Sua is a really interesting character because everyone always over corrects. Either she's not rude or she's nothing but the mean lesbian trope, completely blameless or like this oh scary boogeyman in Mizi's life. Maybe perhaps let us consider that this is a series with NUANCE.

Sua's attitude towards people around her that aren't Mizi makes complete sense and can be categorised as "rude" but using that word rude doesn't exactly encompass why it is she acts the way she does. She's such a deeply traumatised character, everyone in her life before anakt mistreated and abused her. Ofc she's not chummy with people and ofc she's extremely protective of the one person she's ever let in that hasn't traumatised her deeply. She's not just mean but she's also not like the nicest ever uwu. She's complex and I love her for that.
