Well look at that it's 2024, and my new years resolution is to stay an unbothered icon queen, and hope the hater's die mad. But I also thought I'd take a second to shout out to the people who make the shit show of a year 2023 bearable, and even enjoyable in some cases.

As trash as the rpc has a tendency to be there are still a lot of you that make this place more than worth it. I clearly cant shout out to all 900 something followers but I can highlight some of you. Gil looked up and you raised your eyebrows at him. The atmosphere were tense in the room and without Malcolm to try and ease things, these were only increasing. You tried to mask your relief as Malcolm re-entered the room. He handed you a cup of tea and sat down next to you. JT and Dani exchanged looked and you quickly looked at the floor.

“So,” said Gil, “Who are we looking for. Malcolm.”

“An art lover.” He said

“Surely, an art hater.” You said

“What makes you say that?” Malcolm asked

“From the frame,” you said, “The painting was literally shredded out of it.”

“To me that suggests the opposite.”

“Why?”

“Because the painting is a fake.”

“So?”

“Come on,” Malcolm hopped off the table and walked towards the board, “Surely you can see?”

Gil moved to the side and shared a look with Dani and JT. You moved so you were standing next you him. You looked over the evidence on the board and pursed your lips.

“It’s because he had a fake.”

“So we’re looking for someone who has a knowledge of art.”

You glanced at Malcolm who was giving you an encouraging smile. You quickly looked away again, your face growing hot under his stare.

“That really narrows down the number of suspects,” you said, “Just anyone who an in depth knowledge of art. Yes, a really small number especially in New York.”

“We’re still one step closer to catching him.”

“He? How do you know that.”

“Violent crime,” Malcolm said with a shrug, “Much more likely to have been committed by a man.”

“But not impossible for it to be committed by a woman.”

“Not impossible.”

“So,” you folded your arms and turned to face Malcolm, “Where to next?”

“Well, ideally we’d like to talk to someone who knew Joseph. Not,” he added when you opened your mouth, “In a personal way. Professional.”

“Like a work colleague?”

He froze before turning around on his heel. You and him locked gazes and it was clear that you had come to the same thought.

You and Malcolm practically ran out of the room, Malcolm shouting a quick bye to the others. For a second none of them spoke until JT said,

Yes!! I absolutely loved this weeks episode!! I forgot it was that ep! I’m surprised people were actually happy with them because the praised Tara again! They were so giddy over that scene with Margaret 🤣. Theo was like “I know this is a bad thing to do, but fuck I was rooting for Tara” and Kim’s like “Team Tara.” I think it’s because they think Tara things she’s above Gemma and it kinda puts her at the same level when she “behaves like Gemma.” It also may be a jab at the Tara fans who know she’s better than Gemma 🙄. He had me in the first part, but completely let me down in the end! He completely forgets that Tara’s death was never about the miscarriage, it was about Tara taking the boys and Jax away from her! Also stop blaming the club! Their hands are actually clean of this crime, lol for once 🤣. I really don’t understand how JT/Unser were friends?? Unser never talks about JT like he knew him. Let’s see how this guy’s feeling about James Franklin, the coach who stewarded Penn State out of the end of its NCAA sanctioning and is 18-5 in the last two years:

I’ve really been pulling for him because he seems like a decent man and he recruits well but I’m officially coming to grips with the fact that James Franklin is not the guy to lead us back to national prominence.

At some point you have to win the big game, and he’s showing himself more and now incapable of it with every opportunity.

We can hang our hat on one big Home win against an OSU team that was exposed by Clemson but what else do we really have? OSU 17, MSU 17, USC 16, Michigan 16, etc.

The brushes and paint are the same for each painter at the beginning but it is the individual ability to apply paint with the right brushes to develop a work of art. KS is a paint by numbers coach. We get a Rembrandt type of coach he will use the same tools as KS but the result will be a thing of beauty. .......a masterpiece.

Seems like an excellent choice to me. I'm sure he wants back into a HC position. Great offensive resume. As long as he doesnt make Sherman's mistake in S&C. Thoughts?

Also being bandied about: former Raiders coach Dennis Allen and former A&M coach R.C. Slocum, now 72. (Lest you think that’s unrealistic, the Slocum idea is only as an interim.)
