Readable text. My eyesight is not the best in the world so if text goes any smaller then the regular small, I can't interact. The same goes for very fancy formatting. A few words are totally cool, but if the whole thing is dressed up, I'd feel weirdly bad for interacting - like I'm not up to standard and make their blog look unpleasant? It's weird and self-imposed, I know. It's fine folk do that, mind; they should be able to do whatever they want and have fun as they please, it's just not my scene.

It's cool when folk are chill with the fact that it can take ages to get to threads. People who are fine with response time between a few days to months, if not a year. I never have a limit and it's always cool to find folk who are the same. It's perfectly understandable that people prefer reliable response times and want constant & consistent flow, perfectly. I just personally have unpredictable blog time and can't deal with that sort of expectation - the anxiety kills me.

Not so much as refuse as just lack interest in. Disney's Descendants, which is a shame because you probably know by now that I love playing parents, and the fact it has a lot of characters BEING parents just.. speaks to me, but at the same time I just don't vibe with the movies and characterizations. I'm always down to roleplay with fankids, just not from that series - unless perhaps they stand independent in different verses.

I'm a sucker for ships. My only policy for shipping is 1) read my rules, 2) read my muses' bios, and 3) talk to me. Many of my portrayals are canon divergent, some of my muses are gay, some are demi. There are some ships that are technically canon but I don't instantly ship, for example Ob1t1ne and Sab3dala. Basically, make sure you know what you're getting into before you come and ship, that way neither of us ends up disappointed.

Rules, muses list (for multis), in character posts. In that order. I like to see how the other person writes before I hit follow or decide if I want to roleplay with them or not. As for in character stuff, I look for third person and multi paragraph/novella. I'm not picky about tense.

Any muses that come from source materials that are made for a very young audience. Such as: paw patrol, bluey, that one show about cars that's from discovery kids. Basically, if it's in Discovery Kids, I don't want to have anything to do with it. This includes that Star Wars show for little kids, even if it's on Disney.

The use of pronouns of their muse(s). I talked about this in the rules section, but frankly speaking, when it comes to RP I look for different things that don't include me wrecking my head into be mindful of using pronouns that don't coincide with what's visually perceived. Sometimes in RP I encounter other hardships that is fully IC or about lore I need to revise to name a couple of them, I don't wish to make it harder on me by adding the layer of pronouns. And it's not solely the matter of using different pronouns or not as much as it is what revolves around it. Understandingly, muns will want to explore more on the pronoun territory as part of their own muse(s)'s lore and as someone who pursues to expand more the canonical lore while simultaneously aiming for an individual growth for each muse and them together in whatever relationship their interactions bleed into, that's simply not up my alley.

To put a more precise and concise example: I adore to bits exploring romantic ships, the development of every character and them together. But for the life of me I can't linger endlessly in one single romantic scene or turn it into domesticity without getting bored pretty quickly. It's that staticity it's implied that I don't like and from my perception, going deeper into the pronoun department beyond the superficial stage of just using different pronouns is one of those cases of staticity I tend to slip away from.

🔪: A fandom you refuse to associate with.

Dainsleif belongs to Genshin Impact, so that's what I'm going to focus on. One of the reasons I've decided to stop being associated with this fandom is what I consider to be a niche interest I have. Perhaps this is spread to other fandoms too in a lesser or bigger degree, but I'm not one to indulge 24/7 into shippy or NSFW territory with small things and out of nowhere. Another thing I notice that happens easily is the fluctuation of interest mostly when it's about the coming of a new region, more from a hype standpoint than what I think to be a genuine interest in other than the cosmetic looks of a character, their superficial personality, etc. These are points that make being associated with the fandom unattractive to me, as they don't represent me.

✋ || one particular plot i really dont vibe with due to past experiences is cheating/infidelity in established ships. unfortunately, ive had partners in the past play this out and not communicate with me oocly about it. at all. so their muses cheated on my muse and expected me to be okay with it oocly. and i wasnt. there's a time and place for such things, but im just not into that whole idea as a source for drama.

🔍 || another thing i look for on different blogs is their aesthetics and how they write. the former being just cos i like to appreciate how people theme their blogs to their muses. and the latter? to see if the way they write/compose their muses because im always curious about how others perceive and characterize them.

😊 || a likeable quality i look for in other muns? how open they are to chatting outside of rp. being interactive and friendly to talk about other interests and about their day. i want to get to know the people i write with and be their friend! it doesnt have to be daily chats but like, once / a few times a week is just nice.

🔪 || generally, i avoid fandoms that i am unfamiliar or uninterested in. its not a flat out refuse, but i dont want to write in settings i dont know well enough / dont have any intention of getting into. ive not had any negative experiences on tumblr around fandoms though!

[ teal ]  which fandom has been your favorite to be a part of? which has been the least favorite?

The Tolkien fandom or the Danmei/Wuxia/Xianxia fandoms are hands-down my favorites. Almost exclusively all the people I've met there were extraordinary writers with incredible devotion to their muses, plots and ships. Very low drama, higher average age of writers, little to no typical rp trends and just an overall strong focus on writing and world building and character development.

Hm.. there are a few that could qualify for least favorite. The most drama was probably in the MCU fandom. Teen Wolf fandom was also a trash can on fire towards the end. But to be honest, Genshin fandom also is terrible, I've just finally found a cozy corner to be in, but my early days in this fandom made me delete my rp blogs after a few weeks.

When Freminet can't sleep for whatever reason - he might be scared of loud thunder or he had a nightmare or he's just restless - he sometimes sings very quietly to help Pers fall asleep. He knows a surprising amount of lullabies by heart but he wouldn't have the confidence to sing out loud for anyone, so it's his and Pers' little secret.
