maybe its just me but i Hate the push to get crafts taken more "seriously" by trying to line it up with art. trying to increase crafts value by Insisting its art simply continues to hold art on a pedestal- insisting that what you do is Art not Craft is insisting that art is more valuable. its much more productive to simply Stop holding art is such a privileged position- something is not inherently more valuable because it's "art". art is not sacred and craft is not a word you should be ashamed of

Are you named after anyone?

Not specifically, but on a slightly related note, my parents bought me literally every Angelina Ballerina book and toy in existence because my name was/is Angelina. That franchise was a pretty huge part of my childhood and made me want to become a ballet dancer, but I ended up becoming more of a singer and actress in my adulthood.

2. When was the last time you cried?

A few nights ago I cried because my parents were overwhelming me by nagging me about my future and my boyfriend's future. I also felt overwhelmed about feeling trapped in my house; I love my parents but I want to get out on my own and have my own house. I ended up confiding in a friend and felt better after talking to them and then going back to talk to my parents, and overall I only cried for a few minutes.

3. Do you have kids?

No, and I'm not sure if I want to have them at the moment. I love kids but I feel like it's a little too soon for me to think seriously about having my own.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Oh heck yes. When I was younger I didn't really understand sarcasm all that much, being autistic and all, but now I do and I love using it when the situation calls for it.

5. What sports do you play/have you played?

I am NOT AT ALL a sporty person, I already decided that by PE in elementary school. But I do occasionally do bowling and ice skating for funsies.

6. What's the first thing you notice about other people?

I'm not so sure as I've never really thought about that, but I guess I gotta say their faces.

7. What's your eye color?

Hazel

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

I'm a sucker for happy endings, of course any Disney junkie would be.

9. Any special talents?

I'm an artist, a singer (soprano), and a sewist/cosplayer (I just started)!

11. What are your hobbies?

Singing, doing theater, drawing/making art, sewing, listening to music, shopping, reading, writing, DIY projects, thrifting, going to shows and concerts, working out, bicycle riding, roller skating, hanging with friends, cooking/baking, and wasting time on the Internet (my favorite sites are Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube)! Just to name a few :)

12. Do you have any pets?

Yes! I have a German Shepherd dog and four beautiful kitties!

13. How tall are you?

5'1"

14. Favorite subject in school?

If we're talking elementary thru high school, I gotta say English! I've always loved reading and analyzing stories and I got a lot of respect from my teachers for reading classic novels during independent reading periods!

15. Dream job?

Being a professional singer and actress in theatre!

No, not really, though my name is a little similar to my mother's.

Right about now.

No.

I don't think so.

None except in P.E. class, which I'm not sure counts.

I don't know, I never really thought about it.

Happy endings.

Not that I know of, though my sister thinks being able to bend the corners of my tongue is one, like Buttercup in that PPG episode where they discuss her special power, for those familiar with the show.

Listening to music, daydreaming, taking online quizzes, reading, Pinterest, making aesthetic moodboards occasionally.
