well on my way to hate PJO because of this btw. I know it will only get worse the closer we get to the show's release. it's gonna be a miracle if I still love it 5 years from now

every time I see people cheering for PJO to become the Most Influential Franchise once the show drops I wanna punch something because it just means Disney's monopoly would get even bigger and more dangerous

#i hate recommended pages i always brainlessly stumble into takes that make me so sad #''i dont care if disney wins i want jkr to lose'' disney was caught donating to anti lgbt as recently as last year #every few months an employee comes out with complaints about how they treat lgbt issues #AND they are a virus infesting media landscape and overtaking the industry at that #people just give them a free pass because of nostalgia. the same way hp fans do for jkr. it's the same but worse bc disney #has hundreds of ips instead of only one so it can infect an even larger portion of critical thought #but jkr is easier to hate because she tweets her opinions instead of keeping them secret and operating from the shadows #pjo liveblog #hm now that i think about it. sort of fitting of pjo to carry this message #as the first 5 books are like ''yeah the gods suck and we will force them to change but we won't kill them bc they are our family after all #yknow. loving something bad and all powerful and trying to change it.#except disney isn't a god. it's a man made creation. we have created it and we can destroy it
