BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LET ME FINISH - ahem. I want to get rid of them, Batman, to improve Gotham's intellectual and moral standing. But I'm not a thug like you. My approach is a bit more... refined.

these panels from confidential is a good rep of eddie's hair! quite messy . . . but when he goes out to do something, sometimes, he'll try to keep it neat. however, doesn't last long if something upsets or excites him. (and eddie usually feels any emotion quite strongly, and thus reacts to it strongly!)
