                        “ oliver ! did you see that dog ! there’s a dog ! ” mia gets distracted from their conversation, her immediate thought is that it’s a stray. “ ollie, i don’t think it has - ” she cuts herself off & giggles ( she’s had a couple of drinks, her infamous giggle usually gave that away ). “ oh, no - never mind.. it has a collar & an owner - what a relief. ” she chuckles again before she’s bringing a hand up to pat along oliver’s arm. “ shit- ” she covers her mouth before correcting herself “ shoot, i didn’t mean to interrupt - but what shall we do next, wanna get some cotton candy ? ” as the two walk through the carnival, brown eyes take in their surroundings. there were so many people around, enjoying themselves as well. after mia had run into oliver here at the carnival, she was glued to his side not having seen him in way too long. she wraps her arms around one of his arms & snuggles up to him for a second, “ goodness, ollie, don’t leave ever again, okay ? i’ve missed you so. ”
