Cece grabbed for the nearest object to steady herself once they had collided. "Sorry." She said, "I wasn't really looking." She admitted, then lift her head to look up at him.

She was still getting used to this place. "Just a little lost, and my battery is dying." She then admitted to him. "Erm... I couldn't possibly ask you to point me in the right direction...?" She asked. "I'm looking for my Dads office, he works in the Lawyers office on Harper street?" She said softly, her blue eyes looking into his, hoping that he wouldn't mind, even after their Collison of bodies.

Cece jumped and turned to face the voice, her eyes widening as she looked at JJ, and suddenly she was acutely aware that she was standing there in her cami top and PJ shorts.

"JJ." She smiled. "What are you doing here?" She asked nervously, tucking a few strands of hair behind her ear.

"Cece? You live here?" JJ didn't know that when he took the job working for her dad. They weren't necessarily part of the rich country club crowd. He assumed the man was her father, could be her Uncle for all he knew.

                a big cardboard box was held against her chest as she walked inside the hotel towards the reception. it wasn’t closed ; instead, several flowers were popping from the inside, a colorful mix of different breeds could be seen. natalia by no means was a professional florist, but she’d spent most of her adult life taking care of flowers, not only learning how to take care of them but also which were more adequate for different occasions. now ?  a bunch of flowers for table decoration, a favor she’d done to her friend.      ‘ where should i leave this ?  ’             @ceceliaphamx​

Uprooting and moving here, to the outerbanks, to this island, was so different from the world she knew before. But one place she felt at home. Sitting outside, with a book in her hand. She had always loved reading, always loved to read, ever since she was a little girl. And honestly, reading always reminded her of her mother. 

Cece sat under the tree, her eyes scanning the pages, enjoying the feel of the warm sun, and gentle breeze that swept lightly across her face, tangling her hair.

She still felt like a stranger here. Those that lived near her were all rich snobs, and despite having wealth, she and her father were not like them. But those here that were more down to earth seemed to look at her as if she was disease ridden. There were two types of people here in Kildare, and she didn’t fit in to either of them. But as long as she had a book, she would find a way to survive.

Cece lent on the counter a little, her book hidden by the large coffee machine as she looked over its pages. It wasn’t easy being a full time student, and having a job, with bills to pay. She tended to work the late shifts, so she could still attend her classes, but that left very little time to actually study.

However, when it got to this time of night, the coffee shop was a little quieter, and she actually had time to look over her work, and write notes, so she could type up her papers at another point.

It wasn’t the best option. But it worked for her.

She heard the door and lift her head, smiling as she saw him. He had become a bit of a regular now, and it was nice to see his friendly smile. Not to mention he had the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen.

“Hey. Fancy seeing you again.” She teased lightly. “What can I get you tonight? We have some apple pie left if you’re interested.”

Cece laughed lightly against his lips her fingers in his hair as her back pressed more into the book case that he was pushing her lightly again, just out of view if anyone looked through the small glass in his door.

“Yet... you’re not stopping.” She breathed against his lips, fingers stroking down to the nape of his neck. 

It would be frowned upon, but she had fallen hard for Eddie, before she knew he was the covering professor. She hummed lightly, rolling her head back and letting her eyes flutter closed again, enjoying the feel of his lips against her skin.

“You can come over to mine tonight if you want.” She whispered softly, moving her fingers back into his hair. She lowered her head again, her other hand lifting his chin as she pressed another kiss to his lips.

"No one there to catch us. It will just be you and me.” She whispered against his lips.

Eddie and Cece

Cece had been kissing his jaw when Eddie spoke, she rose a brow and slowly puled back to look at him. The words took a moment to sink in, but slowly, she smiled up at him.

Lowering back onto her heels, the blonde chuckled lightly. "Well how am I supposed to not jump you in class, now that you tell me you're falling in love with me." She said.

She moved her hand to the back of his neck, her eyes still on his. "Well... I'm glad I'm not the only one falling then." She breathed and reached up onto her tiptoes to kiss him again.

"Cause honestly Eddie, I'm falling in love with you too." She whispered softly.

Cece looked at him, her mouth opening “Moving on? You think what I am doing is moving on? You are so wrong.” She said, her voice raising. 

“I’m not moving on, I am trying to cope. Because its all I can do to stop myself from thinking about you and crying.” She told him, shaking her head a little. “I was not moving on, I was just.... just dancing with him, just.. enjoying a night out, not thinking about how I lost you. And yet can’t cope without you being in my life.”

