Materi Fisika SMA kelas 12 - Arus Bolak Balik Adalah arus yang arah dan besarnya setiap saat berubah-rubah. Arus bolak-balik dalam dunia kelistrikan banyak digunakan. Pengertian Arus Bolak-Balik Arus bolak-balik hanya pergerakan muatan listrik melalui media yang mengubah berubah arah secara berkala. Hal ini berbeda dengan arus searah (DC), di mana pergerakan muatan hanya dalam satu arah dan konstan. Arus (dalam ampere) adalah jumlah muatan listrik yang mengalir melewati suatu titik dalam waktu tertentu. Yang menggerakkan arus adalah gaya gerak listrik disebut tegangan (dalam volt). Jika arusnya bolak balik, maka tegangan juga harus bolak balik, polaritasnya berubah pada siklus teratur. Jadi pengertian arus bolak balik adalah adalah arus yang polaritasnya berubah pada siklus yang teratur.Arus bolak-balik merupakan arus yang arah dan besarnya setiap saat berubah-rubah. Arus bolak-balik dalam dunia kelistrikan banyak digunakan.Arus bolak-balik selalu mempunyai nilai puncak gelombang atas dan puncak gelombang bawah. Dalam peristiwa mencapainya nilai puncak gelombang atas dan puncak gelombang bawah maka dikatakan telah mencapai satu (1) gelombang penuh. Nilai puncak gelombang atas dan puncak gelombang bawah sering pula disebut nilai dari puncak ke puncak ( nilai peak to peak ). Gaambar di bawah ini menunjukkan gelombang tegangan bolak-balik sinusoidal. Jenis dan Macam Arus Bolak Balik Sebelum menjelaskan pengertian arus bolak – balik, dan untuk mempermudah pengertian arus bolak – balik maka ada beberapa pengertian berikut yang harus dipahami: Radian adalah satuan sistem internasional ( SI ) untuk sudut bidang datar. Radian merupakan sudut antara 2 jari-jari lingkaran dengan panjang busur di depan sudut tersebut sama dengan jari-jari lingkaran. Kecepatan sudut dinyatakan dengan “ω” )(dibaca omega), yaitu sudut yang ditempuh suatu titik yang bergerak di tepi lingkaran setiap satuan waktu. Contoh nya, Sebuah penghantar ( konduktor ) yang berputar dalam medan magnit dengan kecepatan ω (rad/detik)θ, maka dalam waktu t detik menempuh sudut : α = ω x t ……………….rad, Bila frekuensi yang dihasilkan adalah f Hertz, maka ω.t =2.π.f.t………………..rad Derajat Listrik, pengertian derajat listrik bisa dijelaskan berdasarkan gambar 2 berikut. Menurut gambar 2, bila kumparan diputar satu putaran penuh ( 3600 putaran mekanik ), tegangan induksi yang dibangkitkan juga dihasilkan dalam satu putaran penuh dalam 3600. Bila kutub magnet nya di perbanyak 2 kali atau menjadi 4 kutub, dan kumparan diputar satu keliling, maka tegangan induksi yang terbangkit menjadi 2 kali nya yaitu 2 siklus ( 7200 ). Dari dua contoh ini merupakan pengertian dari derajat Listrik. Secara matematis dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut :  Ket : Pengertian arus bolak-balik telah dijelaskan pada bagian sebelumnya, yaitu arus yang besar dan arahnya berubah-rubah setiap waktu ( setiap saat ). Berdasarkan pengertian tersebut, dapat diartikan bahwa arus bolak-balik berbentuk gelombang. Berdasarkan difinisi tersebut maka bentuk gelombang arus bolak-balik dapat dibedakan menjadi 3 macam bentuk gelombang yaitu : Gelombang Sinusoidal, Gelombang Kotak ( segi empat ), dan Gelombang segitiga Dalam menyatakan harga tegangan AC ada beberapa besaran yang digunakan, yaitu : Tegangan sesaat : Yaitu tegangan pada suatu saat t yang dapat dihitung dari persamaan E = Emax sin 2π ft jika kita tahu Emax, f dan t. Amplitudo tegangan Emax : Yaitu harga maksimum tegangan. Dalam persamaan: E = Emax sin 2πft, amplitudo tegangan adalah Emax. Tegangan puncak-ke puncak (Peak-to-peak) yang dinyatakan dengan Epp ialah beda antara tegangan minimum dan tegangan maksimum. Jadi Epp = 2 Emax.  Tegangan rata-rata (Average Value). Tegangan efektif atau tegangan rms (root-mean-square) yaitu harga tegangan yang dapat diamati langsung dalam skala alat ukurnya. Bila tegangan bolak-balik diukur dengan sebuah voltmeter DC atau arusnya diukur dengan galvanometer, maka alat-alat tersebut akan menunjukkan angka nol, karena kumparan koilnya terlalu lambat untuk mengikuti bentuk gelombang yang dihasilkan oleh sumber arus bolak-balik tersebut. Tetapi bila diukur dengan osiloskop kita dapat melihat nilai-nilai arus atau tegangan yang selalu berubah tehadap waktu secara periodik, sehingga memperlihatkan sebuah bentuk gelombang.Jadi dengan mempergunakan alat ukur osiloskop kita dapat mengamati nilai dan bentuk gelombang yang dihasilkan oleh sumber arus bolak-balik. Tetapi dengan dengan mempergunakan Amperemeter AC dan Voltmeter AC kita juga dapat mengamati salah satu nilai yang ditunjukkan oleh arus bolak-balik, yaitu nilai arus dan tegangan efektif. Rangkaian dan Tegangan # Arus Dan Tegangan Sinusoidal Dalam generator, kumparan persegi panjang yang diputar dalam medan magnetik akan membangkitkan Gaya Gerak Listrik (GGL) sebesar :E = Em sinω tDengan demikian bentuk arus dan tegangan bolak-balik seperti persamaan di atas yaitu :i = Im sinω tv = Vm sinω tIm dan Vm adalah arus maksimum dan tegangan maksimum.Bentuk kurva yang dihasilkan persamaan ini dapat kita lihat di layar Osiloskop. Bentuk kurva ini disebut bentuk sinusoidal # Harga Efektif Arus Bolak-Balik Dalam rangkaian arus bolak-balik, baik tegangan maupun kuat arusnya berubah-ubah secara periodik. Oleh sebab itu untuk penggunaan yang praktis diperlukan besaran listrik bolak-balik yang tetap, yaitu harga efektif. Harga efektif arus bolak-balik ialah harga arus bolak-balik yang dapat menghasilkan panas yang sama dalam penghantar yang sama dan dalam waktu yang seperti arus searah.Ternyata besar kuat arus dan tegangan efektifnya masing-masing : Kuat arus dan tegangan yang terukur oleh alat ukur listrik menyatakan harga efektifnya. # Resistor Dalam Rangkaian Arus Bolak-Balik Bila hambatan murni sebesar R berada dalam rangkaian arus bolak-balik, besar tegangan pada hambatan berubah-ubah secara sinusoidal, demikian juga kuat arusnya. Lana Del Rey announces “LA to the Moon” tour, forgets to schedule dates for both LA and the Moon

