like actual coffee from the ground beans, none of that instant stuff. Probably would own a french press.

Svetlana: Black tea, or boba tea, sometimes will have coffee jellies in her boba drink but generally prefers warm tea instead of coffee.

Vito: Mountain Dew. Code Red or Voltage preferably but he’s not picky.

Chester: He drinks water, he’s too old for that junk.