Cece smiled "I'm glad they are all mine." She breathed. She then laughed softly and smirked "Good to know." She then whispered and nuzzled into his neck. "I like that part very much." She purred softly agaisnt his skin.

She lift her head again and looked up at him. "Yeah... about the leaving part.." She breathed. "I... I was thinking I could move this way permanently." She said to him. "If... you would be ok with that." She added. "There is a job going at the offices here, I would only have to transfer, and I am sure I could easily get it sorted. And then I wouldn't have to leave, except when I am visiting my Dad, and you could always come with me for that." She told him.

"I was going to talk to my boss when I went back and see if he'd be happy with the transfer." She then said, looking up at him. "But... only if you would be ok with it."

Sawyer had to admit even his friends and family had thought it was a little strange the two had a whole relationship without even meeting each other before. Though their distance had made it impossible to see each other all the time.. so they had continue to talk and build a relationship until they could meet.

It was easy to fall in love with her and now having her here was perfect. His life had felt whole and completely all the sudden. His lips pressed against hers softly then looked down at her. “They are all yours-“ he promised her. “At least until you have to leave me again.” He told her kissing her forehead. “Thats all yours too.” He teased.

In all honesty, Cece preferred this. Sure, she had been invited to plenty of New Years parties, but she turned them down. She mad the excuse that she wasn't feeling too great.

But truth was, she wanted to spend New Years with Eddie.

And with their relationship still having to be quiet, it was planned that they would spend it together, alone, in his place. Which sounded perfect. She would rather be here, than at any party.

She watched the screen as the countdown began, smiling as she looked at him, her eyes full of love and wonder. She couldn't wait to spend the rest of the year with him. The rest of her life.

"Happy New Year." She whispered back, just in time before his lips pressed to hers. She smiled softly against his lips, her hand lifting to cup his cheek tenderly, not wanting the kiss to end. She hoped he would be the only one she would ever kiss again at the strike of Midnight to the start of each New Year.

There wasn't much the two could've done during New Year's Eve. The streets were crowded with people and their secret of dating each other was still not out. Staying in seemed like the best option to keep it that way. Watching the big countdown on the tv, he turned his head to look at her.

"Happy New Year, my love." with that, he leaned closer to give her the magical midnights kiss to ring in the new year.

Cece tilt her head a little as he scoffed, furrowing her brows a little, but when he then continued, she chewed her lip.

"Seems so. Or at least since moving here." She then said, a little smile gracing her lips.

As he offered to show her, her smile grew a little more. "That would be great. Thank you so much." She breathed. "I mean it. Hopefully one day I will be able to find my way around here, but still getting used to the area." She admitted to him. "Though, my Mom grew up here." She then added.

It was the reason her Dad wanted to move back after her Mom passed away, so it felt like they could be closer to her, but because she never knew her Mom in this surrounding, she didn't find her Mom in any where around this place.

"Erm.. I'm Cece." She then said.

"Obviously." Scoffed, only to realize she wasn't someone he knew the second he got a view at her face.

Tourist, was his first guess, however it quickly was proven incorrect at her question about the lawyers office on Harper street. Frowning for a moment at the coincidence as it happened to be where he just was coming from. Picked up papers for his father. "Uh -" Rafael looked over his shoulder and down the street he had just come from, then back at her. Shit her battery was dying, it would've been the quickest to show her. As he hadn't been given a time when his father was needing those papers he came to a different solution. "You've always got such luck? - It's a couple streets down that way." He pointed with his hand. "I can show you. - Don't want to be responsible for you to get lost more."

Cece smiled and stroked her hands lightly down his chest, looking up into his eyes. "Everyone called me crazy that I feel in love with you before meeting you, and came out here to be with you. But we've proved them wrong." She smiled as she kissed him again.

"I have to admit, I am kind of addicted to your lips." She chuckled softly.

"There are other things about you I am addicted to too." She then chuckled.

"yeah, as exciting as it was to see you through the other side of a screen nothing beats having you here.. in front of me." he told her softly. "i am glad that we are finally together too." he admitted. "i had dreamed of this moment for a while now and the first thing i couldn't wait to do was this." he leaned in and kissed her lips softly.

Cece looked up at him as he pulled her close. She gave him a soft smile "Guess I'm just really glad that we finally together. I mean, don't get me wrong, I loved all our online interactions, but...I much prefer having you here, so I can touch you and kiss you and so on." She breathed as she reached up and pressed her lips lightly to his.

"i'm afraid if i get any closer than we i might actually squish you." sawyer chuckled as he wrapped his arms around cece and pulled her in closer to his chest. "what has so you needy today?" not that he was complaining.