Earlier this year, Lana Del Rey’s Lust For Life debuted at “Number One” on some random list of 200 albums. Later — and more importantly — the album also debuted at “Got Reviewed On This Website” on this website. So, looks like the only thing left for Lana Del Rey to do is, well…go to the mother f’ing Moon, of course! Finally, someone out there is taking their artistic success seriously enough to go ahead and book a show on our very own Moon. It’s about damn time! Hang on a second…ohhhhh, you know what? Yeah, yep, I jumped the gun on this; that’s my bad. She’s not going to the dumb Moon at all, she’s just calling her upcoming North American tour “LA To The Moon.” Sorry! I hope all the former Space Camp attendees out there didn’t get their hopes up! Well anyway, yes, for all of us landlubbers down here on Earth, Lana Del Rey will be touring through all of North America’s finest centers and arenas starting in early 2018. Jhene Aiko will be joining Del Rey for the first five dates of the tour (Minneapolis through Boston), while Kali Uchis will be joining her for all but one of the subsequent dates (Toronto through Las Vegas). Again, I must reiterate, the tour may be called “LA To The Moon,” but in no way will Lana Del Rey be performing on the Moon. (Hell, she isn’t even performing in Los Angeles!) It’s just a fun name. Do not get your hopes up (like me), and make an ass of yourself in print (also like me). A call. A friend. It seems odd to be happy about it, someone wanting to check on him, someone other than his parents. Other than Adrian. He winces still, at the tone of her voice and he takes a breath, shaking his head. If anything, at least it'll give him something to do other than tidy up, talk to his plants and all. Kali looks as cross as a bear can be and Derek simply nods, wondering if she were going to actually show up at his house. If she's going to visit—well, should he grab some raw meat off of Section 2? "I promise, Kali. I promise," he says warmly. Maybe he'll learn patience too, though that seems a little more far fetched than he'd like to admit. He starts rolling the mat, wondering if a gift for his yoga instructor is a little too odd. "And I resent being turned into a hypothetical pretzel. At least scold me about it first!"

"i'll be holding you to that. don't think that just because i haven't got thumbs that i can't work a phone. if i don't hear from you, you'll be hearing from me." it's been clear to kali for quite some time that derek responds best to a firm hand. that doesn't mean there's no patience in her work, of course... it's been an ordeal trying to teach him to have some. "that's on purpose, too. if you don't relax, i just have to relax for the both of us."

