Countless things could have gone wrong when he'd fired that gun on the rooftop those years ago, living through it AT ALL could be considered nothing short of a miracle were it not for the sheer amount of planning that had gone into the act itself but there were things he'd had to sacrifice. His original web had been left to rot, Sebastian included, he'd never expected the sniper would survive the WRATH of Sherlock Holmes wanting to remove everything that had been left behind.

Then again, Sebastian had always been a LUCKY man. It seemed it served him well and with no residue from the old webs tying him down, Jim was entirely willing to offer him a place at his side once again.

There'd been no preamble, no warning as he welcomed himself into Sebastian's home, perusing his personal belongings until the telltale sound of the door caught his attention. His tone was casual as he addressed the sniper, as though he'd never been gone, a smile across his face.
