luxiere is the fiercest chocobo girl in midgar, don’t you test her -- she practically lived in the stables from ages 8 to 16 after school, which was when she joined SOLDIER, and she will actively bully people into giving her their missions if chocobo riding is involved because “i’m a better rider than you” and “you don’t understand them like i do”

she has a personal chocobo stabled, unconected to shinra, on the chocobo farm, he’s a dark green luxury breed resembling a peacock that she’s named prince :)

scratches chin. i didn’t intent for it, i really only went with ‘90′s blonde mean girl’ as an inspiration for luxiere because. i mean. its funny. but also thinking deeper on it i think she’d be an interesting angle to compare to cloud, like a glance into what he’d be like if nibelheim never happened, growing only more and more attached to shinra in a sunk cost fallacy, one day perhaps achieving SOLDIER but lacking what it takes to progress further, to reach 1ST class and then making that everyone else’s problem with a catty atitude borne out of a frustration with their current situation in life while also needing to protect their standing at all cost