Being chided like he's young is an odd feeling, but a welcome one—perhaps it's a sort of instinct that he'd never grown out of, to feel a little more safe amidst the danger. Or to relax. Both of which Kali seems to be an expert as, and a trait that Derek seems to sorely lack. He wonders if she really does want to hear about his relaxation, the fact that he might simply read a book or talk to his plants or exhaust himself trying to bed down for the night. "I mean, okay. I'll call you about my one-sided conversations with my plants, then." A quick smile crosses his face, genuine and easy. "Just so you don't twist me into a pretzel—which, I may add, is not relaxing for anyone but you."

kali makes a gruff noise in the back of her throat, something close to a laugh. "just because it can't doesn't mean i won't concern myself with it. it's certainly capable of holding tension." probably plenty capable of spasming, too. she wonders if there's ever any pain his body can experience or if it's just the severe and life threatening sort, but won't ask—that's the kind of information she'll let come to her in its own time. "what i want to hear is about relaxation. so you'd better be making some honest attempts that, young man, or i'll come over and relax you myself."

Surprising himself. Well, he hopes that it'll happen—he's always been a creature of habit, of monotony, trying to find a way to live in a way that he's left alone. It's worked for most of his life, running in the wastes and flitting from settlement to settlement with his family. But here, in a stable settlement, Derek wonders if it's time for change. For any change, to live as well as he hopes to do. He won't rule out success, if not for himself, for Kali—the old bear deserves someone that won't quit on himself the first chance he gets, after all. "Haven't you heard? Can't really get my back to give out," Derek replies, a smile on his face as Kali makes a humorous, yet chiding pass at his question. "But if you want to check, I'm sure I have some things to say that are back and yoga related for you every time I call."

"i expect that you will," she says, not unkindly. "but don't rule out success quite so quickly. i think, come time, you'll manage to surprise yourself." it's the kind of prediction that sounds deeper than it really is, she thinks. derek is a creature that will never know death—all he has is time. with time, comes change. with change, surprise. but kali isn't one to point out the obvious unless she's pushed into it. "and yes, dear. you can always call. especially if it pertains to your skeleton. i have to know your back isn't going to give out on me, here."

Well if that wasn't an indictment of his personal life and his personality, Derek doesn't know what is. Standing his own company is hard work, especially with the fact that the company in question would rather linger in the noise of other people. He wonders how Kali stands it, the solitude and loneliness of it all, but it might come with the territory. Being a mutated bear and all, being one of the unique animals that have sentience, and having to live in a world not made for her? It boggles the mind. "I'll fail a lot at it, for you," he jokes, nervously laughing at the attempt at humor. "Does that give me permission to give you updates on it outside of class? With my skeleton too?"

"i don't just mean the stretches, either," she reminds him, brow raised. "practice your quiet time, too. you need to start learning how to stand your own company." she holds a paw up before he can interject. "and i'm not saying you have to be good at it, either. you don't really think i got to where i am now in a few years, do you?" it does please her that he's doing something else than worrying, though. even if all he does to worry to his plants, it's better than keeping it in his neurotic little head. "you can wonder all you like. you'd be surprised what our skeletons have in common, though. mine is just a little more... robust, i'd say, than yours."

Derek copies Kali, tenser than her, but less tense than the usual baseline from which he operates on. Bend back—then, to downward dog. The silence is deafening to him, and while he doesn't begrudge Kali that, he wonders if he should keep his mouth shut more often, or at least talk a little less around her. For peace and quiet and all that, he supposes. "I will, ma'am—Kali. It's a good way to start the day anywho," he says, a smile on his face. "And honestly? I just do it talking to my plants—joints aside. Though, I can, you know, wonder if a bear joint benefits the same way."

kali holds her stretch for a few moments longer before she relaxes, finishing with a downward dog—as a four-legged creature, it's no surprise that's her favorite position. once finished, she watches derek flounder about ( mentally, at least ) for a few more moments before she decides to let him rest. "alright, derek. you don't have to hold it anymore. but i expect you to practice at home. you may be adaptive, but that doesn't mean your joints won't thank me." back, too. eugh, to have a human back... she doesn't even want to think about it. so unshapely! so... disastrous.

Oh, the admonishment is hard to deal with, but Derek persists, trying to be at peace with his thoughts, which to him always seemed ridiculous. If her thoughts are calm and serene, his were angry buzzing mutant-hornets, trying to sting him to death as his mind races. He wonders if she's angry or irritated, or if any body language of his is enough to convey his apology, while bending his back. His mouth opens, and closes like a fish and he simply tries to be content with the silence. How does she do this consistently?

"talking will distract you, if that's what you mean. it won't help." people tend to conflate the two, but she's overcome that burden herself. distraction is a tool, but it is not a solution. "keep quiet or i'll make you do burpees again. that will relax you, because you'll collapse into a puddle of sweat on my floor." she opens one eye, the stink eye, to stare at him. "i am trying to be at peace with my thoughts."
